Well, I couldn't say for myself because they're computerized people.
As for what I like to see includes:
Ein+Hitomi ( so cute, he's nice to her so yea blaugh and I'm not fond of sibling love eeks! xd )
Ryu+Kasumi(they seem to be connected)
Ryu+Ayane( if they put enough time together, I think it might work out seeing how they're related and how their lives had been and personalities are.)
Ryu+Kureha(I know she's not in DOA but they're related in NG and she's pretty and knows him for a very long time making a romantic couple though not much is mentioned about her. My fantasies)
Ryu+Aileen(just because she's already his girlfriend, as it says in the DOA1 booklet.I would like to know more about her though in the future games made by Tecmo.)
Zack+Tina(looks obvious to me as they are palyful to each other I think)
Ein+Helena( it's weird but they never told us details when he was captured in which is related to Helena.So we'll never know what happened between them)
Jann Lee+Leifang(they're just made for each other, their story together makes it kinda obvious and it says something about it oin the DOA1 booklet as well.^^ still cute though)
As for Leon, I don't think he'll want to find another gf or at least be one with a DOA contestant cause he seems loyal to his gf that died(Roland which has Helena's voice actor lol^^)
I don't think the other characters have much connection to make a couple. sweatdrop

Personally I don't think that any of the shinobi are really eliglible for coupling. I think they would all marry within the village and Hayabusa is far too old for Kasumi or Ayane...
Lei Fang would not date Jann Lee, Zack, or any of the other men in the series. Lei Fang is a super-genius that would not spend her life with a bouncer who wants nothing more than another fight, or a crazy loud-mouthed Thai boxer.
Zack and Tina? Don't make me laugh. Tina scoffs at Zack's looks and he just gets weirder and weirder. Tina probably wouldn't degrade herself with any of the guys around either. She has better things to do.
Ein and Hitomi? I suppose it is a remote possibility, but when Ein regains his memory and returns to being Hayate, all that time he spent with Hitomi would seem insignificant. He has far too much to do in the ninja village.
Ein and Helena? Probably not... Seeing as how Ein is Hayate who lives in the forest and Helena is the daughter of a huge corporation and sings opera for a living....
All that leaves is Bayman, Christie, Bass, and Leon and it is obvious that Leon would never hook up with another girl in DOA. He is far too loyal to his departed girlfriend. Bass... well I think he might still be married? or something? So if you're looking for a couple, Bayman and Chrisite, though they're probably more likely to kill each other.
There's also Gen Fun and Brad Wong, but come one... an old man or a drunk.. I'm finding it kind of unlikely...

Doafan Rakinu417 I actually started a fan fiction that kind of had a love interest for Kasumi. He was named Kerumi and was of the same ninja village and everything. If I ever get back to it and finish it I'll probably put it up here. As for Kasumi and Ryu? Probably not. Ryu would be robbing the cradle. Kasumi isn't even 18 (or so it is speculated). As for Lei Fang and Jahn Lee, that's another case where the guy is quite a bit older than the girl. Plus, I think Lei Fang is far to smart to date a guy who makes noises like that.... As for you guys who want digitally animated girls... get a grip. Granted they are made to be drop dead gorgeous, but seriously... they are nothing but CGI. Secondly, you know little to nothing about their character and personality. Plus, those girls would kick your asses at the prospect. Sorry to rain on your parade, but even if they were real-live girls, you wouldn't have a chance.... STOP RUINING OUR DREAMS gonk Lol blaugh That would be soo funny, though you might have a slight chance of even seeing them in which you would have competition with the other hot DOA males xd As for me, it's hopeless, the guys are many years older than me, or it would be way too awkward*sigh* It would be cool if you could make your own character in DOA.^^

Plus it was her family that saved him keeping him alive currently. Futhermore, he is more serious,strict, harsh in personality towards Ayane I think, when you see them talking. Then for the ninja characters's ages, they're still suitable for each other not too terribily far apart. Only 5 or more years apart.

Well Hayate is only a few years older than his sister Kasumi and his half-sister Ayane. Hayabusa is the one that is several years older. Considering it is assumed that Ayane and Kasumi both aren't 18 in the DOA series and Hayabusa is like over 30 (I think.. I haven't checked recently) that would be quite a stretch....
As for Hitomi with Hayate, Hayate has far too much responsibility in the ninja village and would not really be able to have a relationship with an outsider. I think that DOA characters really wouldn't find a love interest in any of the others...
