The Prince of Crows
Nyru was beginning to lay back into his bed when he heard Claudia speak up, bringing up how she felt guilty again. Of all people, she appeared the least guilty person at all times, but she was usually the one feeling it. "I wouldn't worry about it for now.." he said. Putting his arms between his head and pillow. "We'll fix this... i hope... We'll do what the queen asked and we'll get the Guildeam to believe our side of the story. It's their job to preserve peace in Magic Earth... and i doubt Darris will keep that even if he isn't a part of the Guildeam."
"Oh really" came a familiar, smooth talking yet somewhat malevolent sounding voice from the dark corners of the room. Nyru breathed in suddenly, sliding upt o look around as his eyes found themselves glued to that same man from the prison. He was taking a few steps into the somewhat dull lighting. He wore dark cloth, a mixture of fabrics and leather. Some of it reached lower than his knees. It was like he was wearing a mixture of medieval clothing and modern, like steam punk in a way.
"You two have been more entertaining that i first thought you would be" he began, coming to a stop nearby them, his long grey hair hanging behind him, his grey eyes staring forth. "Who are you?" Nyru questioned. "Oh, Nyru" he replied. "You never paid much attention in history classes did you?" he didn't sound too mocking, he sounded neutral, almost like he wanted to help but was enjoying this in a sadistic way. "I am the Prince of Crows. The man that some citizens of your city are punished for worshipping. But you two however, shouldn't have to worry about that. You're chosen, by me. Because i want to see something better come of you, dont you? I'm sure you don't want to watch Darris rule the city of Crows... i know i wouldn't, not for long anyway." "What do you want from us then, why did you leave a mark on our hands?" Nyru asked, trying to get up from his bed, but as soon as his feet touched the floor the world around himself and Claudia became different. The floor was the two of them standing on a floating small island in space. The purplish sky above and below them. Around them more islands were dotted about, each one sporting different pieces of building half fallen apart. Nyru was shocked and looked to Claudia in a beg for explanation.
"You're still in your beds, but your minds are in my realm now. I'll tell you what i want from you. I want you to express my abilities through yourselves, through executing redemption... or vengeance upon those you feel guilty, or worthy. My mark, grants you additive bonuses. Something Darris' men felt right to indulge and use wrongly. You however, i believe won't make the same choice. The choices you make... Claudia... Nyru... will forever cause consequences, but don't they always? Even now your choice to leave the city and live your abysmal lives in secret has left the city in peril, without murderers to execute and with a leader hell bent on corruption and power. " Nyru almost wanted to punch this guy, he spoke about helping them but spoke with such menace, like they were toys to him. But the Nyru remembered... this guy wasn't someone he ever thought was real, but now he is. He's like a ghost in the Land of Crows... a past leader of the vampires and the one that began Declasia's path to rightiousness. In a way, he was good and bad. He helped their race and fouled it.
"So i'm going to teach you how to embark on this quest." he then vanished and re appeared from nothing on a far away island, it had a broken wall and wet pavement, it looked like the city. "I'd like to see you come get me. Without Shadow Resonance. I want yourselves to copy me. Just think of me, and let me know what you want to do... and your power will come naturally."
___________________________________________________
Whilst Adi comforted Croix, the shadows seemed to bend with an eerie liveliness. Never before would anyone had said thye felt more watched in their lives. It's one thing when you feel watched, but when you feel the shadows themselves are staring into your soul you can't help but notice. "Hello, Rur'Adika" came a young man's tone. He sounded rather calm, as if he was already a friend. But it had that silvery edge, that tip that stung, only if it wanted to. "Your life has taken a turn, has it not?" the voice came fro within the shadows until a man in dark robes, half leather half cloth, half modern half medieval walked out. He had long grey hair and piercing grey eyes to match."The queen you barely knew is dead, her precious royal guards are framed with murder, and you will play a pivotal role in the days to come" he went on, it was like he was explaining her life. He knew... [i[too much.
"For this... you have my curiosity" he added, vanishing without cause and then re appeared behind her, leaning against the wall with his arms crossed. His initial way of telling her where he had re appeared was as he said " I, am the Prince of Crows."
((I guess you guys can take turns to reply now, i won't reply until both of you have replied in whatever order! I'll have each of ym posts half with Claudia and N, half with Adi. Treat it like one happened after the other if you like but im doing this to make things faster!... P.S. i suspect one will be happy, will they not, Neems? :3 ))

