Pas nodded, eager to overlook his failure to actually remember which way he'd been traveling. At least they knew that wherever they went, it would be some place Demani had never been before, and that had to count for something...right?

"Sounds like a plan to me," he agreed aloud. "Let's go!" And for the first time in far too many moons, the white lion's step and heart were light, and he felt a renewed sense of hope and optimism. Pas was so grateful that the spirits had led he and Demani to each other, even if it might not be within the spirit of the pilgrimage. It definitely helped.
