The Sweet Freak She sighed. "I do know what you mean, far too well... I am glad to see you've returned. Things aren't quite the same without that wicked smile of yours." She giggled. "Wicked? Surely you mean angelic?", he asks, trying his best to do an angelic smile.

At the mention of Sweet Freak possibly entering the basement, Prince paled and shook his head, frowning. "You should never go there. Ever." He didn't particularly want to give specifics for fear of frightening her though.
As for the mask issue, Prince has happy enough to make her squirm just a little. It was positively adorable. "Don't worry." He said, moving away from her to what was a more reasonable distance for personal space, "I shan't bring it up again, today."

Slightly shocked by his statement, she searched deep in her memories of what had been said about that place. "Some of my favourite darlings are supposed to be there..." She said, even more tempted to go. "And I heard there were some sort of rabbit, and plenty of them, too. Perhaps I could adopt one?"
Though she sighed of relief to hear he wouldn't bother her any further about the mask. But the mention of "today" worried her. "Good..." Why did she always get herself involved with such cruel people?"Oh honey, it's not just lately..." She said, as sweetly as she could. "I have always found you to be utterly adorable. Based on what he had just seen, there was absolutely no chance Prince wanted Sweet Freak, or anyone, for that matter, anywhere near the basement. "No you just, no." He said, hands raised slightly, "They're not friendly."

It was so frustrating when people who hadn't seen the kinds of monstrosities and atrocities he had witnessed in Cae's different lairs refused to believe him about what was really down there. "No, I'm not. Just trust me, have I lied to you before?" Seriously, this kind of idiocy was how horror movies started. "Minty can back me up here."

She giggled at him. "Don't look so surprised."The Freak was starting to get rather grumpy. Who was he to decide what was best for her? "You still seem to think of me as if though I was made of porcelain... I don't break that easily." She paused for a moment, thinking in silence. "Besides, you might very well have lied to me, without my knowledge. And though I trust in you, it might as well have been the biggest mistake of my life. After all, do people ever truly know people?" She gave the door another brief look. "I doubt Miss Minty would mind it..."