A sudden stomp of a fore-hoof brought her back from a near nod-off that Adi was participating in. Offering on the edge of dreams and reality, she was startled by the sound of the noise. Head jerking up in a flurry of dark tresses, black in the darkness, Adi looked to Croix.
He was alert again. Hears perked up fully and head up and alert with them. The stance of the animal stiff and ready to spring into action at a moments notice. In normal circumstances, Adi would have not been in a confined space, however, it was Croix and he never hurt her in his fits. This though was as if he was waiting for a predator to come out of the darkness, not just a sound of the wild he was used to.
Finding herself more awake now, Adi stood. "Shh Croix....its okay boy," she soothed stroking him down between his eyes to his muzzle. She pressed her brow to the center of his and though he seemed to settle slightly it wasn't as much as she would have liked. "...what's wrong? Why are you acting like this, there isn't anything here...?" she said but then she felt a change in the air like before, it drove an odd shiver down her spine.
"What was..." she droned turning about unsure of just what brought it on, but still nothing, and Adi shook her head. "...you're getting me paranoid Croix," she said with a soft chuckle.
Course it was then, someone greeted her and with her full name no less. Jumping and gasping, she spun about honey brown eyes searching the shadows as the feeling of being watched overwhelmed her. She saw nothing but heard plenty.
"W-Who's there," she asked sharply, believing her ears had not tricked her.
There was no response for a time, but then when the young masculine voice came again, it came with a person stepping form the wall and shadows it cast. Adi stared in shock and curiosity to say simply, because she certainly hadn't run across a character like this man. She had seen plenty of states of garb and his was so diverse and not pinpointing on any particular culture or race. She couldn't place him...and that made her weary.
As for his question she gave a slight nod as Croix pranced in slight nervousness. "Yes...I suppose it has..." she droned, mind trying to figure out how this man got here and if he had visited her friend; enemy or ally. His curiosity about her well....Adi wasn't sure if that was a good or bad thing, before she could ask he was gone again.
Completely vanished from sight she stared at the spot thinking it a mistake of her eyes. But he had spoken again at the gypsy's back and she jumped as she spun to face him. Announcing himself a 'prince' she stared, the name didn't ring a bell per say, but somewhat familiar in a passing way.
"You'll have to forgive me if I don't bow..." she said simply staring into his grey eyes. 'But you know to much for me to even begin to trust you, so just what are you and your 'curiosity' doing here?" Adi's eyes glanced down the way she had come hoping that her friends were not hurt.

The Prince of Crows
She seemed to be questioning his curiosity, but she seemed to also dismiss what it is she can do, and has done. Not to mention within the Land of Crows. He was surprised though, she wasn't frightened of him, she was confidently trying to defy him and stand her own ground. Her horse on the other hand...
"Adika, Adika, Adika" he began. "You're ignoring what you've accomplished. And that's most intriguing for me. You're tied up in something that needs you to push yourself further than ever before. But i think, you'll finish as the pawn and come out victorious. That is - if you take the right choices" he went on as if he knew even more about her, like he's been watching her. He was ever so cryptic too. But that was when he vanished again, briefly though, he was back, standing just outside the shadows again.
"I'm here, to explore you" he emphasised 'you'. "You have a very transmundane object, Gypsy. I would like to know what it is, then perhaps... I... could help... you. Because unlike some people, i like to see some things, get better."

Staring at him as the pause hung in the air before them like a giant beast they didn't want to discuss. She wasn't sure what to make of him, his powers...the magic he used was so strange. Not to mention him as a person, Prince of Crows....if he belonged to the Land of Crows, it would explain her lack of knowledge. Adi would have do some research in the end, because as he spoke and she listened, he proved he knew more and more about her and Adi didn't like it.
Neither did the young gypsy care for being compared to a pawn.
As he vanished and appeared again, she spun about to follow him, his erratic movements nearly making her dizzy.
"Just who are you," she exclaimed a bit frustrated now. "You know an offal lot about me and what high purpose I'm apart of, while I know nothing but a title." Not to mention h seemed to know things that were coming, but in that cryptic way he spoke Adi couldn't be sure of that.
The way he said 'explore you' made her shiver, because the way he said it sounded far more erotic then Adi figured he intended it, however she focused on the 'item' he was looking for.
"I'm a Gypsy, Prince....I have many items that are strange and unique. What is trans-mundane to you could just be a trinket to me. Besides, what is this all to you? You say you're curious and what to see me play my part in some bigger things coming...to make me better, what is it to you? By the way you walk around here like you own the place and your magic nothing I've seen or heard before...I can't see you caring much of what may happen to this land, much less lil' old me..."
Adi was very cridical of this man, this stranger who was so strange but also intriguing. She drilled him with questions and she wanted answers, perhaps coming off a bit more rude and demanding.
Tread carefully....this is not a man, nor creature you wish to make an enemy of...
The Gypsy's eyes widened slightly and unfocused as that distant whispering voice came again. She had only thought it had been happening due to the fight with Zoltan. Adi hadn't heard it since...till now. Now she had a lot more questions and doubting her sanity.

