Before heading in for her next attack, she felt the presence of someone - a girl, winking at her as she protected her. Maebe's cheshire grin turned into a soft, interested smile.
"Thank you." She murmured, while clawing her way through until the creature stopped moving. "We make a good team."
Something moved behind her, a smaller creature that found her vicious claws favorable, and it too slashed at the dead mess before her.

"Maybe, hun~ Let's survive this first and see how it goes." She swatted off the rest of the twigs trying to cling to her hair in time to see their third opponent. Oh good, flower crushing. "Hold up, I got this!"
Cue lots of kicking. Q distracted the pair of monstrous flowers as she side stepped, giving a rather effective swing at one as it launched itself at Fumbly Pale Kid (who was different from the other Pale Kid in that Pale Kid 2 at least really liked....healing himself....). "Easy does it," Q said in passing as she tried to pluck a petal for herself, grinning and thoroughly unaware she was the cause of his earlier pause. "No big."

The only thing left to do was prove that it would be a good idea to team up with her. That was easily enough, it just meant fighting harder.
She, and her newfound friend - honestly, where did this little thing come from? - charged in, claws at the ready, and tore and ripped where they could.

The flowers were cute, in their own way. But really, she felt like a bad owner. She hadn't fed her sidekick all day. Ra.One plucked off a leaf and fed it to the creature, then went back to taking care of what was important. Herself.

Finally, finally ShadowLord15 had charged up his magic for long enough to unleash a blistering final attack.

Once again the cards were proving that, beyond a shadow of a doubt, they wanted her to be protected.

All at once Surely was focused on the monster, both of her claws out as they tore away at its flesh. Her little four legged friend returned with gusto, using its paws and muzzle to try and make as much of a mess as she was making. Despite having no idea where it had come from, she was starting to like the little mutt.

He turned to glance at the ghoul as he swiped, barely grazing their new enemy. When had this thing shown up? He might have been happier that this strange group was so effective at murder if he hadn't been preoccupied with trying to figure out what was going on here.
