Minty Andee Cree -anon- Cree wanders in down the stairs in to the dimly lit basement. She steps off the final stair as she looks around to take in her surroundings, "What a pretty room," she giggles, "Next time you decorate can I help to?" "Non-rotting materials only please, unless you're gonna come back to help clean them up." o n oCree stops to think. "so if its like my brother I can bring it? this is my brother Stanley," she holds up an ancient looking skull. "See he's all done being smelly. I cleaned him up myself!" Cree smiles proudly as she shows off her brother.

She admired Stanley's head.

Orrin peeked his head through the door, shakin to the bones. "S-s-s-someone's going to clean this up, r-r-right? W-Why is it even...? I don't... Who lives here?" He glared at the mess, hoping it was all Halloween decorations. In April...

Funny how many people walk into a forest once told it's haunted."

That Green Gentleman Anon "Hey. Hey. You. I just spend three days cleaning. If you're unsatisfied with my work," She throws a broom at his head, "Do it yourself.""Dude, haunted forests are the best forests to go through. It's like normal hiking with chance of death."

He jumped a bit, surprised by her sudden outburst. He then looked down at the broom, which he found to be a perticularly evil one, and rubbed his sore head. "Ah... I-I'm sorry Miss, but the... The walls are still quite... R-r-r-red... And there's... And I... I'm sorry." He suddenly threw his arms around her and gave her a great big hug. "All better...?"

That Green Gentleman Anon "Some of that red is paint." She sniffed, indignant, "And Cae would probably redecorate with my corpse if I made the basement completely devoid of a little horror." Minty crossed her arms, despite the hug. Still feeling prickly.

Orrin looked down, feeling a mixture of shame and fear. "I'm sorry... I'll help you clean next time..." He would have asked who could possibly thrive in such horrors, but the mere thought of it scared him too much. Orrin picked up the broom and leaned it against the somewhat sticky wall. Mostly paint, mostly paint, mostly paint, he muttered to himself, like a soothing chant.

That Green Gentleman Anon Shhh...no. You don't have to clean. Just don't complain about it." She nods sagely.

"O-okay..." Orrin took another look around the roo, and shivered. He decided it was best to stay by the door, rather than actually stepping inside.

That Green Gentleman Anon If there was anything Minty was sympathetic towards, it was someone looking to take a nap. Even if they had just insulted her cleaning. "Oh! Well. Admittedly this might not be the best place, but I bet Cae has it connected up to other, cleaner, quieter basements. We just need to find the secret passages."

That Green Gentleman Anon Anyone who had glanced over might have come to the conclusion Prince Xavier hadn't been paying attention and was rather disinterested with the whole affair, the way he was staring off into space with a slightly glazed look in his eyes. But he was listening, barely. "Now, Cae, I can't help but wonder if it was such a good idea inviting everybody in after all. You may never get it back to yourself now." He teased with a smile.
Although the place still smelled a bit damp, and there was a distinct atmosphere, the kind that gathers in a place where people have died, he had to admit Minty had done a marvellous job. "It looks great, better than I've ever seen it." He enthused, wrapping his arms around her in a tight, albeit brief, hug before he addressed the gentleman. "Don't worry you're perfectly safe down here - Cae doesn't like men for her basement activities. I mean, I still probably wouldn't touch anything... But you'll be okay."
And lastly, Cree herself. "Lovely to see you down here, Cree, I was wondering what was keeping you."
