Personality: Ritalin is a hyper, happy, hands-on sort of girl. She makes friends everywhere that she goes and believes that laughter is definitely the best medicine. This isn't to say that shes never upset. In fact, she tends to fall into ruts where she has no self-esteem from time to time. When these problems occur it's usually because of her guilt over her abilities. These, however, are not too common and she can usually pull herself out by writing a song, choreographing a routine, or by jamming out with her dad.
You'll never find her simply laying around, she's always active and involved with a project of some sort. Usually that project involves music in some form or another, but art (or any other creative outlet, for that matter) could also be a fixture of her attention. Her favorite thing to do is dance as it satisfies both her need to move and her love of music at the same time. Her attention span is almost nonexistent. She doesn't focus on much of anything for a long period of time and she tends to leave a trail of half-finished projects in her wake. The only things she usually finishes to completion are dance routines and songs.
She holds an incredible level of musical creativity and grew up playing instruments with her dad. For her, music is like a window to the soul and she feels as though there is no better way to get to know a person than to listen to a song they wrote. She feels music is her calling, but she's incredibly conflicted because of her abilities. Her heart tells her to sing, but when she sings people come flocking to her-- Not because of her talent, but because of her inherited abilities. She doesn't like the feeling of manipulating people even if it is unintentional, so she almost never sings in public. This upsets her greatly. She struggles internally with her creative desires and her "curse" (as she calls it) as she tries to find the right way to balance the two. For now, Dance is a strong enough diversion from the singing.
Abilities/Powers: Her powers are similar to her father's, though a bit more restricted than his are. When her powers are active she is very alluring to both sexes and has no direct control over her powers. See, the thing is that her abilities only occur while she's singing and for a short while afterwards, which is a shame given her deep love of music. It could be considered a siren-like power, but she absolutely hates her ability and does her best to avoid it all costs. Even though singing feels like something she was born to do, she uses electric guitar and dance as diversions/outlets for her musical instincts.
