Hey, he wasn't going to shirk what was working. His lupia was doing a fine job of keeping him safe, so why couldn't he focus on someone else? So while punching the thing as it got closer to him he kept it well away from FrozenFlower.

Being defended and healed so effectively made her job a lot easier, which she was very grateful for. The ghoul poised herself and took her huge upward swing of the polearm, dealing a sizeable cut on the snake. Slow and steady now...

The red lupia was doing a good job as a nurse, AJ petted his little helper before launching another attack at the snake. Also the observant boil noticed that the snake's tail would love to grab the pretty dormouse lady by her feet. He stabbed on it hard while smiling. "Not the lady's leg, that's so rude to do so without permission, you know?" He was a bit mad.

He did manage to bop the snake rather soundly as it once again went for their lovely blue haired helping. "Back back back!" And it might have gotten a smack on the nose too!

She caught the sight of the snake coming at her ankles. When the boil stabbed at it, she couldn't help but give him a soft smile, going to bow down, lightly pulling her fluffy coat away.

There was still a lot of defending and healing going on, which distracted the ghoul from attacking the snake for a while. Her otokoyo however, was doing its job by continuing to chomp down on the snake, causing to be rather rattled.

Oh, the snake was still alive? He wasn't quite sure what to do with it all. So... perhaps it was a mistake, but he tried out healing one of his comrades.

As the second one fell they soon came upon a third boss. To which, seeing as the pup had learned his job, he quickly braced himself to hold back the creature for the blue haired lady. "I got it!" And while it did leave a few scratches his pet couldn't quite heal, he was more than ready for this!

More plants, and this one she had encountered before to know that it wasn't friendly.
Whirling her polearm around to gain momentum in her swing, the ghoul dealt a heavy blow to the stem of the plant, hoping that it would topple over with it.

Really, they seemed like they were quite good at killing things... so he was happy to keep fielding the blows. Though after a few scratches he healed himself back up before once more standing between the nice lady and the plant.
