DraconicFeline Two thousand years later... 8U Viveka's eyes widened. Oh, so Biroki knew them, too? He couldn't help but grin. It was so good to have friends like this so close by! Well, they'd just met, and it wasn't exactly close, but any friend of his brother had to be someone trustworthy. He adjusted himself in his chair and laughed.
"Wow! It is a small world!" He cheered. "How did you meet my brother? Was it when he had his long hair style or was it more recent? How often does he trade through here? I never know, he doesn't tell me."
At the mentioning of Dyakida he shook his head.
"Never heard of a Dyakida." He replied, reaching for a sip of his drink. "You could tell me about her though? I'd like to know who my brother's been leaving out of our conversations."

”Longer, I think.” said Biroki, trying to remember. ”I...” he cast his mind back, ”I th-think I actually met him during the tournament, actually.” he said, surprised he remembered that far, ”He didn't do so well. I had to help him.” he laughed, ”But he comes this way f-fairly often, I think.”
”As for Dyakida... she's a weapon crafter. An Alkidike, very quiet and c-contemplative... a little scary, to be honest.” he confided, leaning in, ”Its so hard to tell when she's angry, you know?” he leaned back ”She also has this pet, a sprite. An annoying but g-gregarious creature... Have you ever seen one?”

Viveka let out a laugh at the mentioning of the tournament. That's right! That was when Rastian thought he was invincible, wasn't it? Oh, those days felt so long ago, it was almost like childhood nostalgia now! He shook his head and smiled.
"Oh, I remember that! Thank you for helping him!" He laughed, covering his mouth with a free hand. "He wasn't the brightest candle on the altar back then, but I think he's grown into his weapon now. The book wasn't the right fit for him, it took too much time for him to read or something. He's such a fuss, really. Can't get him to stay calm for too long. My dad says it's a trait from his mother."
His head tilted to the side a little as Biroki leaned in to chat about Dyakida, his eyes going slightly wide. Oooh, a scary weapon crafter? She sounded interesting...
"I've heard that they can be hard to read in general!" He exclaimed, nodding to himself. "And, yes, actually, Rastian has a sprite he calls Echowen. He wasn't terribly fond of the creatures when he was younger so I was surprised to see him come home with one, but I guess the little guy warmed up to him. They're pretty much inseparable now."

”Yeah?” said Biroki, ”I hear I'm like my m-mother too...” not Sen'oda, obviously. He would never leave his children, not for any reason, not even because of Zuri. To have them away from him, even for this limited amount of time, was agony. If they didn't come back on their own, he would find them.
”That sounds...” Cute was what Biroki wanted to say, ”Funny. What's the l-little sprite like?”
Though, since they were on the subject of Dyakida... ”You... are a crafter, aren't you?”
