▰ ▰ ▰ DESCRIPTION
The Dracolich always appears as a bone-dragon, ethereal energy lighting his gullet and maw. Impossibly thin wings look as if they have long since decayed, and are barely holding together. Cypress was a long-since dead dragon, now revitalized by powerful energies. The bones down its back protrude erratically, always ending in vicious points. The dragon harbors such anger from when it was slain, which often manifests in flares of its energy, setting it aglow with power.

▰ ▰ ▰ SKILLS

• Dread Armor A-SS
Cypress often spends his time traveling attached to his companion as a suit of armor. His skull acts as the helm and his body the suit itself. His limbs mirror his companions, pressed flush against them until the battle begins. Once that occurs his energy flares and suspends his frame just over his master's, creating almost an exoskeleton. The resiliency of Cypress in this form is equal to the amount of energy he uses to activate it. There are a number of abilities and perks that come along with having him attached in this way. Freedom of flight is given, as it is Cypress using his wings to carry his charge around. They also gain use of his tail and limbs. As protection the armor can be very potent. Because it is magical it does extremely well against other magical abilities. The bones themselves are harder than one would expect, rivaling metals equal to Cypress' energy output. It does not cost any energy to leave this form and assume is true dragon shape, but it does cost energy to reform as the armor.

• Breath of the Undying D-SS
Every dragon has a breath weapon of some kind. Cypress, harnessing his lich-like powers can release a gaseous spray of necrotic breath. This is similar to a caustic substance, though rather than disintegrating organic or non-organic material this causes them to rapidly rot. Anything that touches the breath will suffer in dire agony as the afflicted area rots and gives way to the necrosis. Metals and armors not sufficiently protected with energy of equal rank also rot and rust should they be of equal or lesser rank than the power Cypress puts in to this ability. This can be used while Dread Armor is activated.

• Gaze of Agony D-SS
The energy required for this ability to work is always the same as the energy of the person Cypress is trying to affect. His eyes will begin to glow with power, and so long as the target is looking at Cypress (even attached as the Dread Armor), their gaze will be attracted to the glow. When they peer in to his eyes they are filled with a terrible agony, wracking their mind with terrible stabs of pain. This serves to paralyze the opponent, unless they shed energy equal to the ability. Each post this is used requires Cypress to expend energy. He can do so at a diminishing cost of one rank per post, though this means that the target need only to spend the cost of whatever he is as well.

• Crushing Pressure A
With the manipulation of his own energy Cypress can extend his frame, making himself appear much larger than he actually is. The area around him becomes polluted in his energy, and anyone nearby can feel the weight of his presence. Anyone two ranks below is forced to their knees. One rank below and they are feared by him, forced to flee during the next post until they are out of the area. At equal ranks people are frightened, and will not be so willing to attack him for fear of losing the battle. The range is 15 ft. Once paid this stays active until Cypress must use another spell which requires an upkeep.

• Vengeful Horde A-SS
Cypress, enraged by the mindless slaughter of his clan, has harnessed their souls within his energy. By paying energy equal to the number of dragon souls he wishes to call on he can summon forth their wrath. These manifest in the shape of dragons, attached to his very own body. These dragons are 30 ft long and are all necrotic, just like Cypress' breath weapon. A - Rank energy summons two dragons, and an increasing 2 per rank spent. The dragons disappear upon receiving a blow that is equal to their rank.

• Boneyard S
Cypress can spread his bones around an area, which has a max range equal to the size of his body. They will litter the floor, creating the perfect combat zone for his companion. Whilst in this area his rider cannot be debuffed, being protected by the ever present energy. The boneyard is surrounded by Cypress' necrotic energy, and anything trying to bypass the barrier without first destroying it or protecting themselves will suffer severe necrotic damage.

Not wanting to always live in his father's shadow has pushed him out in to the world for the first time on his own. Slowly he is gaining confidence in himself.

