Nah... he's not my brother anymore... he's only bro-bro by nickname now.... truth be told, I don't even remember the last time I called him that. xd Ahhhhhh... I see... my apologies. 3nodding Ayane still owns though, especially in her clubbin' outfits, like the one with the white tank and the violet sweatpants. whee Listen to me, trippin' about who *my* favorite girl is. [smacks self] I the Sage, dammit! I'm supposed to use *wisdom* in my comments! Not extremely hot character models and whatnot! scream

Sage Ruffin I heard he's pretty bad-a** in DoA4 though, but this is just conjecture. Just so y'all know, Ayane owns Leifang. In fact... she owns everyone except I think Tina. surprised I can prove it... to an extent, if you get me. ninja He can. Don't get him started. xd Also, you're lucky this thread isn't in the FGF, otherwise you'd get a lot of lip about why you don't like Hayate when he's apparently so "awesome"... stare

[/end noob-fest] Don't forget stuff like that too... here we can at least have a civilized conversation about why Hayate "sucks". biggrin

And what might that be? I dunno...it's sorta lowdown in a way, I guess, but there might actually be some use for it every once in a while. On topic for a sec. 3nodding I got owned so...so...so badly in this the other day... gonk I was caught completely off-guard. Kenrick lost a few too many times for his liking, so he says "I didn't wanna do this...". I, of course, have no idea what he's talking about, but it becomes clear to me when he chooses the same character I do the next fight, that being Hayabusa. He's never liked mirror matches, so of course, this caught me totally off-guard by itself, but the mindgames...dear God, the mindgames... gonk

Sage Ruffin Personally, I like mirror matches. That whole "Anything you can do, blah blah blah" mentality. razz That mentality is the very reason Kenrick doesn't like 'em. xd See, he doesn't like playing with the analog on, so that means no simplified grab commands for him...which means that if he decides to get into that mentality when we're both using Hayabusa, then I bust out an Izuna Drop, he gets pissed because he can't do it normally. xd He gets the first part out 99.9% of the time, and the second part only about 50% of the time, but he never can manage to get that last part out, and it bugs him. razz

It's not too hard to do the Izuna on the D-Pad... unless you have one of those four-direction d-pads. Then, yeah, it can be a pain. gonk
