"I did not know Tendaji had deserts too." Naevius said honestly. She would have to send that information back to her father. Perhaps after they conquered this race they could set up another main establishment there. It would be more open and require less work to clear like these forests would. Listening to her description of a bird like thing that lives in their deserts Naevius had to smile. "Deserts are hard to survive in, so the things that do have to be fierce." Her words held double meaning as she was talking about this Suhurama and the Obans as well. "How big does this Suhurama get? Does it fly?" A large fierce bird sounded like a good animal to try to tame. It would be difficult, yes, but to have something that could fly that you could use to your advantage! That could be very beneficial. From the sounds of it though, the Tendajians weren't utilizing that.

She nodded, hearing the honesty in the other girls words. Maybe she shouldn't have said that, but she figured that the Oban's had scouted more of the land and would know that they had different landscapes. They had scouted much of the Oban land, and if the Oban's wanted to take over all of Tendaji they should know what they were trying to take over. Maybe the Oban's weren't all that smart. How were they winning the war if they didn't even look over Tendaji? Than again maybe that was something that the Tendajian's could take advantage of.

As Naevius spoke about the desert she smiled, hearing the double meaning. "Oh you will find that living in a forest is also very hard." she laughed with a shake of her head. It was true, living in the jungle had many dangers tied to it just as living in the desert. "Yes it does, and big enough that if it could be tamed it would be able to carry at the very least two people. Or so I've heard. Like I said, most people that come across them die." she said this with sorrow. She would have loved to tame one of the beast, though she was pretty sure it was impossible.

Naevius couldn't help but nod when Lasarra had said that living in the forest was also hard. Her people had been finding that out here recently. Their eyes weren't accustomed to the darkness of the forest and therefore, had a lot of fires going day and night. Sure it painted a target on them, but their army was large and vast and the Tendajian army still wouldn't stand a chance. "That's incredible. Of course, it would be the more deadlier of creatures that would have the kind of strength to carry people during flight. It makes sense that it would live in the desert as it probably wouldn't have the space it needed to fly in Juahar. I suppose that would be a drawback of it's capabilities and size."