    Weapon Description: Heart of the Lion is a master-crafted sword, handed down through Aramilian royalty for years. It is made of a powerful metal, silver lined and shimmering with its greatness. The guard is fashioned with a head of a lion atop with an intricate plaque in the shape of claws. The blade itself is rune inscribed and thick.
    Weapon Passive Abilities:

      • King of the Field [ B ]
      Bastion can choose where to dominate the grounds and mark it as his territory. A twenty foot tall banner with the sigil of Aramil will fall from the sky and slam in to the earth. Any ally, including himself, that are within sight of the banner receive a constant morale boost. Potency cannot be gained against them, and they always have it. The banner can be destroyed for B-rank, but can be placed again 3 posts after its destruction.
      • Roar! Show them Your Teeth! [ Scaling ]
      Every time Bastion lands an ability either with his sword or channeled through his sword his battalion gains a stat bonus to both strength and speed. At novice this is a +1/+1. At adept it is a plus +2/+1. At expert it is a +2/+2. At master it is +3/+2, and sage is +3/+3. These bonuses do not stack every hit and last for two posts. Even if Bastion lands three hits in one post only one stat bonus is granted.
      • Redemption [ - ]
      Bastion can choose to spare an enemy from death, instead inspiring a change of heart and recruiting them in to his battalion. NPCs/Enemies can be added to the battalion in the reserve squad. The reserve squad can reach up to 10 in numbers, and are not considered active soldiers in the battalion. Instead, should Bastion lose a soldier in battle he can replace an equal number of what he lost with reserve soldiers so long as he has enough soldiers.

    Weapon Activated Abilities:

      • Enmity [ B ]
      This is a special stance Bastion can take to force enemies, minions, npcs, summons, etc in to focusing on his battalion rather than him or his allies. Every move used by the battalion generates another wave of aggro from them. Unless the enemy sheds a B-rank amount of energy to break hold of it they must target the battalion. Once an enemy breaks the aggro they cannot be aggrod for another 2 posts.
      • Tactical Advantage [ B ]
      This is a special stance Bastion can take to increase the proficiency that his battalion fights with. In this mode they are fighting at their finest, following Bastion's tactical orders and striking with violent efficiency. They are assumed to be as efficient with a weapon as a weapon master during this stance.
      • Mitigation [ B ]
      This is a special stance Bastion can take to mitigate damage he and his battalion takes. For example. if the soldiers were A-rank in terms of 'health' where an A-rank ability would kill them, they can instead take 65% of the damage and mitigate the rest to the remaining soldiers. This will ensure they do not die immediately. At the same time this can weaken the battalion as a whole, making them weaker and more susceptible to death by weaker attacks.

                                          Analaeia is well known in certain cultures all around the world. Her exploits in the arts have given her a reputation that has many regarding her as talented and one to be sought after. It gives her access to all sorts of social interactions that would otherwise be only allowed for royalty and high society.
                                          - Many people know who she is, meaning it is difficult to go anywhere without being recognized. This also means the wrong kinds of people know who she is.

                                          - Analaeia acquired this talent over years of socializing and traveling the world. There are even kings and queens who own pieces of her art, and can recall a time they were in her presence.

                                          Passives:

                                              • Detect Magic (Magus)
                                              The magus can detect magic. This means when others cast spells, or emanate high amounts of energy, you can see their aura. This also means you can detect magic in an area, meaning if an area has something magical about it, you can feel it. At expert rank, you can determine the source in an area. Each source of magic has a special signature, meaning a magus will be able to recognize the energy of a person if they are expert rank or higher.

                                              • Dance Around (Enchanter)
                                              Around the user, things spring to life. Chairs will move on their own to greet you, hats will tip themselves to you, idle objects will move at your whim. You do not push it with magic, instead you command it to. The energy around the object will change, allowing the user to "speak" to these objects, asking them to move at his/her will. Though the objects are small, it showcases the user's power. Enchanters have a deep connection to nature, they can even sense past events though the stories told to them by the landscape.

                                              • Dementia
                                              This ability allows them to store a tiny fraction of Justor's magic into their own body. The result is simple and yet very efficient. Not only are their casting times reduced by one post, but their spells are increased in size and range (and speed... slightly). This makes their magic harder to dodge, further solidifying them as the most efficient magic-users. The rate at which size/range are increased = add 1/3 of the base. So, 15 feet in length would become 20 feet in length. Speed is increased by about 1/5th, although this can become overwhelming if you constantly sling spells.

                                              • Mania *Can be used at any time
                                              The Dark Elves may project their immediate conscious into the moonlight, and projecting your conscious into very nearby mana allows you to directly connect to Justor's energy. This allows for a wide-range of spells that are not possible with other bloodlines, simply in concept. Furthermore, these spells are all free of energy, as they use the mana nearby, not your own reserves.

