Awaiting the enemies next move, Torax stood still and only watched as it appeared as though someone was trying to conceal their movements, by causing the entire area to be engulfed in a very thick cloud of steam. Soon, the entire city was blanketed in the steam, almost every nook and cranny was concealed in white steam, Torax's own body couldn't be seen, clearly this was a brilliant move on their part, but they still had a lot to learn about Torax and his abilities. Just as it seemed as though no one would come to challenge him, Torax could hear the voice of a young boy, talking to him through the dense cloud of steam. "Boy, you are either a fool or courageous, to come and face me alone, especially in this steam." Torax stated as it would have been better if the boy had remained quiet, then he would have the element of surprise on his side, since the entire city was now covered in steam. Without saying another word, Torax began walking towards the boy, "Your move, child."

Understood. Lumina watches as camera feeds floods her shades. She saw Torax emerge and throw the place into chaos. By reviewing the vids she could deduce his general location.
The others better not do anything stupid. . she said as she moved toward Torax.

The twirling geyser that was the form of a whirlpool spinning above water suddenly feel. Proud of his work Hikaru looked around pleased and satisfied. Now the next plan would be to cover the squad's movements and launch a full on attack at the target. It was hard to see too far through the steam. This was where his soul perception would come in handy. It was unusual for a demon weapon to have such abilities but Hikaru didn't question it too much. Taking off his glasses he located the target's soul once again. It was really quite simple due to the fact that he wasn't using any sort of skills to hide his soul. Staring off into the direction where evil lurked he couldn't help but feel it's presence. "I've located him. We should move quickly." All the sudden Xuza appears out of nowhere which caused Hikaru to jump from fear. Quite puzzled he turned around and stared at Xuza, glasses at hand. "You gave me quite the fright Xuza. I'm going to need another explanation on how your powers work. I knew you said something about portals...is that how you got here?" He laughed at himself and scratched his head a bit with a goofy look on his face. When he turns to Kitsu he notices something is wrong. Her speech was also a bit odd. Cursing himself for not noticing what was up sooner he placed his hand gently on his face in shame. "I was so involved in the mission that I didn't realize what was wrong with Kitsu. You must think I'm a lousy person to work with huh Kitsu?" Her soul was clearly influenced by all the madness going around. He couldn't deny that the madness also got to him as well. It made him uneasy and quick to become aggressive. Sadly he didn't know how to help Kitsu. "I knew when you were wielding me that I felt myself falling to the madness a bit faster than usual." Placing his hand on her shoulder he looked her in the eyes. "Snap out of it Kitsu. We have a mission to complete! Innocent people are dying and the world needs our help!" It didn't occur to him that he sounded lame and cheesy but it was best to keep calm for Kitsu's sake. All of the sudden she began to melt as well as Xuza. He had no idea what was happening. All of the sudden he began to sink into the ground when in actuality he was being consumed by Kitsu's madness. Xuza and Kitsu could see him rolling on the floor with his eyes closed rolling back and fourth erratically. It was a pretty scary sight to see. "Someone help me get out of here! I'm sinking!" He repeated these words over and over.
✮Ene concentrates trying to locate the enemy's soul which, for some reason, wasn't too hard. Please don't take him on without me, Kuro. Ene continues running through the steam towards the easy to locate soul. The steam and the heat of Cairo begin to affect her a little causing her to throw her jacket off leaving her in her black bikini top, black shorts, and black boots. Taking the jacket off cools her down but she doesn't want to leave it behind so she ties the sleeves around her waist. Upon nearing the two she hears the enemy's words about it being someone's move and upon coming closer she spots Kuro's figure. "Kuro!" she exclaims loudly as she jumps into the air and changes into her weapon form hoping that Kuro would catch her. Meanwhile, Kitsu watches as her partner asks her to snap out of it. "Why would I want to do that? The fun is just begining," she chuckles. The meister then watches as her partner goes onto the ground calling out for help. "Oh how amuzing," she chuckles as the fire intensifies. Kitsu looks at Xuza with a weird look in her eyes and begins walking towards her. "Looks like he fell into the trap," she laughs as she begins to head back to the city. ✮
OOC: The more I think of it, we shouldn't have blanketed the city in water vapor against an ELECTRICAL OPPONENT! lol Also, you can skip me every now and then. I like to write big posts, so I'll catch up, no worries.

