Danny's eyes widened in surprise as Rikki yelped, unaware that she'd hurt someone until it was too late.

"Ohhh crap crap sorry! I'm sorry!" She yanked the dart out (which probably didn't feel too good), but luckily it wasn't deep enough to bleed. "I really didn't mean it!"

She was just excited.

To try and make up for it, she sort of sadly added, "You won a prize ..."

Shun nodded to the woman handling the booth.

"Thank you..." he murmured while reaching for a pen to take. He soon paused as he caught wild movement out of the corner of his eyes. Tensing for the moment, he moved away from Danny lest he ended up getting hit. Instead, Rikki ended up taking the blow. He shook his head slowly at this.

He let out a sigh, then placed the recruitment papers down flat on the counter with the pen in hand.

For a few good moments, he just stared diligently at the text, not writing a single thing.

Rikki's frown was mighty. "Yes it hurts." He said to Cyril. He winced as it was pulled out, but it didn't start to bleed. Which really just meant he was being a wimp.

Whatever. It hurt.

"You're damn right I won a prize," he said, taking a plush dog from the counter and hugging it to his chest. "I'm going to need it after you attacked me."

Shun tightened his grip on the pen, still staring hard at the papers. After a few more moments, he sighed and straightened up.

"...I can't read," he begrudgingly admitted under his breath. He hated to say it, but he wasn't getting anywhere just staring at the text and trying to make sense of it all. It was frustrating. He wanted to go through with it, but these damn papers were in his way.

Rikki rubbed the last of the tingling out of his arm, and nodded to Danny. "Yeah, apology accepted. ...Still hurt though."

He turned his attention to Shun too, and perked up a bit. "Oh you don't? I can fill it out for you if you want." Shun wasn't the first person who couldn't read, and it wouldn't be the last.

Shun slowly turned towards Cyril to stare at him for a few moments as he asked his question. He had a rather peculiar way of putting to to say in the least. Though, he didn't say anything in response this time around. His gaze shifted over between Rikki and Danny as the former offered to help him fill out the form.

"Please," he said quietly. He didn't have much choice but to ask for help at this point. He wasn't so certain he could completely trust them, though. They could end up writing completely different things and he'd know no better.

Reluctantly, he handed the pen over.

"Shun Kuroda," he stated, finally giving his name.

Balloons fell from the sky. Sirens blared. Confetti rained down.

They didn't, really, but they should have. They finally had his name! "Shun! Now I can stop calling you The Hot One in my head." He scribbled down the info, hoping he was spelling the last name right. They went through each question and Rikki did his best to write Shun's exact answers on the lines. Forms were hard, no matter what your reading skill was.

When they were finished he held up the papers and gave them a second glance to make sure they hadn't missed anything. "I think that's everything!"

"Shun! Shun Shun Shun!" Danny cheered, wooping and hollering without rest. She chanted his name the entire form writing process, providing a buzzing sort of ambient background noise for their paper signing.

When they were finally done, Danny said, "Wait if Shun was the hot one what does that make me?" Rude Rikki. Rude.

She stared at the forms proudly and said, "Okay go turn 'em in! We'll totally wait for you and not go to any other booths or anything."
