Every seems to be healed up for now, so Dreadpirate turns back to the attack. He darts in close to the tree, avoiding the worst of a swipe but still taking a scrape along one arm. It stings, but in the same way a papercut does.
He and his March Hare make a steady serious of slashes at the trunk. Maybe the bark is a kind of armour, because it doesn't seem all that effective... Well, it's something, at least.

A flurry of slashes followed Dreadpirate's attacks- the tree barely had a moment to retaliate. Any branches it directed her way were ruthlessly sliced away, and the little rabbit following her clawed at the riddle tree just as frantically.
Thanks to their combined efforts the tree finally fell, with a series of agonized creaks.
"So much for Billy and Nilly. Well here's a riddle for you, tree. Who's the loser?"
A pause.
"I think he's stumped, you guys."

He pulled cards to prepare to defend or attack. He managed to heal, but that was all, undoing the snapping damage from the plant but nothing more. He was getting to be -really- grateful for that little bunny though.

The plants look angry yet unthreatening. Dreadpirate refuses to underestimate them, though. He's been killing vicious plants all day. They were annoying enough when they attacked on their own - this could get ugly.
It's a mistake to get so close without observing their movements first. He and the hare get in a weak strike each, but he comes away with a few whacks as a result.

"And.. this is why I never want to get flowers from a guy. Not that that's ever happened.." The two flowers hissed and snapped, but hadn't begun attacking quite yet- as if they were sizing the party up, trying to identify the tastiest one.
Well, tough luck. She watched as Dreadpirate moved in first, and took her chance with an opening he had made. Like the previous time, it was the stems she aimed for.
The hit connected, leaving a deep gash. Twisting away, Reine pulled out another card and healed herself. Not a bad start at all.

"Thanks," Dreadpirate calls as O-T (as he's taken to thinking of the guy) heals him. "You're a handy guy to have around."
He wondered if the healer was from Moon Division. Maybe Mist?
This isn't the time for idle thoughts, he reminds himself. He narrows his vision to the plants. When he moves in to attack, he ducks under one leafy vine, delivers two blows while pivoting away from the heads, then ducks away with only a glancing blow to show for it. There might also be some small teethmarks low on the plant, suspiciously hare-sized.

Without even a moment's reprieve, a large bird came crashing out of the foliage. Startled, Reine swung at it, scoring a hit. Her rabbit- or rather, a march hare, it seemed, dove in to bite at its roots, and she swiftly pulled out a card, healing herself a little more.

"Gah!" He was assaulted by the beaky bird and fumbled his cards again, only one landed face down but the others he used to heal himself.
Not much luck in doing more than healing, but perhaps that wasn't so surprising…he was a healer after all. The March Hares were doing more damage than him though, that made it a bit odd.

"Aa, dudes, sorry about that! Seemed to have idled!" GreenDragon awkwardly laughed after he came to his senses. Was there such thing as lag in dreams? Hm.
Well, time to make up for it, he supposed as he hefted his sword in hand, a little off at first since he was used to pole arms but well enough as he went after the Dodo thing (weren't they extinct?). He didn't really get to do any fancy twirls, but he attempted a spin on his heels as he once again just decided to try cleaving the poor extinct-in-reality bird.

One heal coming up! He called out, casting it towards Protista, who looked he thought in the heat of that moment, the worst off, fortunately one card was luck - all the better, he added the defense to be extra sure she made it through this feeling a lot better.
What an odd dream this was, but at least it was friendly.
The bunny for its part kept up an almost rabid assault.
