Psyche had seen this sight before. She had been Nickeline at the time. However, what Nickeline seen that day was a sight Psyche did not remember. For the first time, you would think Psyche would be more interested in the happy Princess of Rainbows but instead she seemed more intent on watching ********* stuff her face. Well, that was until Iris started yelling stuff. Following that was a bright white light that was hard to ignore.
It felt familiar and yet completely foreign to the senshi of breath, and still she could not take her eyes off of it as it consumed Spinel.

Babylon was no stranger to light. But the princess was a sight to behold, and the radiance she called forth was like, a whole new level of illumination. The kind of light that made nearly everything else vanish. But - as much as he might have wanted to look away, as much as his eyes might have watered, he stared, transfixed, at magic the likes of which he'd never before even imagined.
Europa nodded, taking some kind of reassurance from Gunn's pragmatism. Who would emerge from the light, she wondered. Would it be Paul? Or Spinel- Or whoever it was Spinel would be now- Only time would tell.

When he'd been trapped in space, he'd wondered if purification would feel like corruption. The moment of purification, would it be that whole-body bone-deep sick ache, the pounding of blood vessels in his brain, the indescribable pain that never ever seemed to get easier to bear? Or would it be easier? At first, each pulse of bright light seemed to say it would be the same agony as he had experienced in his corruption to the Negaverse. It stabbed at his eyes like migraine pains and he lifted a hand to block the light. Which was a shame, really; it meant he never saw the winged silhouette, only heard her words and felt the effects of her power.
It felt... like...
For twenty-three heartbeats, the dark night sky arched above him the way it had every night before, empty of significance or meaning. For twenty-three heartbeats, he heard the rustle of ribbons, inhaled fresh spring grass. For twenty-three heartbeats, he felt hyperaware of the memories in his head, the leaden weight of his starseed that throbbed with each of those heartbeats, and a growing awareness of something out there much greater than himself and much greater than the Chaos which had, until just now, hidden it from him.
Spinel closed his eyes for the last time.
For four years, he'd stolen starseeds and drained energy and killed children, but now, in the light of the Princess's crystal, the memories were taken back from him--first the memory of Charonite and the hand in his chest, then the senshi with the flower-pinked hair--now the feeling of momentary resistance as a hand dipped into an unprotected chest. The names Beryl, Metallia, Tanzanite, Vivianite, all of them were taken back into uninventedness, as if he had never known them. And last of all, the corruption that had made Oenone into Spinel washed away, in a glitter of color like light after rain.
"I feel... better," he said, pressing a hand to his chest, which possessed no hole, no exposed starseed, and neither did his hand pass through it as if it were as great a barrier as water.
Then Super Sailor Oenone, Senshi of Bells, sat all at once, like a marionette without strings.

All her strength had gone forward to unleash the full capabilities of her crystal. So when her body staggered forward a bit, the crystal seemed to vanish and the light faded swiftly.
Though the cat would have been content with finishing off her taco, it was her time to work! Rather than linger too long, she hopped out of Psyche's arms and upon landing her form sprouted to that of a silvery haired girl in a top hat. Her hat was pulled off and her cuffed hand reached into the hat. Almost like a magician, she pulled out what seemed like a hooded starry cloak. Rather easily upon her feet, she seemed to spin towards the Princess as her feet seemed to be wobbling beneath her. With a wide motion, the cloak was spread out and soon enough settled upon the winged figure's form.
Only once she was hidden beneath the shade of the cloak, the Princess' wings seemed to vanish, a sure sign that she had reverted back to her usual form. However, there was a distinct lack of an aura from her hidden form at that moment.
Without her hat to obscure her ears, it was quite obvious that the silvery haired girl was indeed a Mauvian. She looked in the direction of the newly purified senshi.
"Pleasure to meet you, Super Sailor Oenone, Senshi of Bells!" she said in a cheery tone as she seemed to move closer, walking delicately upon the balls of her feet.
There was still another bag of Taco King calling her name.

