"How 'bout we skip the labels altogether... it's more suiting, don'tcha think?"
Whatever meaning he was taking from her words, the effects were rather evident. If Iris were a sucker for the weak type, she might have been inclined to check on his condition.
That was not the sort of person she was.
"...that's... takin' the easy way out..." She stepped back a few times before she bumped into the edge of the building, the slight ledge warning that over the edge was a 5 story fall.
It might have seemed out of place, but she soon enough stepped up onto the ledge, her boots barely able to keep her steady on that spot.
"...I wouldn't want to make things too easy fer ya..."
With that, she took a step and just like that, she dropped down by her own choice. She was only about halfway down when she pushed off against the wall so she could bound down in a controlled manner, rather than hurt herself again.
Once she was back at the ground level, she gazed back up to the building top that Labyrinthite stood upon.
I have more information now... was the only thing she could think to justify bothering with the Captain.

"Must you always have everything your way?"
His bright, amber eyes stared at her, searching her face for answers like they had when she first appeared on the scene. "You should just kill me, if you don't. They will." He didn't need to tell her who they were. She would know.
He was a failure. He failed to erase the dark mirror senshi, failed to kill Iris not once, but twice and he failed to make sense of the mess in his head. He probably didn't have much time left before they came to punish him. To remind him that failure was not an option.
That they expected better of him.
And they should, he was bright and capable. He should have followed through that night and killed Iris when she survived the fall. He should have killed the child senshi who came to rescue her.
He should embrace the monster growing inside of him, but he he hadn't yet.
And he would likely die because of that.
He didn't get to say much else because she had moved away from him, jumped from the rooftop and left him standing there. He couldn't stop himself from rushing forward and leaning over the edge. "This isn't a game Iris! It's a matter of life or death!" He shouted after her before cursing and turning away.
Again she'd slipped away from him and he was a bigger fool because of it.