Xuza was adjusting to being able to see so many pathways clearly. Normally she would have to wait until dusk or get up a dawn to do so, but I suppose this could qualify as a special occasion. Her transportation through the smoke-light made her appear to get extruded from some invisible firmament, like the end of a journey through a black hole. So, it wasn't hard to imagine that some were a bit startled or, if lucky, mystified by her talent.
Heheh... Well, it's sort of a complicated thing to explain. Mainly 'cause I don't exactly know everything about them myself, the meister said while glancing over at one of her wings. Then she heard a voice through her communicator. It was Kuro, followed by a voice she assumed belonged to Ene shouting his name. She knew that wasn't good. She knew the fight had started. Looking back at the pair she saw what looked like the two bonding, one helping another to combat madness. Wait... Madness? Oh, wow, I totally overlooked that. I've never actually been this close to it before. Maybe that curse was actually good for more than just a few parlor tricks after all.
Aww! You guys are gonna be a cute pair, I can tell alre--HOLY CRAP WHAT'S WRONG!? The angelic meister had been cut off by the sight her new teammate writhing on the back of the Nile, like an asp in the grip of a giant, in madness. She rushed over, ignoring Kitsu to take care of Hikaru. She heard the word trap being mentioned, back it didn't really register. Hikaru! She grabbed him by the shoulders, trying to get him stop. Just as before, when Hikaru touched Kitsu, Xuza felt a surge of madness run through her. It was like being run through with a lightning bolt that was dripping slow over you like some bizarre molasses. It hurt, but Xuza wasn't new to pain as a fourth year meister. Ack! Snap out of it! We still have work to do. You can't just clock out after one trick... Besides, She said looking up. Something interesting was happening. Her wings were beginning to darken much faster than they normally did after she used her warping abilities. It was like ink was being spilled all over them, and it ran down her feathers like blood. The madness was being absorbed into her wings from Hikaru. Besides, I still have a few more tricks up my sleeve to show you.

Kuro Rei Partner: Ene Kuro faced the strange looking target and herd a familar voice not even looking away from Torax he caught Ene who transformed into her weapon form, her blue electricity could be seen on the blade and Kuro kept hearing the others on his communicator which was getting annoyed already. Kuro took the communicator off his ear and threw it on the ground and stepped on it with his foot. Sorry about that, i couldn't quite hear since that was in my ear. Can you repeat yourself Kuro said as he held Ene firm in his hand and was ready in case Torax just wanted to fight right away. As he herd Torax say it was his move Kuro gave a slight smirk Are you sure i mean i did intrude on your party, i believe the host should starts things off don't you agree? Kuro answered to Torax
In his illusion world Hikaru was sinking and sinking until all of the sudden he fell into the ground. Pretty soon the world around him went black as he was enveloped in the madness when suddenly he heard a voice. It was as if this heavenly angel had come to save his life but in reality was just Xuza which was ironic considering the angel wings she was sporting. "Wow thanks for waking me up from that nightmare Xuza." He turned away embarrassed. "I would have been fine without your help just so you know!" His face was red which was an easy tell that he was flustered. Now in a more serious tone he stared off into Kitsu's direction. "She's not going to be safe here...it's best that I just complete the mission quickly. Though of course I'll need the help of a strong teammate." Turning to Xuza he smiled to cheer not only himself but to lighten the mood. Looking at the spot where he panicked due to the madness emanating from Kitsu he spotted his glasses. Picking them up and rubbing off the dirt and sand with his clothes he cleaned them yet kept them in hand. He thought his glasses would just get in the way of his tracking skills. "I'm going to move on ahead Xuza! When you get close to the enemy use sneak attacks." All of the sudden a golden light formed in Hikaru's right hand. Soon it bended and shifted until it formed a sword that was identical to him in his weapon form. This was his skill known as weapon materialization which allowed him to summon a weapon using a piece of his soul. Following the target's soul he avoided Kitsu for the time being and ran towards the soul that was clearly the target. Checking the enemy's soul numerous times allowed him to understand a large amount of information on this particular character. "Don't forget I'm relying on you Xuza!" Hopefully Kitsu would be able to get a grip on her soul before she came across the enemy. He knew that some people were granted powers with madness but if anything it was dangerous to Hikaru. He thought it made you lose sight of what your doing too easily and had the potential to make decisions that you'd regret in the long run. Finally he had reached the destination of the enemy along with the two others that decided to tag along. It was hard to see through the steam that had covered the area but it was easy to see the soul of complete evil. Carefully Hikaru positioned himself on a nearby building that angled him away from the other two friendly souls so they wouldn't be caught in the cross fire of his attack should this character have the reflex to dodge his attack. Whispering into the communicator he alerted Xuza where his position was in the area. Worried about Kitsu he whispered to the communicator trying to have a conversation with her. "Kitsu if you can hear me and understand me I need you to come to your senses. Better yet stay away from the area so you won't lose yourself to the madness. This guy is emanating all kinds of madness." If Kitsu didn't listen to him then things might have surely gotten bad...quickly. Should she be in the area the least he could do was become her weapon again so she can defend against this threat, despite the side effects of her madness. In Hikaru's right hand his blade grew in length and began to emit a blue aura. Right now this was Hikaru's most powerful attack and there was no way the enemy could simply block the attack due to it's nature. "Hopefully this splits you in half with one try, I rather not have to prolong the mission any longer." As Hikaru whispered to himself he began to place both of his hands on his blade then he would position himself in a certain manner to launch the attack successfully. When Xuza would arrive he thought the two could launch both of their attacks at the same time. Whispering to the communicator he spoke to Xuza specifically. "I'm ready to attack. Let me know when you are Angel." He spoke in a playful manner as he gave his new nickname to her.
