 Mouth glared as the felled serpent was replaced by yet another mouthy damned monster. He wiped some gore from his cheek and hefted his blade; the other's took their turns at the beast as opportunity allowed and he managed to haul his butt around to one of the heads. RavenousDelirium snarled and whipped his blade around, the March Hare distracting it some so he could get a slightly better hit. It was enough to chop off one of the leaves, but not much else; being smacked in the face by one of the large bulbs sent him staggering back. Instead of jumping to his feet and attacking again, he used his heal-card on one of his companions first; the plant snapped at his head and he took a blind-swing while dodging - but missed horribly. < TO PARTY: Tch. Mitafel nodded to him and Mouth winked and grinned..at least, until what appeared to be The Boss started blathering stupidly and going for all of them. It wasn't going down fast or easy, but RavenousDelirium didn't care, he was going to hack and slash at it for as long as he could. He ducked, dodged and weaved about, when he finally swung to attack, the creature dodged and Mouth snarled something in his native tongue that sounded extremely unpleasant. But luck was with him, because as he spun away from one of those flailing limbs, his blade followed through and THWACK - a nice, heavy.. meaty sound as one limb went flying through the air. < TO PARTY: YEAH! OOC MY CARDS: TheBoughman had been completely quiet the entire battle - he didn't like fighting things, at all. Especially plants. However, one had to do what one had to do, right? Mostly, he'd let his minipet do a lot of the work each time he attacked. The little hare was more than happy to attack vegetation. However, RavenousDelirium was loud and obnoxious about it. < TO PARTY: Seriously, is that all very necessary, RavenousDelirium? I do not understand why you have to be so loud and mean to them. Most of these things were nice. Except the flowers. The flowers would make a nice salad...>Okay, so he was a softy. But this dodo bird had asked not to make it attack and there they were attacking it! He knew there was some reason he was, but this battle he was just feeling absolutely useless. Probably because it hadn't wanted to fight. He knew all about turf wars, what with being a Leshy and all. Another Leshy came into his forest and he'd probably beat the living leaves off of it - but this just all seemed off. < TO PARTY: But really. Why are we fighting any of it? The winking from RavenousDelirium took him off guard, but the only hint of that happens to be the slight widening of his eyes. For the most part his companions-in-arms had been quiet, making few sounds beyond the typical sounds of exertion, but suddenly the green-coated leaf-bearing dude opened his yap and started asking why the language, why so mean. Mouth shot him a look that said, plainly 'You high?' even as he flubbed an attack on the two-headed... thing. < TO PARTY: Seriously man, you're gonna ask me that now? Like the other's said, it doesn't matter - let me worry about me and you can worry about you. >He blocked a particularly nasty blow with his blade and snarled at the boss again, "Tch.." RavenousDelirium's minipet bolted out to distract the Boss while the Gryphon readied himself for a great leap, blade slashing down one side of the beast mightily.