                                              These abilities, as listed:
                                              - The Dance of Veils: By projecting your magical conscious somewhere else, a very quick and easy process, you may warp to that location, similar to a teleport. Upon disappearing, your location is wrapped in a dusk-colored shroud, and re-appearing is animated by a bright white flash. Of course, this is a very useful spell, but it may only be done once every other post. You can only teleport up to twenty feet away. It should be noted that you only project your [magical conscious] here, meaning you don't go blank or lose concentration while using this.

                                              -The Scion of Justor: In legend, it is told that Empress Cirstec - the first Dark Elf - was brought to a state of immortality and divinity by Justor. This ability conjures her influence in the mana rather than his, allowing for a unique spell. Cirstec will allow you to twist the light around you, making you invisible to the enemy's eyes. Those with good hearing/smell can still sense you, but many people will be unable. Casting or attacking ends this spell. This means all you can really do is walk and run. It's useful when cornered, as it's a very potent hiding skill. It's also useful when trying to use a surprise attack, although the technique will end the moment you begin the attack. The most common use of Cirstec's shroud is waiting for the cooldown on the Veil (teleportation) to come off, so that you may make distance between you and the target. The Veil will not end the shroud until it has already teleported you.

                                              -I Am Loved: This is a legendary ability of the Dark Elves, only spoken of in stories for its heartwarming take on the relationship of Justor, Solonor, and their children. If a dark elf is to die, their light fading and their blood running cold, they may call upon their God and hope that he answers. Those with mark three and above can use this once in a real life year, though they will be ejected from the fight and teleported far away after being brought back to life. This will simply not work for someone with a lower marking.

                                              Fortune Favors the Bold Passive
                                              This ability is what will power every technique Analeia has in her pagan-taught arsenal. For every post she is around other characters she slowly absorbs their luck. This acts as a secondary energy pool that can only be spent on Luck abilities.

                                              Fate is in my Hands Passive
                                              Analaeia is incredibly lucky. She sees probability and chances so clearly that when it becomes evident that she shall die she can stop that from happening. This can only be done after she has absorbed a total of 100 points over her time being active. That means she has to collect and spend the full amount of Luck she can 10 times each time she wishes to alter her fate. Should she have the required charge of Luck then she is able to stop himself from dying. That could mean even if an enemy managed to cast a spell that would obliterate her it will somehow miss.

                                              Lady Luck is Smiling Passive
                                              Analaeia is incredibly lucky in and out of battle. Even wandering around she comes across some of the most chance happenstances ever. No matter if odds are stacked against her Analaeia will always have the upper hand and generally comes out on top. Any sort of gambling against her is pointless. For example, she could play a game of russian roulette with 5 bullets loaded and would come out alive every time.

                                      Analeia has been alive for a very, very long time. She has seen the rise and fall of kings, queens, and even gods. So why was it that until now, she had not chosen to pursue knowledges of her innate abilities and the magic that she was such a potent user of? Well, love of course.

                                      Analeia had always been a beautiful creature, even to that of the elves both Dusk and Dawn. It was her natural talent for tending to the world around her that had many seeking her abilities. She had a knack for growing any kind of plant, saving any kind of creature and making art from nature. Analeia reveled in the joys of leaving something beautiful behind without tarnishing the world around her.

                                      It was this innocent love of the essence of her world that captured the attentions of a pagan. This was so many moons ago, when Pagans were widely regarded as gods. The pagan would watch Analeia day and night, hoping to understand what it was that the young elven woman was seeing in the world that she was not. The pagan made herself known to Analeia and enchanted her with beautiful tales and gifts. She promised the elf that should she come with her, away from the watchful eyes of Justor and Solonor, she would show the girl true beauty. Analeia was young and had yet to become wise as her kind was known to be. She accepted the offer.

                                      Years and years passed and slowly Analeia's notion of self became less and less. Soon all she could think about was this beautiful pagan who had offered her the world, and made good on her promise. They visited all corners of the world, witnessing both truths and lies, ugly, and beauty. Analeia came to love this pagan, even more so than her own patron deities. She pledged her life to her, her soul even. Any wish that was within her power to grant was given without question, all requests fulfilled at any costs.

                                      It was that way for so long. Then one day the pagan vanished. It was with one last request that Analeia wait for her, no matter how long it took. And wait was what she did.

                                      Until now.

