Maybe she wasn't scared of this boss, or maybe she was, because the0racle didn't even bother with attacking this time. She, instead, figured it was a good time to catch up on her healing and defense. the0racle buffed herself fairly well, and it was likely she did it simply because she wanted to. the0racle hardly buffed! She had to get in some practice.

Between herself and her Hare, Ch33p managed to do a reasonable amount of damage to the creature. Not a significant amount, but she didn't feel like a layabout either.

Now it wasn't as hard. She still felt a little out of place among these more experienced players but she wasn't going to let that stop her. She'd learned that much.
A swift jump and dash forward and she struck out with her dagger. The damage she took was almost completely healed once she was back in the crowd of her group.

This boss was proving to be an admirable foe, but that was only because half of the party was busy dicking around with healing and buffing. It made sense, to get all their HP up for the final boss! But still, it made this one out to be an incredible pain in the a**. So, the0racle decided to knock it down a few notches. Anything for her team!

As they passed on to the next boss, S.cargo had been wondering idly how many more before the final battle.
Then they were there, and she was, again, the first to face their new foe. She didn't let herself have time to think about it, just dodged forward while there was still a little air of surprise. Her dragger struck out true.
As she fell back behind friendly lines she healed, just to be safe.

They might have been a little too zealous in healing... :3c
So instead, they switched tactics: TO DEFENDING AND...ATTEMPTING TO ATTACK. Their attempt at attacking landed, but it was weak, oh so weak. But when it comes to defending, it was decent. They defended their white rabbit friend because why not.

the0racle was a bit of a spotlight hog. She stepped up in front of the boss and from her Pocket Card selected an Ability Card she had earned. "Let's DECIMATE this ********!" she declared dramatically.
Sealed merely rolled her eyes and pulled out an ability card she had been saving for this very moment.

Quite frankly, they were wrecking the absolute s**t out of the boss. sealed managed to do quite a bit of damage with her ability card, and the0racle felt herself being proud for the other player. That, and she was definitely going to stick around the strong ones... It was probably her best bet at survival.
But, now it was her turn, and the0racle charged the boss without fear, kicking and scratching at it!
