Reason || She will not bow down and just listen to some king. She wants to be there to help fight for what she believes in.

Reason || Jacin feels nothing but contempt for the people of Oba. From their methods, how cowardly they act, the manner in which they constantly hide behind hostages. It also doesn't help that they harmed Takoda during the war. He will stop at nothing to turn them all into pin cushion.

Character || Chalcedony
Side || Resistance
Reason || Chalcedony is the sort that wants to understand the otherside but as it stands there is no way that he can't fight against them. Perhaps if there was no war but everything has gone way to far for him to ever see them as anything but the enemy. The fact that his sons had to bare witness to the war doesn't help either.

Character || Rishima
Side || Resistance
Reason || Rishima will stand with his sisters against the Oban threat. No matter what has to be done, he will do it. All he wants is to keep them and Gerraden safe. His loyalties won't be swayed by one lost battle, they just have to try again, strike when the enemy drops it's guard, or come up with a good strategy to hit them where it hurts.

Reason || Sorta? Eira isn't a fighter and she won't be going to battle against Oba anytime soon. She finds it to be a huge shame that this war is happening since it's ruining everything that she has been planning for. She will merely cheer her side on in getting things cleared up soon so she can get back to be a Troupe Mistress.

Reason || Sorta... Were Makani to come across any Oban soldiers that were in dire straights he'd find himself tempted to see to their wounds. He is a mage, he has destructive magics, but he is also a healer. Heal them first, see to it that someone with more authority deals with them afterwards. He doesn't really want to kill anyone though at this point.

Side || Resistance
Reason || Gyuri isn't really so much on one side or the other, he will merely do what has to be done to make sure those in the troupe are safe. This is the job that Eira assigned to him and it's the job that he will see done no matter what.

Character || Aysun
Side || Resistance
Reason || Aysun will do whatever he has to do to protect his twin. There is also the fact that his family are all so against Oba's rule. His opinion will be effected by them, his Uncle Jacinthus especially since he's the most vocal, and he might end up with a rather negative look at the Obans as he grows up.

Character || Rilind
Side || Ummm...? Resistance would make the most sense.
Reason || Rilind missed the war due to being in a coma. For the time being I'd say that he is on the side of those who saved him, that being a group of hunters from Tale. I can't see him siding with Oba since their tyrant of a king would remind him too much of his father and men like that terrify him.

Reason || Honestly, the idea of betraying Tendaji has never crossed his mind - Oba is simply the enemy invading. The idea of joining ranks with them is absolutely alien to him.

Side || Resistance
Reason || Mella was there when the order to retreat came. She saw her friends hurt and it broke her heart. She wishes there was a way for peace but she can’t really stand the thought siding with those who caused so much harm and bloodshed. She is going to quietly hide away from it all and show those that couldn’t fight what it was like.

Character || BarAmal
Side || Resistance
Reason || He had been doing so well and yet the war was lost. BarAmal’s pride won’t just let him give up. He has to keep fighting to keep his family and loved ones safe. He watched comrades fall and can’t forgive himself for being so weak so he is going to become stronger.
