Renzo glanced over at the man when Honjo nudged him to get his attention. "Yea that's him alright." He said as then turned to Rai as she spoke. Bad news? Renzo chuckled. "You know, Rai. Sometimes you got to be positive about somethings or how else will you think things out in a clearer sense?" He asked. But he would have to wait for an answer as the man started to speak, introducing himself as the Sannin of the village and next in line for hokage. "Well, guess he was really important after all." He said aloud for Honjo and Rai to hear. As he spoke Renzo notice Hyaku a few seats away. The lone wolf as usual. Renzo now focused is attention back to Kit. The genin had to answer three simple questions, easy enough. He listened as Makoto answered first. Then Hyaku. Followed by Rai. But when she answered, Renzo slightly turned in her direction. She had given three of the most basic answers. This made Renzo smile, maybe she just wanted to keep parts of real intentions under wraps just like Makoto. Honjo Followed suit and give his answers next and just like that it was now Renzos' turn. He stood just the ones before him and took a moment to himself to think about the right wording for his answers. "Well for starters, I became a ninja to become a person just like my father, whom you may know sensai, to protect the ones I care about and others who need protection, such as the citizens. As I travel down my path, I want to see just how far my resolve will take me and then when I get to where I need to be, I want to use my strength and knowledge to farther my ability to help. As for your final question, Shinobi exist to protect, just as most have said before me." He finished as he took a deep breath and calmly exhaled. Sitting back down he waited for the next person to speak and what would follow after.

Kit clapped. "Very good very good." Now that everyone had answered the question Kit opend his eyes and gave everyone a smile. "I feel like I know you guys and gals better already. So its only fair I give you my response. I became a ninja to save my family from the poverty that was the Fire Country 15 years ago. What I had hoped to attain from the shinobi conquest was th ability to permantly see to it that everyone I wanted to take care of would be. As for the third question...Why do shinobi Exist?...." Kit smiled and pulled his hands out of his pockets. "There was a reason why I chose this spot that overlooks the village." Turning around Kit faced the Leaf village from the top of the Hokages mountain. "Shinobi's exist for them." Kit raised his right hand and pointed it at the village below. From the spot u-top the Mountain everything could be seen. The market place bussling with people. The construction work building new additions. And numberous children cobing the streets having fun. Turning himself back around Kit addressed the genin once more. "Shinobi exist for the village. You are not pawns for the Kage. I would hope you could think for yourselves. Earlier today I heard two genin talking about a very troubling situation. If a teammate was wounded and a ninja had information that could destroy the village. What should you do? help the teammate? or persue the ninja? This is a stifling question but the answer is obvious. You gve chase. Yes the hardest thing you could possibly due is leave a ninja injured in the field to die. But be honest with yourself. What is worse, the lose of one friend? Or the loss of hundreds if not the entire village population? There will be many choices like this in the future. And I will enjoy watching each of you grow into what you make yourself into." Kit took a deep breath. Even though he hated giving speeches he sure was talking a lot. He should bring this to an end shortly. "So before I assign you squads and you can officially begin your path. Is there any questions? Maybe a recomendation of who youd like in their squad??"

Renzo smiled. Kit had recited the question he had asked at the shop and it made sense that one would need to save the village. But he wondered how he would act in that situation once more. Now he just waited for the assigned teams.

Kit took a deep breath. "Alright then, everyone. Time for what your waiting for. Squad assignments." Kit placed his hand into the pouch around his waist and unrolled it reveling the six genins names. "Taking into account your graduation scores and evaluations. The squads will be listed as follows. Squad 1 will be training directly under me. Renzo, Hyuka, Raiken. Squad 2 will consist of Makoto, Honjo, And Ren.' Kit then re-rolled the scroll and slipped it into his pouch again. "As of this time Squad 2 's leader is away on a mission and will be back tomorrow. If you have a problem with the assignments keep them to yourself. There are certain things that you don't get to decide. But don't worry. Your squad will become as fruitful as you make it." Kit looked towards Ren, Makoto, and Honjo. "You will meet your squad captain tomorrow in the training fields." With this said Kit tried to recall anything that he might have missed. to which nothing came to mind. "If you are not in my squad. You are dismissed." Removing his wallet from his pocket Kit took 2,000 Ryo from it and held it out for Honjo to take. "Use this to feed your squad mates or go do something together. it is imperative that you begin getting to know one another, styles, personalities. Everything." Returning his focus to Hyaku, Renzo, and Raiken Kit said. "That is what we will be doing here for the next while. Then I will take you to eat."

Honjo listened very carefully to the names listed off among squads. Unfortunately for Honjo he was paired up with completely new members. He kinda knew about Ren from school, but never really talked to him much, and who was this Makoto girl? He couldn't match the name to the face; despite all going to the same academy. However, with a little patience the other genin began to group up, leaving a single girl with a pair of glasses. "Hey, are you Makoto?" Honjo asked politely. "My names Honjo, and, well, I guess you could say were teammates now."

Before they could move on with introductions, Kit approached Honjo with money stating that they should go hang out, and get to know one another. "Umm, okay I suppose. Thank you Sensei." Honjo seemed very puzzled; they didn't need money to bond. Bonding could be done just as easily on the battlefield. But, a meal afterwards wasn't such a bad idea.

Makoto fixed her glasses once again as she looked over to Honjo and nodded with a smile. Makoto then did a courteous bow to the shinobi in front of her,

"A pleasure to meet you, lets do our best out there..."

Makoto also glanced to Ren and beckoned for him to come over, so the three could get acquainted, or go out on a mission and rock out loud.

Makoto seemed very nice, but at the same time rather shy. As for Ren he seemed very motivational as he spoke about the villages future. Honjo nodded with a smile, this was to be a good squad for sure. "Sounds like a plan." However, their team was dismissed without an official squad leader, making things rather difficult.

"So, I suppose we should get to know each other now so that we can start to understand each others strengths?" Honjo suggested as they began their walk down Hokage Mountain.