• Renown
Analaeia is well known in certain cultures all around the world. Her exploits in the arts have given her a reputation that has many regarding her as talented and one to be sought after. It gives her access to all sorts of social interactions that would otherwise be only allowed for royalty and high society.
- Many people know who she is, meaning it is difficult to go anywhere without being recognized. This also means the wrong kinds of people know who she is.

- Analaeia acquired this talent over years of socializing and traveling the world. There are even kings and queens who own pieces of her art, and can recall a time they were in her presence.

• Detect Magic [i](Magus)[/i]
The magus can detect magic. This means when others cast spells, or emanate high amounts of energy, you can see their aura. This also means you can detect magic in an area, meaning if an area has something magical about it, you can feel it. At expert rank, you can determine the source in an area. Each source of magic has a special signature, meaning a magus will be able to recognize the energy of a person if they are expert rank or higher.

• Dance Around (Enchanter)
Around the user, things spring to life. Chairs will move on their own to greet you, hats will tip themselves to you, idle objects will move at your whim. You do not push it with magic, instead you command it to. The energy around the object will change, allowing the user to "speak" to these objects, asking them to move at his/her will. Though the objects are small, it showcases the user's power. Enchanters have a deep connection to nature, they can even sense past events though the stories told to them by the landscape.

• Dementia
This ability allows them to store a tiny fraction of Justor's magic into their own body. The result is simple and yet very efficient. Not only are their casting times reduced by one post, but their spells are increased in size and range (and speed... slightly). This makes their magic harder to dodge, further solidifying them as the most efficient magic-users. The rate at which size/range are increased = add 1/3 of the base. So, 15 feet in length would become 20 feet in length. Speed is increased by about 1/5th, although this can become overwhelming if you constantly sling spells.

• Mania *Can be used at any time
The Dark Elves may project their immediate conscious into the moonlight, and projecting your conscious into very nearby mana allows you to directly connect to Justor's energy. This allows for a wide-range of spells that are not possible with other bloodlines, simply in concept. Furthermore, these spells are all free of energy, as they use the mana nearby, not your own reserves.

These abilities, as listed:
- The Dance of Veils: By projecting your magical conscious somewhere else, a very quick and easy process, you may warp to that location, similar to a teleport. Upon disappearing, your location is wrapped in a dusk-colored shroud, and re-appearing is animated by a bright white flash. Of course, this is a very useful spell, but it may only be done once every other post. You can only teleport up to twenty feet away. It should be noted that you only project your [magical conscious] here, meaning you don't go blank or lose concentration while using this.

-The Scion of Justor: In legend, it is told that Empress Cirstec - the first Dark Elf - was brought to a state of immortality and divinity by Justor. This ability conjures her influence in the mana rather than his, allowing for a unique spell. Cirstec will allow you to twist the light around you, making you invisible to the enemy's eyes. Those with good hearing/smell can still sense you, but many people will be unable. Casting or attacking ends this spell. This means all you can really do is walk and run. It's useful when cornered, as it's a very potent hiding skill. It's also useful when trying to use a surprise attack, although the technique will end the moment you begin the attack. The most common use of Cirstec's shroud is waiting for the cooldown on the Veil (teleportation) to come off, so that you may make distance between you and the target. The Veil will not end the shroud until it has already teleported you.

-I Am Loved: This is a legendary ability of the Dark Elves, only spoken of in stories for its heartwarming take on the relationship of Justor, Solonor, and their children. If a dark elf is to die, their light fading and their blood running cold, they may call upon their God and hope that he answers. Those with mark three and above can use this once in a real life year, though they will be ejected from the fight and teleported far away after being brought back to life. This will simply not work for someone with a lower marking.

      The ability to absorb the passive luck from the people and beings around her was taught to Analaeia from an ancient Pagan, who had dominion over it. He taught her his spells and tricks, leaving her to be the sole inheritor of his abilities. By absorbing the luck from others around her, Analaeia can activate abilities that can produce serious turns of events, depending on what he wants to happen

Strengths

      • Analaeia is able to perceive the weaknesses of opponents. She must be able to know what they are so that he may exploit their luck.
      • Abilities cast in conjunction with any Luck ability are one rank stronger in nature.
      • Analaeia can pick and choose who in an area is affected by any of her abilities. This protects allies from becoming unlucky as well as stops enemies from mistakenly receiving her boons.

Weaknesses

      • Analaeia suffers from holy and unholy attacks by -1 rank.
      • A lot of her luck abilities stem from her speaking the outcome she wishes to see. If she cannot speak she is hindered and unable to cast the ability. People deafened by whatever source are not immune to her abilities because it is the energy laced within the words that cause things to happen, not the words themselves.


