Jaden sighed and picked himself up from the floor. No one had shown. As he decended the stairs he knew that he would return tomorrow.

Dusk took up the message from Finn, read it and smirked.
"No problem, I'll catch her later..." Then suddenly he remember he still had Kuro's urgent message in the pocket. He quickly pulled it out and read it also.
"Hmmm... Taro..." He walked over to him "This is very interesting... However, I doubt it is the Vampires collectively working in involvement with the disappearances. We'll be addressing that in a moment or two, but every group has suffered loses, even the vampires. They are just as quick to blame us. Don't worry, my friend, I'll be on my guard. I hope that so will you..."

Kade had quickly slipped in, sitting on the sofa, he awaited for the 'meeting' to begin.
"thank you" Kade muttered.
Letting out a longated sigh, Kade felt a little... tense. Not being to well known amongst the others.

Meredith raised an eyebrow as she looked around her. 'Ah guess this is the place..' she thought to herself as she looked around once more. She played with her earlobe as she debated on whether to go up or not. A few minutes later, she found her self at the end of a hall. She followed her nose until it led her to a closed door, and after a minutes hestitation, she knocked lightly.

Myyth nodded as Kuro Taro intorduced himself and Mugen, not letting any surprise show on her face. They seemed to be working together, but she had to wonder how this relationship had come about.
"It lovely to meet you both. With any luck we'll be able to get stared soon. I think just about everyone is here by now."
Listening as Dusk also spoke to him she nodded in agreement with his assertion to stay on guard. Giving the room one last glance, she managed to determined that a good group had gathered. Perhaps a fewer than she'd hoped, but it was enough to work with.
"If everyone would like to make them selves comfortable, I think we can get started....." Myyth paused as she heard the knock on the door "...and could someone open the door for our newest arrival?"

"Don't bother. Courtesy is a wasted gesture on me" Jaden said as he entered the room. He moved into the corner and took up his customary position in the shadows, wondering when this would end.

Meredith blew her bangs out of her face as she waited. When she didn't get an answer she raised her hand to knock again when she heard a voice from the inside saying to get the door. She waited for a few seconds and when the door didn't open, she knocked once more before putting her hand on the door handle. She put her other hand on her waist, just incase she needed her dagger and slowly opened the door. She stuck her head inside and looked around with raised eyebrow.

Kade smiled slightly and muttered a simple "thank you!" The lycan shifted in his seat, slightly a little uncomfortable, but he kept together. Who knew why he felt so uncomfortable around the others?

Dusk stood at the door and opened it for the girl, apologuising for the wait. He stayed there, incase more should show up, then nodded to Myyth.
"Ok, shall we get started then?"

Her light body moved quickly over the floor in the hallway, and she made it easily to the door. Instead of knocking, she mearly grasped the handle, and cracked it open by a few inches. She entered, squeezing through the small crack lightly and closing the door behind her, mixing herself neatly in with the fabric of the room. Her hood was up once more, her green eyes sparkling through, though nothing else was seen. She continued to watch the party as they grew silent, awaiting the meeting to begin. Her gaze was cold and dry as she looked about the room.

Meredith looked at the guy who had opened the door with a raised eyebrow. She entered slowly before walking over to the far wall and leaning up against it. She crossed her arms as she watched the people in the room with a neutral glare and waited for the supposed meeting to begin.

Myyth nodded even as she scanned the room. Heading over to the one wall, well away feom the door she waited a moment till everyone was quiet, not that there had been much conversation to begin with.
"As some of you may be aware, the former Lycan elders of New York have left for person reasons. To take their place Dusk and I have been appointed by the Council. We intend to bring this pack together, and keep it that way."
Pausing for a moment she waited to see if Dusk wanted to add anything before she continued.

'This ought to be interesting' Jaden thought. Before now he had been contemplating leaving but now he felt that staying would be far more amusing. It didn't matter to him what happened at this meeting, he had only come as his single favor to the new leaders.
He grinned to himself
'Let's see were this goes'

He looked across the small crowd. Some he recognised from previous private meetings in the last week, some he was seeing for the first time.
"That's right. We believe its better if this pack works as a team from now on, following the disturbing cases of disappearences in the city to us, and our rivals. No explaination has yet been found as to who is causing them, but we intend to find out. Until then, together, we are less likely to be under threat." He returned the voice back to Myyth, letting her continue.
