Marcus was, as usual curled up in bed with Cass, naked, and not really sure what to think of the dream. Putting on pants and grabbing Dis, his morning stroll too an unusual and rather drastic turn when the whole blood and Mark was in sight. Other hunters, trainees moving- Marcus strode, each step long and wide. Don't run, don't panic. Not until you were out of sight. He made it back to his little hobbit hole, grabbing clothes, changing.. His gear pack by the door was ready as it always was. Cass given a brief run down, a kiss, (maybe a really long drawn out one), his gait towards the lighthouse was smooth and calm and not rushed...until he was sure he could rush. He used one of the older paths, easy enough to run, to pass by with no one questioning a sudden burst of speed. Arriving to Gale and some of the other hunters, he frowned. "I take it none of you saw anything that would indicate an attack?"

Dakota didn't know how he got outside, but when he was, and seeing the hunter surrounded by the black mark made his blood quicken, his mind racing. It had been too long, His head whipped over to Mark and the inner medic part of the moon hunter wanted to demand Mark for treatment.
the other took the orders and jogged off.
When he arrived at the portal, he had his bandages and barrier daggers tucked into his side sacks.
Dakota's hand landed on Otto's shoulder.
"Hey brother." Dakota studied the death hunter.
---
Noemi on the other hand had followed the crowd.
She nervously played with her hands in the lighthouse, looking around.Bittiface I gotta sleep, But I'll tag after work tomorrow

Surreal, that's what this was. It was rarely a good thing, that feeling of almost reality. One minute she was waking up from unsettling dreams and the next she was outside, with others but also with bleeding people. Dying people. She bit her lip and fiddled with her ring. Bad. This was bad. But she didn't sleep with her supplies. It was fine. She'd have time to grab something. The Life Hunter was headed back towards her room in a heartbeat. Supplies, and she needed to check on-- Her phone beeped. Oh, thank heaven. [A.V.] Text to Jake: I saw. Grabbing things. Meet you at the LH? Or before. She'd keep an eye out for him.

s**t.
Lex had been trying to sleep, but with his own nightmares of dragons and demons had been keeping him awake, and only allowing for cat naps at the most. In one of said naps, the figure appeared. Dark, forbidden, whispering the word 'Alive.'
There was a body on the ground, Mark panicking and telling them to run. Pack and run. Gather the important things, get the tools, and head to the lighthouse. He'd already had a set of bandages stuffed in his coat, and Regal's totem was always on his lapel.
<< Whelp, the girl. Make sure she's safe. >>
< Ami can take care of herself, Squawks. > He reminded the Gryphon, running to the library at breakneck speed. He grabbed the shorthand from the translating work he'd been assigned, and shoved it in the pocket inside his coat.
He arrived at the lighthouse blinking wildly, pulling at his face. Was this related to the shared dream some of the others had experienced? Should he have wiped all data from the library? Was this siege going to end in something worse than what Merlin and Excalibur did?

Not being able to sleep was one thing, not being able to sleep and finding herself wandering around the Island was another entirely. And it was a whole other kettle of onions to find a Hunter bleeding out on the ground with Mark issuing instructions. Already in a hazy state of confusion as to how she'd even gotten out of her warm, comfy bed, Abbi nodded at the leader and shuffled back off toward her room. It hadn't quite settled in her brain that this was something very bad or else she might have actually tried to be incognito. As it were, because she didn't know she did a remarkably good job of playing things as though they were normal, managing to grab her teddy bear backpack and stuff it full of things, all pleasantly placid. Her bandages, box of bandaids and scraped together first aid kit were easy to put in the bag and cover with a change of clothing and some snack. Easy peasy! The trek to the lighthouse, though, totally unnerved her so that by the time she reached the place her hands were beginning to shake. Thankfully, someone she knew was already there and seemed totally normal. "Solia Solia Soliiiaaaaaaaaaa what's going ooooonnnnnnn?" The girl mumbled hastily, her hands reaching out toward the girl. Friends protected each other, right?! Once she reached Solia, Abbi noticed another and waved hesitantly. "Hiya Noemi! Glad you're here safe... You uh... See anything weird? Other than, yanno, that first weird stuff?"

He hated dreaming. He’d long learned that it was better to sleep a dreamless sleep than to see scenes pan out in front of his closed eyes. But even a sleep with no dreams didn’t stop Wilson from seeing a figure dressed in black. They turned around, and even though he couldn’t make out specific features—perhaps he did, and he couldn’t remember—he sensed something familiar about them. It was a comfortable thing—familiarity, but he could feel his body turn cold when it whispered Alive. Suddenly the figure seemed like a woman, suddenly she seemed like—
The death hunter found himself on the floor. He shuddered, trying to reach for his blanket before he figured he wouldn’t be able to fall back asleep anyways. Wilson ran a hand through his hair while glancing at the clock. It was so early in the morning, why was he up? Brows furrowed as a voice sounded in his head. It wasn’t raspy like his weapon’s, it was…
Outside. He tugged at the ends of his coat, pulling them over his bare hands as he approached the figure on the ground. His expression remained blank, the corner of his lips twitching into what seemed like a disgusted frown. Keep your head clear.
“They’ll always be alive. They’ll find a way to come back one way or another.” He shrugged at Deryk.

GrnGriff Text to Sherry: Sounds good. He pocketed the phone, and looked around as more hunters arrived. Hopefully, one of them would know what was going on.