Techniques

      Fortune Favors the Bold Passive
      This ability is what will power every technique Analeia has in her pagan-taught arsenal. For every post she is around other characters she slowly absorbs their luck. This acts as a secondary energy pool that can only be spent on Luck abilities.

      Fate is in my Hands Passive
      Analaeia is incredibly lucky. She sees probability and chances so clearly that when it becomes evident that she shall die she can stop that from happening. This can only be done after she has absorbed a total of 100 points over her time being active. That means she has to collect and spend the full amount of Luck she can 10 times each time she wishes to alter her fate. Should she have the required charge of Luck then she is able to stop himself from dying. That could mean even if an enemy managed to cast a spell that would obliterate her it will somehow miss.

      Lady Luck is Smiling Passive
      Analaeia is incredibly lucky in and out of battle. Even wandering around she comes across some of the most chance happenstances ever. No matter if odds are stacked against her Analaeia will always have the upper hand and generally comes out on top. Any sort of gambling against her is pointless. For example, she could play a game of russian roulette with 5 bullets loaded and would come out alive every time.

      Marked D 1 LP
      Analaeia must first mark an opponent with this area of effect ability before her luck can do anything to them. It is similar to any sort of curse placed on people. By uttering a phrase laced with his energy she is able to leave his signature on them which manifests as a tattoo upon their body. It cannot be removed, though it fades once Analaeia no longer perceives them as an enemy.

      Double Down C 1 LP
      Marked enemies can be forced to take an extra post longer to cast spells. This occurs on the next spell they cast. Spells with no activation wait time will received one and other abilities will just increase by 1.

      In my Favor B-S 2 LP
      If danger has presented itself in front of Analaeia or her allies she can spend a bit of her luck to have something kismet happen in order to save them. This depends heavily on scenarios presented before them. By speaking the outcome she wishes to see happen out loud it will happen. This effects the environment and world around characters, not specifically the characters themselves.

      High Roller C-S 2-3 LP
      Analaeia can grant his allies flat stat bonuses. She grants them her luck, which puts them in to their prime. At C she can offer +1 to a stat. At B she can offer +1 to two stats. At A she can offer +2 to one stat and at S its +2 to 2 stats. This lasts for 10 posts.

      Critical Fail B-S 2 LP
      Analaeia can extend her will upon the environment to cause ridiculous things to happen to her opponents. This depends heavily upon the environment and situations presented before them. By speaking the outcome she wishes to see happen out loud it will happen. This effects the environment and world around characters, not specifically the characters themselves.

      What are the Chances? A 1 LP per post
      By expending an initial cost of energy as well as one Luck per post Analaeia can cause improbable things to become probable and vice versa. This comes off as mostly randomized, though it is always positive outcomes for her allies and self and negative outcomes for her marked opponents. These improbabilities will effect characters, not the environment.

      Up the Ante S 3 LP
      Bad luck has far reaches. Marked enemies can be forced to expend a rank more in energy than they normally would for any technique they attempt to cast. This streak of ineptitude lasts for 3 posts.

      A Twist of Fate SS 5 LP
      Analaeia will expend a large amount of Luck and energy upon either allies or enemies. Willing allies receive a boon that remains dormant up until they cast/use abilities. For the next three post all of their abilities will find their mark. They cannot be dodged, they must be deflected or destroyed in some way. Her booned allies will also be refunded for one spell they cast during this duration, whichever was the most expensive. She will have bestowed her own luck upon them and granted them this ability. Enemies marked by Analaeia previously will be effected with the worst luck they have ever had in their lives. It all depends on what it is they are attempting to do. Perhaps in firing off their ultimate ability it will be forced to veer off course and strike a different target. Maybe their sword will fall off its hilt, or their guns will jam. Analaeia decides the outcome within reason.

      Chaos Reigns SS 5 LP
      By releasing a mass amount of bad luck in to the world Analaeia can cause something extremely chaotic to happen. The world around her dictates the event. Perhaps in a town all of the citizens will decide to take up arms against every stranger. Near a volcano it will erupt and constantly rain down globules of lava. The ocean may storm horrendously and produce an uncontrollable tsunami or hurricane. Whatever it is Analaeia and allies never really seem to be overly effected by them. They are lucky enough to not be the targets of these chaotic events.
