Lynora let out a soft laugh at Carac's confused gesture and took his hand in her own, shaking it gently for a few moments before releasing his hand. "U-um...I don't know...I kinda..." She was starting to get annoyed that he wasn't looking her in the eye, was that common here? It couldn't be, after all Cedany was looking her in the eye right now! Lynora bent her body sideways so as to find Carac's face and smiled at him. "Is there something wrong?" she asked curiously.

Carac was startled and immediately looked the other way. "It is shameful for a man to look at an exposed woman," he said, closing his eyes now. Though he and his sister weren't necessarily under the law here, even they followed a few customs and rules. "Er... Are you famished? I can prepare something to eat." He moved to the other side of the hut and began chopping some herbs.

Lynora blushed a little and looked at her own clothing, was she really that exposed?? This was so normal where she came from but now that someone else was telling her it was inappropriate Lynora was starting to wish she had worn jeans today. Maybe it was a good idea to wear the robe for now, she didn't want to attract any unwanted visitors after all. Lynora cringed a little as she slipped on the smelly and dirty robe. "Is this better?" she asked softly, glad to see the young man's eyes gazing upon her. "Y-you said something about a prince?" she asked Cedany now, wondering what she meant by it. "I'm not sure if I landed in a renaissance fair or something but we haven't had princes for quite a few decades!" she said with a small laugh, hoping this was all a big joke.

Cedany had no idea what Lynora was spouting. Landing in a fair? What odd place did she come from? "Yes, I said something about a prince, but it's best you don't meet him. I don't recall him being kind to girls such as you," she said, joining her brother in preparing for the noon meal. "What's a renaissance? Is it a new holiday?"Carac was more comfortable with looking at Lynora now. "My apologies if you are not used to such coverings, but such cloths are all we have. People of our kind are not allowed luxuries, you see." He took some carrots and threw then into a boiling cauldron.

Lynora was just as confused as Cedany was. "You don't have to keep up with that kind of language. I'm not gonna report you to the manager or anything." she said with a small nervous laugh as she found something to sit on for the moment. "A renaissance fair....like castles, dragons, princes and kings...." Only blank stares. "....Wenches and servants.....Okay now you're freaking me out...." she said softly, turning to Carac when he spoke. "W-well...thank you. I'll return the robe soon I promise. I don't think I'm staying here for long though. I need to go back home before my shows start. I have a lot of homework."

Carac looked nervously at his sister and then back at Lynora. "I'm afraid we have no idea what what you are saying. What land do you come from?" He was a bit worried for the girl's mind. Had it been corrupted before she appeared? Or maybe her home just had unusual customs. How did they rule without a prince, for example?

Lynora was starting to worry about her own safety for a minute. "A-America...." she said softly, obviously these people were defective somehow. "Okay um....I don't know what's going on here but.....you guys are freaking me out so I'm just gonna leave." she said cautiously, slowly making her way to the door and slipping out of the ratty household.

"Lynora, don't go! You don't know what's out there!" Carac was going to chase after her, but she had already disappeared and he could hear the neigh of the horses. Besides that, his sister would never let him out. He could only hope Lynora would not meet the prince.Althalos had separated from his group not long ago, but he didn't mind. The hunters were amateurs and he wanted nothing to do with them. The most troublesome among them was a nobleman who kept talking about how great his daughter was. Althalos did not care. All the women around were empty-headed. Whose idea was it to deny them education? He would have liked to have an intelligent conversation with one, especially if she was to be his bride.
In the midst of his thoughts, he spotted a robed girl. It was clear that she didn't belong, and the robe she wore had an all-too familiar symbol on its back. "You! Girl! Halt!" he commanded as he rode up to her. "State your name and business."

Now that she was out of the presence of the twins she just met, Lynora didn't find a need to keep wearing this tattered robe. She quickly took it off but decided to keep it with her just in case. Lynora barely took a step past the hut when she felt the ground rumble slightly and then someone yelling at her to...wait did seriously just tell her to 'halt'? She turned around and looked up at the man on the horse; she couldn't help but feel intimidated a little. "You don't have to tell me to 'halt' you know. That's kind of rude." she said softly, but apparently this man was an important figure, judging on how much different his clothing was compared to the people she just met. "My name is Lynora. And....well I guess I'm trying to find my way back home." She thought it best to keep the whole museum thing to herself, she wasn't sure if everyone would only give her a questionable expression.

Althalos narrowed his eyes at her. "Know your place, wench. You have a lot of nerve to speak in such a way to the Crown Prince," he warned her, but he was intrigued. "Are you a harlot? Such garments are bold, especially for one as young as yourself." When the girl mentioned going home, he was even more interested. It seemed a bit early for a witch hunt, but since there was the opportunity... "Home, you say? Do you live in this hut? With a witch and warlock, perhaps?"

Lynora's brows furrowed at the snap at her comment. "W-Wench!?! You say I have a lot of nerve! Some prince you are calling women wenches, thats so insulting! Now I really want to report you guys to the manager, to put something like that in the script...!" she said with a slightly high pitched squeak, but there was that word again 'harlot'. "Why does everyone keep asking if I'm a harlot, what the heck is a harlot anyways!? No, this is a dress. I wear dresses all the time!" Now he was assuming she lived with a witch or warlock? "Okay, the harlot question I'm used to but if you're going to insult my intelligence by saying I live with a witch or something then this conversation is over. I need to get back home. My teacher is probably really worried about me." she said in a slightly annoyed tone as she turned around and walked in the same direction she came from. This man had insulted her and assumed the wrong situation she was in and Lynora was getting sick of it. Apparently nobody wanted to help her, and that was just fine. She would find her own way back.

Althalos could not decide whether to be outraged or even more intrigued. Despite the nonsense the Lynora girl was spouting, she appeared to have a mind, though it was odd that she didn't consider herself a harlot. He quickly followed her, if only to know more about the girl, though he decided to keep note of the hut's location. "Well, if you are looking for a way home, you shouldn't look here. A dangerous witch and warlock lurk in these woods. Have you seen them?" he asked. "They're siblings with golden hair who look extraordinarily alike, save for their eyes. One has green and the other blue. If you don't want to meet them, then I'd suggest you come with me."

Lynora stopped in her tracks when she heard the description of the same people who had just found her. She looked down at the robe that was given to her and started to wonder if she was ever safe with those people. But they didn't hurt her while she was in their home so maybe they weren't all that bad. She turned around to face the man on the horse and had to think about what her answer would be, depending on what she said there could be two people, possibly innocent people, who would get in trouble. "N-no.....I haven't seen anyone like that. What exactly makes them dangerous though? Are they murderers or something?" she asked softly, hoping she was doing something right.

The girl hesitated. It must have meant something, but Althalos would not press for information. "Witchcraft, simply. Their hearts have been corrupted by their spells," he said. "They have been known to hand potions out to children, slowly poisoning them on the pretense of healing them. So far, about half of those children have become ill and we are sure those potions are to blame." If the girl knew anything about the witch and warlock, then this information could get her to talk.

Lynora cupped her mouth with her hands, could those people really be that evil? "That's terrible! I hope they get better. But I'm sorry I can't help more. I just found this robe on the ground when I got here." She said softly, gesturing toward the tattered robe in her hands. "Anyways I really gotta find my way back home. Do you know which way Red Cloud Street is?" She asked curiously, hoping the older man could help her.