Looking at the meister that faced him, Torax didn't seem to enthusiastic. He seemed to have gotten bored or just calmed, either way, he was giving off an odd aura. As Kuro finished speaking, Torax held up his right index finger at the boy. Suddenly, a blue spark would be seen appearing around the tip of the fingernail and almost a split-second later, a long streak of blue lightning shot forth from his finger and aimed straight towards Kuro's chest, more specifically the area where his heart was located. Clearly he intended to end the battle as soon as possible. The moment he did this, Torax would smile and awkwardly c**k his head back, looking at an unknown location. The destination of his gaze was very close to where Hikaru was positioned, but that would be impossible. Not only was there a massive cloud of steam obstructing his view, Hikaru and the others were fairly a distance away from. It would take someone with phenomenal luck or an incredibly skilled mind. "I can see you." Torax muttered, but this could all have just been a clever ruse just to get the others to come out of hiding, or he could really see them. Hikaru would have to make a choice, either try and take the shot or not.
Kuro Rei Partner: Ene Kuro seeing Torax face noticed his finger pointed at him, Just as a blue spark could be seen Kuro held Ene holding his hand on her wide side and blocked the blue lightening. Kuro noticed that Torax aimed for his heart. I see so you want to end this quickly, ill accept those odds, Ene lets go Kuro said as he eld Ene close and pushed off one of his feet using his speed to get close to Torax, When Torax turn his head Kuro would attempt to strike Torax's arm seeing how he would counter it

Bahaha, you goof! Nothing was attacking you--!! Madness! Where's it coming from? I've seen what that can do to a person. We need to wrap this one up quick.
Hey, Hikar-- Xuza was about to warn Hikaru about her suspicions, but he was already heading off in a determined rush toward the battlefield. She decided to fade back to the back allies and paths she found in the smoke-light. Something strange was happening, though. Whenever she looked for paths she found something else floating around in between them. It hung about it the air like snow on a windless day, and glowed like twilight. She decided to tough one out of curiosity, and it popped like a firecracker. Ow! What the heck is this! The meister backed up and into another, which discharged its energy sending her flying through a pathway. When she stopped she noticed that she was about a hundred yards away from the fray. This powerful foe was attempting to one-shot her teammate, and that was something she couldn't have.
Xuza began stirring up the air with her wings (distorting the dimensional frequencies was probably more correct) and started grouping all these explosive pellets together. She was beginning to see how things worked. Her little parlor tricks were starting to find ground in battle (with the puns). A-angel? No way... I didn't just--oh snap out of it! We have work to do. Hikaru, I hear you. I think I have a pretty solid idea. I hope everything's cool on your end, 'cause he's looking right at you! ... Anyway, pick your moment. I'll try to shake him up when the other two attack. When you see a bunch of explosions come out of nothing, that's your chance to nail him.Xuza wasn't in earshot, or at least she hoped not, so her plans were laid out confidently.

