I feel it's really Aoi's place to decide if his mules should be banned.
My policy, if a member is causing problems, they get a warning, and if they don't stop they get banned. Semok you can apply this policy to Aoi's mules, treat them each like a separate account, and give him warnings and bans until they run out.
This goes for all crew in terms of what is considered appropriate action to be taken. If there is any uncerntainty feel free to message me, but I mostly suggest you use your best instinct.

Sounds reasonable enough, I suppose. However, that does mean that as long as you have another mule, you can act up as much as you want and start off fresh with the next one.

At this point I don't care that much, If people create new accounts they may decide to join in the conversations eventually, and not be a problem.

I just worry about certain people *cough* Aoi *cough* who might consistently create new mule after new mule and continue to cause a disturbance. I had to block quite a few of his accounts the time I reported him because he wouldn't leave me alone and kept trying to find new ways to get to me. That sort of thing gets obnoxious after a while. I know that's a specific sort of instance, though, so I'm sure it's not somethin' likely to happen often.