While Psyche may not have remembered the white light that had surrounded her and the memories that went with it, she distinctly remembered the course after it. It was very similiar to this, too. Princess Iris, or rather Ellie after using all of her energy, was but deadweight in Psyche's arms. Following ********* actions to cover Iris, Psyche moved forward promptly so her friend wouldn't get a face full of dirt.
It seemed like seconds after that that her friend appeared to become deadweight in her arms. She gave a hopeless expression at her friend. She thought Rainbowface had gotten over that passing out in random locations and sleeping for a few days faze.
It seemed not.
Well, they did warn her.
"*********!" She yelled in a tone that clearly said STUFF IN IN YOUR MOUTH AND LET'S GO.
She waited for a moment as she adjusted the cloak, so it continued to properly conceal Ellie, while her friend remained but deadweight in her arms. They were fortunate that she was fairly strong here but it wasn't an effortless action by any means, and she didn't want to linger too long. However, it was probably still easier than carrying a humanoid ********* in the same situation. She would have no one but herself, and maybe Victoria, to blame for that one though.
Whether ********* was coming or not, Psyche started to lug the deadweight home.

[Silv signed off on getting skipped this round!]
Oenone. Oenone, Senshi of Bells. Yeah, that... made sense, but it made sense in the weird way things in dreams made sense, like... like when you're jumping between pumpkins in a vast sea of lava and it never occurs to you that, unlike water in which the pumpkins will float, the pumpkins should be burning to little pumpkin crisps in the lava. Not that he'd ever had such an odd dream. He thought... most of his dreams lately had been of small girls on rooftops and small girls... doing... something. It hurt to try to remember, so he didn't.
The more he came around, the more he realized he had no idea what he was doing in this stupid outfit. He had finals coming up. And graduation exercises. The place to be was not in the park, surrounded by people in equally crazy outfits, but at home. Studying. He went to get up, but his arms felt like overcooked noodle, to use a cliche.
Also, there was a cat girl talking to him.
"Hi," he said, polite puzzlement all over his face. "I'm sorry, I don't know who you are? And, uh, I think I should be getting home. I have finals in two days. Actually, like a week. But two days where I don't have other commitments. So... I should be doing that." And also, because the cat girl might have answers: "Why are you dressed like a cat?"

Europa breathed a sigh of relief when Oenone mentioned his finals - there was no doubt in her mind which set of memories had remained intact in the face of Iris's purifying light. "It's Paul," she whispered. "He remembers-" And her first instinct was to run to him, because she'd seen him collapse, and they couldn't stay here, not after that tremendous burst of energy - but she also thought, he might need his space. And if he'd forgotten Spinel, then he'd have forgotten the conversation they just had - right?
"Should I - what should I do?" she asked Gunn uncertainly.
Babylon had no such hesitation in approaching Oenone. He knelt by the senshi's side, and said, in a lowered voice, "Oenone - Whenever you're ready, there's a lot to explain, and we'd better do it somewhere other than here." He was trying his best to be soothing about it, but - this was going to be complicated.

Whether it was intentional to display that her ears were not a headband or just a movement showing her puzzlement about the question asked of her, her ears flicked curiously.
********* own experience with purifications had been limited to what she had seen with Iris. Psyche lost all of her memories, and Realgar had lost his civilian side.
Oenone's comments seemed to heavily imply that his memories as a civilian seemed perfectly in tact. However, the memories of what the war was might not have been nearly as in tact.
Tipping over briefly to retrieve her hat, she commented "I would like to think I am not dressed as one... but that would require I know what other cats thought 'dressing like a cat' consisted of!" With a playful giggle, she tilted herself back upright before twirling, spinning on her toes momentarily to round the table where the Taco King bags were stored. She easily snatched a bag up.
"Well, my name is *********! And since it seems as if your current company is prepared for this, I will leave the task of explaining this..." she added a momentary rolling wave of her hand for effect "...to them!"
Placing her hat back upon her head, she soon enough seemed to scamper off, hoarding her treasured bag of fast food up to her chest.

With ********* gone, there was definitely no reason to keep moving. "Okay, buddy," said Babylon, letting his glamour drop. They needed to get out of here, and if Oenone remembered Finn and not Babylon, then he was going to be Finn right now - it just seemed more straightforward. "Can you - do you remember how to get out of that outfit?" He helped Oenone to his feet and gestured Gunn and Europa over. Once the pair of senshi had joined them, he said, "Let's get out of here before someone big and bad shows up." And, with that, set about leading their little convoy our of the park and on to... something. They'd figure it out.