Ene can feel the blue lightening hit her in her weapon form. Although, being in her weapon form she doesn't feel as much pain as she would in her human form, she still takes some damage. ""Kuro, what should we attack him with first?" questions Ene. As she thinks of her abilities and which would be best to use she can be seen, from the reflection of the blade, facepalming herself as she recalls her ability, Mekakushi Code or other wise known as Blindfold Code which allows her to emit smoke that is supposed to create an odorless smokescreen. "I was thinking we start off with Gunjyo Rain," suggests Ene, "but that's my opinion, whichever you decide to use in this fight I will make sure that as your weapon that you are safe." "What's this?" questions a sly voice from the steam. All in the area would be able to feel high levels of madness emmitting from a single spot. As well as feeling the madness, the closer someone is to her the stronger her ability Madness: Terror is on them. Taking her lovely old time, Kitsu walks onto the current fighting area. Anyone who could see her would be able to see the insane craze in her eyes as well as the mad smile. She looks at Kuro and Ene first before looking at Torax. "Starting the fight without me? Oh, how rude that is," she chuckles. Everything about her behavior is different from them all meeting at the DMA's entrance. Her tone, the look in her eyes, the way she speaks, just about everything. "Who should I fight with? Which team should I play for?" she asks. "Either way, I just want to see some blood. It's my favorite color, you know." Kitsu licks her lips hungrily. "I know, I'll just fight for my own team. Yeah, that sound nice, hehehe."

xxxxx Kitsu is a holder of high levels of madness. TO be more specific, her type of madness is terror. Although, she has a good grip on her madness, when it's released those around her will probably hallucinate some pretty messed up and scary things. She will, of course, act differently and her fighting style will most likely become erratic. When this is release she does get a boost in strength and speed.
+ Strength
xxxxx Though she is short and has a small built, Kitsu packs a hefty punch. She is a lot stronger than she appears and leads on to be.
+ Golden Eye
xxxxxxx Kistu has her hair cut in a way that her bangs cover up her left eye. Many believe that both of her eyes are red but the eye covered by her hair is actually a yellowish color. This eye allows her to see the thoughts of whomever she looks directly at with it. There is a cost to it which is why she covers it up: every time she uses it she is pushed closer to being completely consumed by madness. Kitsu will rarely use this ability and only really uses it when she really needs to. She can't use it for long however. When used it has what could be called, a cool down. In other words it can over heat and when it over heats Kitsu goes into a state of pure madness. Each time it "overheats" the longer the state of madness. The state will continue to grow longer until Kitsu is completely consumed by it.
+ Burning Touch:
xxxxxxx Kitsu can heal herself and others but there's a catch to both of them. When healing herself it takes longer than it would to heal others. When she heals others....well....look at the name. When she heals other they will experience a burning sensation around the area she is healing. Kitsu can intensify the healing allowing the injury or whatever to heal faster but the burning sensation will hurt even more.
+ Fire's Spell:
xxxxxxxxxKitsu has the ability to control fire. She can use this ability to create fireballs, fire walls, etc. However, when it comes to making someone instantly combust it takes up too much of her energy and has a 40% change of actually happening.
+ Transform:
xxxxxxxxxxKitsu's name comes from the word kitsune. The reason behind this is because she has the ability to change into a fox
However, this move changes when she's in the state of madness. When in the state of madness she still turns into a black fox but when in this form, in the state of madness, she has rabbies so it's best to try not to get bitten or scratched by her in this form when in a madness state.
+ Madness Ability: Hell Fire's Clock:
xxxxxxxxxxxxThis ability allows Kistu to summon a large mechanical clock. There are two types of things Kitsu can do with this but she can only choose one when summoned and using this ability is once per battle. The first option is that the numbers of the clock will manifest into twelve clones that share all of her abilities. The other option is that it can stop time momentarily twelve times. Each time she stops time it only stops for a brief moment.

