The bridge that leads from you to me

I climbed I slipped I fell but at least I tried
If you turn your back, I'll burn that bridge ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
"I have no clue why I made it that big..." Mirai muttered with a small laugh as she scratched the back of her head. She glanced over at Texas "So what do you want to do?" she asked.

Some men just want to see the world burn... Texas looked towards the castle. "Well let's check it out!" He said as if the answer was obvious, excitement in his voice. "It looks like an awesome castle." And I just want to show them.

Mirai smiled and nodded before following Texas. Once they got to the main door. it seemed to react to Mirai's presence. One bell rung through the air for a moment before the main door opened revealing a huge main hall with now doors or stairs. Instead of stair cases, across from them was a sort of old fashioned/modern silver elevator. Mirai stood there for a moment before walking over to the elevator and pressing the 'open' button. The elevator made a quick "ding" noise before opening. She stepped in and glanced around for buttons only to find a screen. "I think it's voice activated." she said, obviously surprised by this. "Where do you want to go?" she asked Texas as she waited for him to come into the elevator.

Some men just want to see the world burn... Texas stepped into the elevator with Mirai, looking around at the entryway. He smiled when Mirai asked him where he wanted to go. He stepped behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist. "The highest floor," he said out loud as he held Mirai. And I just want to show them.

The elevator 'dinged' again and the screen began to glow for a moment. The door closed and the elevator suddenly teleported. They ended up in a room or more of a balcony/gazebo of sorts. There were seats here and there and a lookout deck wrapped around the room for people to walk over and look at the realm from. It was most likely a place to hangout. On the ceiling of the gazebo was a huge clock or a painting of one. The paint seemed to be alive, looking like a starry sky. "Dang... I keep getting more and more impressed." Mirai said with a laugh as she stepped out of the elevator with Texas. The elevator disappeared then but there was a button on one of the pillars of the gazebo.

Some men just want to see the world burn... Texas stepped off the elevator with Mirai, looking up at the stars - real or not. "Well I'm pretty impressed too," he told her with a smile. Is this really going to be my new home...? He thought to himself. It was almost overwhelming. He never thought he would ever have a home, much less one as beautiful as this and with someone he sincerely loved. He was silent for a moment as he took a deep breath, doing his best to let this all sink in. Finally he spoke again. "Mirai, this is great," he told her. And I just want to show them.

Mirai continued looking around for a moment before looking over at Texas and grinned, rather proud of how her realm turned out "Thank you. I'm glad you like it." she said with a happy tone.

Mirai's smile grew before she leaned up and kissed Texas on the lips for a few moments "You know..." she started as she pulled away and looked around "If you want, this place can be our own little secret area." she said "Only you and me will be able to come to this specific part of the mansion just to hang out or something." she suggested before looking up at Texas again.

Some men just want to see the world burn... Texas thought for a moment and shrugged. "I just like it...up here. With you." He looked up at the night sky again. Real or not Mirai had done a good job of making it; Texas still wasn't sure if it was fake. And I just want to show them.

Mirai glanced up at Texas "If you want... I need to tell mother though. I don't think she will mind since I have told her before that I have been wanting to make a realm of my own." she said.
