The standstill was what Lydia had expected. It had been almost three years since she had become a senshi, and in that time, she had yet to see either side with a distinct advantage. They both won some battles and lost others. It wasn't the most heartening situation, but there was comfort to be found in that stagnation. True, the senshi weren't winning, but they weren't losing either.
Or were they? If what Ellie said was true... if the Negaverse could have whoever they wanted...
"She was from Thessaloniki," she said slowly, "and she didn't want to come here. She said they made her come, because of what she was." At the time, Lydia had just assumed that all agents of the Negaverse, no matter what type they were, made their way to Destiny City eventually. But if that was the case, how would they have found Psyche in Greece? How many others were out there?

The manx's ears perked up a bit at Lydia's information. If anything, it had proven ********* point. The Mauvians weren't a stranger to technology, and if there were more outside of Destiny City, she was quite certain she would have heard from them.
"Thank you Lydia..." she offered solemnly as she looked over the groggy Ellie.
The blonde had done a good job thus far, but she even knew her limits.
"...Thank you both... I'm sorry... I think I'm done..." With a groan, she seemed to roll over and pull the covers over her head.
"...ah... glad we could be of help..." the manx said cautiously before hopping out of Lydia's reach and onto the ground. As she padded away, she paused briefly.
The guardian knew how the tomboy felt about the subject, but she still couldn't resist.
In the gentlest of tones, the cat mentioned "...by the way... Happy Birthday, Ellie..."