Hikaru couldn't see through the steam and therefore couldn't see the enemy. Though he could see souls it was not as if he could see them physically when all this steam blanketed the city. As Hikaru kept his stance with his weapon at hand he couldn't help but feel as though someone was watching. It wasn't too unsettling so he just shook the thought off metaphorically and focused on the target. Suddenly the was movement. Hikaru's glasses were all fogged up thanks to the steam which was in actuality a bad idea after all. "My plan just made the situation worse. If he could use electricity it only jeopardizes the rest of the team. My plan has backfired and sadly it looks like the mission is falling apart slowly. With Kitsu under the negative effects of madness and those other two not taking advantage of the stealth it's just me and Xuza. Great." As he heard Xuza on the communicator located on his right ear he nodded to himself, agreeing to the assault. There was no way this guy was going to get away with all of the people he hurt. All of the sudden Hikaru felt an odd feeling that he had felt back when he was near Kitsu. Was it her madness that made him feel uneasy? "Ever since coming here I've felt the madness within me. Back at the academy I never felt this way before." It was true that the threat was emanating such madness that could be felt from across the world like the other spots in the world. Just then Hikaru would see a young boy scared. The poor child hid behind some boxes. It seemed as though he was hiding from the threat. The child was clearly frightened, Hikaru could see that the child had been crying. Being a native of this land he didn't speak english which meant Hikaru would have to use hand gestures in order to communicate with the child. His blade grew short in length and the blue aura faded from it, with a golden light it vanished. Walking slowly towards the child he spoke gently, "don't worry I am a friend. I'm not here to hurt you. Just let me help you." The boy was hysterical and huddled into a ball as Hikaru got closer. Carefully Hikaru placed his hand gently on the boy's head. When the boy turned around Hikaru smiled. Pointing at himself Hikaru said, "I am a friend. There's no need to worry. The boy seemed to have Hikaru's trust so he stood up while wiping some tears away from his eyes. With a smile Hikaru gently placed his arms over his hips and cradled him in his arms as if he was a baby. Jumping off the building on the opposite end of where the enemy was he placed him on the ground. Using hand gestures he tried to tell the boy to keep running. Eventually the boy understood and ran off to safety. "Now to deal with mission." Just as Hikaru was about to climb his way back to the top of the building using a nearby ladder he heard a voice. It was Kitsu and judging from the conversation it sounded as if she was confronting the enemy. Cursing under his breath he debated on what to do. So far he didn't have much information on Kitsu other then the fact that she had this madness problem. There was one thing that did matter to him and that was that he agreed to be her weapon, whether it was for the upcoming battle or a permanent thing he made a promise to her. Using his communicator he spoke to Xuza directly. "Listen Angel I know this sounds crazy but I'm going to support Kitsu. She can't fight without a weapon and I wouldn't want her to. I'm going to need you to be the tactician while I help Kitsu. Odds are I'll probably fall to the madness. At least Kitsu will have a fighting chance. I'm counting on you Angel!" Turning off his communicator he searched, and with ease, located Kitsu rather quickly due to the distortion in her soul because of the madness infecting her soul. When he found her he transformed into his weapon form and forced his way into her right hand. "I know your under the effects of madness but right now I need you to kill the target." It was surprising to find that they're souls still resonated despite the madness but Hikaru would quickly find that he was losing his battle against the madness that spread to him through Kitsu. The madness from within Hikaru began to emerge. "C'MON LET'S KILL IT! KILL! KILL! KILL! WHY ARE YOU JUST STANDING THERE GAWKING!? KILL! KILL! KILL! Look at him all smug over there! Let's make him feel pain! PAIN!" He could be seen yelling from within the reflection of the blade. It was clear now that the madness he kept inside was that of rage. His attitude changed and a vein could be seen on his forehead as his skin turned a bit red.
As he was still looking away from Kuro, Torax didn't seem all that concerned about the boy or whether or not he would mange to strike him with his attention focused somewhere else. However, all this changed when Kuro spoke to him, "I guess you will have to do, for now." Torax told him as he held up his hand and created a long spear comprised of compressed electricity, using it to easily block Kuro's attempt to strike his arm. At the same time this would happen, a female's voice could be heard coming from nearby, of course Torax would not be able to see her due to the steam covering the area, but he could sense a person with an rather large quantity of madness and it appeared as through she was coming towards them. "Oh? What do we have here?" Torax asked, still holding Kuro off with his sword. Suddenly the woman would show herself. Looking upon the black-haired maiden, Torax smiled, clearly she was under the effects of her madness. Hearing her words, Torax find her somewhat more entertaining than the boy he was just fighting with. After all, fighting against an madness-induced and highly unstable person, was way more fun. Pushing his sword, Torax would push away the boy and turn to face the woman. Just then, another boy would appear, this one transformed into a weapon and placed himself within the woman's hand, obviously that was her weapon partner, but why would he do such a foolish thing? Knowing that your meister was under the influence of madness and that should you transform and resonate with her, you too, will fall into madness. Torax never understood why humans were so willing to throw away their lives for one another. Oh well, now that they both were there, it could only double his fun. With a smile spread creepily across his face, Torax looked towards the duo, "Shall I teach how to properly wield madness, child?" he asked.