Mark had already left by the time Shiloh raised his questions, but he was relieved when he turned back to the person on the ground, Mimsy at their side. She was a capable hunter, and in the Life division to boot, he would be in safe hands with her. He turned around, intent on rounding up supplies and important people, only to bump right into Quinn. "No time to talk, Quinnie, but I'm glad you're okay! C'mon, we gotta head to the lighthouse." Looking around quickly, everyone else seemed to be groggy, but okay, definitely not hurt. Grabbing, Quinn, he headed towards first for supplies, then to the lighthouse. Quinn was with him, but Ian and Maebe weren't in their rooms, and he gave brief pause to send out a few worried texts before heading towards their destination, hoping they were safe and sound. kuroopu Text to Ian: am okay, on way 2 lighthouse Nio Love Text to Maebe: Lighthous, now, bring as many supplies as you can, don't talk to anyone, just go Nio Love Text to Maebe: no seriously i dont care who's bed ur in get out of it and go Fortunately, the lighthouse seemed to have fared better than where they'd started, and Shiloh squeezed his arms around Ian in a quick hug, looking positively ridiculous in his pink duck print pajamas. He hadn't made getting dressed a priority, obviously, but thankfully he hadn't forgotten his weapon, Haruko's charm clutched tightly in his hand. "Hey, I'm glad you're here." everyone DUCKY PAJAMAS COMING THRU feel free to throw ur characters at him

"Hey!"
At the Lighthouse there were two guards. Two unfamiliar guards, dressed not in whites but greys. They were however, wielding weapons. "Hey, what are you-"
They suddenly paused as they took a good look at the approaching Hunters. One of them narrowed their eyes, weapons drawn, while the other reached for their walkie-talkie, ready to communicate to others. Mark's words were beginning to get more and more clear as to the current situation.
"There's no way you would have-" the figure coated in grey didn't drop their stance. "Who sent you here?" OOC: Anyone at the portal!

A glazed, euphoric look overcame Mimsy for only a second or two, before someone moved her hand. Blearily, she blinked over at them. " Ugh, all right. All right!" She dipped her hand into the blood one last time, then glanced over her shoulder at the other Hunters that were gathering nearby. "Regretfully, he has no chance of survival," she called to them, brushing her hands together as if she were dusting them off. It just smeared the blood even more. "It would be best to move along. Go on. Oh, save yourselves! Move along!" When she finished speaking, she waved them off with one (very bloodied) hand, flinging a few droplets into the air. Reluctantly, she stood, and hooked her arm around Robert's. "Are we finally running away? Where to, husband?" Mimsy was, of course, taking this very seriously. She shook her arm until the shirt bunched up around her elbow, to expose the O branded onto her wrist. "There is no need to fear them, remember? Lucky and I will protect you. We are one of them, as far as they know, and you are part of our family now."

Deryk kind of deflated inwardly at that. Wilson was probably right but it wasn't a good thought. Didn't they have enough problems without psychotic hunters out for their blood too? "..Today gonna suck. Just know it."Not that he has really had a good day in quite some time.

Peoplepeoplepeople. Her body was split between punishing her for jumping from dreams to reality and actively trying to jumpstart her back into full awareness. 5:30, the clock said. What a peculiar hour.
She eyed Quinn, Dakota, and Otto dully, accepting Gale's presence beside her without physical acknowledgement just yet, lifting a hand to the trio as it to try and say hi how's it going (it was rude not to, it was rude not to, even in sieges, can't forget). At Marcus's arrival, whcih revieced another half-hearted motion, Stormy simply shook her head, practically apologetic that she couldn't help. She imagined she had seen only what everyone else had: blood, a circle, a frantic Mark. Supposedly the point was for whatever happened to have been a surprise . . .
Thane, annoyed with her out of it she was being, began to exert his presence to clarify things. It was a slow battle uphill, and yet--
--Stormy froze. She thought she heard . . . No. The dreams. Just the dreams. She clutched Gale's hand at last, tight and silent.
Two guards appeared and the grayness set her off, visions of red crystals and alternate universes and bugs, always bugs. Immediately she took an instinctive step in front of Gale, her drowsiness leaving with almost painful speed. Her fingers itched to summon Thane, but Mark's words vaguely filtered back into her mind.
Keep on going. Keep your mouth shut.
"Would showing it help?" she murmured to Gale at last, her eyes darting to his marked hand before finally lifting to look at him proper. It was clear that she was at a loss when dealing with the Circle personally, let alone at the crack of dawn after a jarring dream, but she was ready to back him up.

[back dated reply/didnt know new prompt was up] Solia smiled, actually smiled, when Abbi arrived, even if the other girl seemed less than in top form. "The usual. Death. Mayhem. O. Dead hunters." She shrugged. "The usual." Brown eyes flicking to the portal, she hummed for a moment, adjusting the bag of coffee and whatnot in hand. "I expect those with the brand will be safer than those without. Perhaps we'll be targeted, though, I'm never sure withe this O group. In either event Abbi, I would like you to be ready to distance yourself from me, physically or otherwise." It was spoken with a certain clarity. Solia was a target. She was branded. She knew that anything O related put her to suspect. "....I'd prefer you not get hurt due to any involvement or association with me."

He rolled his eyes before mustering a confident smile and pushing the blond forward with an arm wrapped around Deryk's shoulders. "Doesn't everyday suck? Let's get our things and head to the portal like Mark said, alright?"
Wilson couldn't remember the last time he had ever had a good day in Deus, but that was simply the way the island worked. Either you adjusted or you didn't.Blade Kuroda okay SLEEPING FOR REAL NOW I'M NOT LYING...!
