Shalvesta hesitated when her admission was met with dead silence, and instantly felt ashamed for having brought it up. Flushing in embarassment, she ducked her head and looked at the boy who'd brought her, shoving away her distress as best she could. "Ah- but you're tired. I should leave you to rest - we'll look for your creatures another time?" She suggested, lowering her voice respectfully so as not to bother him.AnhikaJeanine don't worry about it! XD No rush

Idilla watched her son shaking her head and turned to the girl. "I assure you we didn't NOT assess your appreciation however it isn't really required." The woman smiled. "Your very humble unlike many of the Irritable men to be found around these parts. And as for whom your searching for..." The woman looked at her son. "Maybe Eri could be of use the boy knows the signs to look for. If you have knowledge of where he last was maybe my son can accompany you as well."
For the first time since the young man had closed his eyes he spoke. "I wish to know what your intentions are first if you don't mind" Looking at him with a glance he appeared to be asleep but as you looked deeper his eyes were mere slits staring at the girl. "Do you wish to kill this man? Get revenge for some folly?... or is it as simple as you caring about this person. Though I doubt it from the look of you." The glare he received from his mother didn't phase him as he continued. "If your looking for answers I'll help but i won't be apart of any killing. I don't have the heart for that I'm afraid revenge has a tendency to leave a bad taste in ones mouth and bad blood in one's kin."

((Hiya Anhika!! I just wanted to ask how Erikel knows what Shal does or doesn't intend to do when she finds her family member?? In my post all she mentioned was that her family was looking for someone who went missing, nothing should be tipping him off about what her intentions may or may not be. smile ))

Did-- did she just -- throw a book at him?! Shalvesta jumped when he was hit, with an audible thunk, with a very solid book - but couldn't help but feel amused as well. It was just so strange, after all!! Pressing a hand over her mouth, she looked between Idilla and Erikel, then blinked and held up her hands at Idilla's suggestion.
Help would be... amazing. But if she wasn't alone, by herself, when she found him - then that meant someone else would know that he was out here, in Tendaji. And she'd rather it be believed he was missing.
Whether or not Shalvesta could really kill her own husband, she wasn't sure - but she'd rather find him out here than move on with her life and have him reappear later. "Oh no, that's quite alright - I don't...."
Before she could continue, Erikel spoke. Sure enough she looked at him, surprised, having thought he had drifted back to sleep. She found herself flushing as he spoke of killing - and revenge.
"N-no, I would never ask you to kill anyone." She said slowly, looking down at her lap, where she still held the (now cooled) bowl of soup. "Right now? I just... want to know if he's alive." Because she honestly didn't know what she'd do afterwards. But if a fellow Oban found Him, then he'd be brought back to camp - back to Oba. And then she'd truly never be away from him, unless she disappeared into Tendaji - and that was certain death, at this point.AnhikaJeanine Ohhhh ok XD I thought it was more like 'you seem like a murderer' thing XD hahaha my bad <3
