Omega was decked hard by the Haymaker from Matt and fell to the mat below. He lied there holding his jaw from the blow, damn this must have been for calling him a jackass. He tried to sit up still holding his jaw and motioned for Matt to hit him again.

Omega wanted to be hit, and The Storm loved hitting things. This 'friendship' was going to work.
Matt stared down at the man and stepped forward, attempting to answer his request by grabbing him by the hair and roughly yanking him upward. If successfully managed to, he'd bring his right fist swinging in for a straight punch to that mask while keeping hold on his hair, aiming the blow right around the mouth area.

Omega felt his hair being given the slightest tug by Matt and it had enough of a tug to bring him to his feet. Omega stood there trying to break Matt's grip on his hair but Matt clearly wanted none of that as he just cold cocked Omega right in the jaw. The Punch made a sickening crack sound as Omega held his jaw from the sheer pain of his jaw getting decked.

Omega wasn't asking for another blow it seemed, but that didn't mean The Storm wasn't still bringing out the knuckle sandwiches for him to sample. He attempted to keep Omega standing by tightening his grip on those locks, aiming to c**k the man's head back to stare right into the eyes of The Storm. If there was no sign of the man fighting back, Matt would rear his fist back once more and collide it with the upper part of his face!

Omega's head was pulled back by Shanahan and he looked him dead in the eyes, a look of excitement in Omega's eyes as he stared into Matt's eyes. Omega decided to rather than get decked in the face again to try and drive his Knee into the Leg of Matt.

The knee connected with the Champion's leg, though it did little but cause pain to shoot up through his limb. That was not pleasant. That would not be accepted, either!
His grip still tight on the small fry's hair, he'd attempt to push the man backwards by his head, releasing the grasp on his locks. If successful, he'd shoot forward for a quick elbow to the man's head!

Omega was able to connect with the knee but he was pushed back by the giant brute. He started getting to his feet as Matt charged at him with an Elbow attempt, Omega would try to catch his arm and attempt to use his own momentum against him to try and Lock in a Crippler Crossface!

What a shift in momentum! The Storm's attempted elbow resulted in him being dragged down to the mat and placed immediately in the Crippler Crossface! He didn't let out a sound to indicate the pain that was shooting through his body, and how great the pain was! But he wasn't gonna give Omega an inch here; he fought against the hold the entire way, even trying to pull his arm loose from the man's legs.

Omega succeeded in channeling his inner Rabid Wolverine and locked the champ in The Crippler Crossface. The problem was that Matt was fighting it tooth and nail, Omega was a bit concerned but once again decided to channel his inner Rabid Wolverine and attempted to repeatedly deliver some quick Headbutts to the back of The Storm's head hoping to stun him just as much as he was stunning himself.

The blows to the back of the head stunned The Storm for a brief moment, causing his resistance to weaken. Would it be enough for the Champion to give in?! The answer to that riddle is: nope.
Some seconds after the headbutts, Matt's drive kicked back in, responding to the Crossface with a loud shout in defiance. Attempting to utilize that brute strength he was known for, he tried to rip his arm free of Omega's legs and begin ramming his elbow into the man's chest to release himself from the hold!

Omega tried to hold the submission as much as he could, but Matt managed to get his arm free and began driving his Elbow repeatedly into the chest of the Masked Mad Man. He held on a bit longer while he tried to think of a plan but the pain became too much so he would attempt to push Matt's face into the ground while he rolled away.

The Storm was released from the hold and finally given some relief, even if he just had his face shoved into the mat. He cared not, he was simply relieved to be out of that damn hold. Wasn't that supposed to be banned after... ah, forget it.
Slowly, he began to roll the opposite way and towards the ropes. Even if the hold had been applied for maybe thirty seconds, it was enough to cause a good deal of pain.

Omega rolled to his knees and managed to get to stand up a bit, he had to be wary it wasn't as if he had the same size and weight advantage Matt enjoyed over him. He looked over at Matt and was trying to think of a good way to go a out this without relying too heavily on his Lucha Libre expertise, maybe wear him down with a few more submissions? Maybe chop down those tree trunks Matt calls legs? He wasn't sure but he had to do something before the b*****d could attack first.
He decided to go Lucha and charged at Matt, he would attempt to roll to the side to psyche him out and if it succeeded he'd attempt to Dropkick Him as stiffly as he could.

Matt had pulled himself to his feet using the ropes, his back being momentarily turned to his opponent. Once up on his two feet, he turned to witnessed Omega sprinting at him; at the speed he was going, dropkicking him out of the ring was completely plausible. Instead, Omega rolled to the side and aimed for a side attack? Regardless, the blow hit and sent the Champion stumbling to the side towards the turnbuckle!

Omega's Side Dropkick had succeeded and sent the champ into a corner, quite literally. Omega had to act fast, and fast he was, as he got up and tried to charge at Matt with an attempt at a Double Knee Strike right to the face, if it succeeded he'd try to roll the dice and hold on to Matt's face and pull him down and attempt to deliver a Double Knee Facebreaker!!