The Prince of Crows
She held some strong points, getting straight to it in fact. She didn't like how he knew so much, her so little. He wasn't accustomed to being an unknown person, but alas, it has only been the last few months he's had ability to travel beyond the Land of Crows. But why would he, this land is his blood.
"I did own the Land of Crows, once" he said, staring down at her his arms still crossed. then she seemed to show a face of shock as if she heard something she wasn't used to, but he didn't believe it was him telling her his story. He narrowed his brows slightly only for a second, and then he spoke on. "In this dreary land there is one prince that everyone, particularly the law, forget. There was once a prince with a hunger for blood and ruled before his own coronation. You could say this prince was what began the revolution, the turning of Vampirism, to Liberimmunis. However, others say he was malevolent, mysterious and driven by his own power. That prince, is me. See now Rur'Adika? I neither hurt nor help, i simply watch and guide. And in this treacherous tale of betrayal, i see it fit that justice is served. As for what interests me, you can be the judge of that, can't you? Even you have magic that is rare among the Order". Lastly he spoke of the original name for the syndicate, obviously he wasn't up to date with the guildisation and name changes. But he was talking about her gift of light, it was something purer than even that of the mages of Injustira could create.
For now it seemed he stood still, and for now it would also seem he was simply here because he could be.

His statement of owning this land brought her out of her surprised daze. Course it put her in a different kind of one, as he was so blunt and matter of fact with that comment that it was hard to disbelieve. Adi had seen princes of many lands and this Prince carried himself just like every other; confident and sure, strong and determined with a dash of arrogance. This Prince however had an air of mystery and darkness, but not necessarily evil.
Stranger yet was the fact that him ruling and describing the age of Vampirism changed and the revolution came. It was ages ago that, that had happened and she could only stare as he did not look much older then herself.
"That was decades ago...even longer," she breathed awe struck.
When he moved on to her and her 'trinket', Adi couldn't stop the reaction she had. Th young woman reaching up and placing a hand over the center of her chest, where the swell of her chest and dress met. Hidden just beneath the cloth and against her skin was the small orb of light.
"Rare even to the Order, that's impossible. They would be seeking out that sort of magic if they got wind of it, specially if it was in the hands of an unofficially trained Gypsy," she said with scoff, rather quick to disbelieve that she had that sort of high level of magic in her possession. "You're mistaken Prince of Crows."
...Don't be so sure of that Rur'Adika...
There it was again, that distant whisper, disembodied in a way within her head, as it was no mental voice of her own. The young woman held her head giving it a small shake. Adi was sure she was loosing her mind now or the Prince was doing something while standing there all aloof.

Claudia Vesslia Nyru never defaulted to put her worries at ease by explaining it in the simplest of terms. Making himself comfortable, he continued to justify the means of their future actions, but nothing could be set in stone. They could follow Declasia's decrees flawless, but still maintain a counterfeit criminal record over their heads. However, she now knew the undeniable truth and reality of the situation and can serve the queen more humbly than when she was alive. The guilt remained, but the thoughts on the subject slowly evaporated into thin air. It wasn't long before a soothing convivial voice caught the two's attention from the left corner of the room. Claudia knew the familiar fellow and was elated that she didn't have to proceed to drastic measures.
The normal questionnaire was established and the mysterious figure seemed to derive joy from their constant confusion. The blonde strained her upper torso when her partner received his dubious answer. The Prince of the Land of Crows, friend to many and foe to most. The female should have recognized the brand on her arm earlier as his insignia upon further inspection. If only she hadn't been so blind, this royally official wouldn't waste his time to remind them of something so blunt. His light steps created a cacophony of rebounding footsteps echoing throughout the room. The Prince's wardrobe wasn't vibrantly colored like most royally attire, however, it's suitable and matches his ominous personality. Although, he wasn't threatening in the slightest especially for engaging Nyru's forgetful mind. His presences was never to be expected on such short notice, but in a way it gave the two more hope than they could ever inquire.
The Prince reduced their ranking to a marionette for his enjoyment at best, again Claudia wondered if he was trying to assist them or bring them further into the pit of despair. His itinerary was on par with theirs, basically rid Darris of his unwarranted throne and clear their tainted tiles. Literally, it was easier said than accomplished. The male elucidated that the shadowmancers were chosen to accept this special fated task that could lead them down any path. Decisions are the most difficult annoyances that people in this world have to face. Her companion stood up in defiance and she tried to stop him only to experience an hallucination? No, apparently it was a realm of realism that resides in the Prince's convoluted mind.
The ground beneath their feet became somewhat transparent and below them was a cluster of continents. Nyru wanted her to explain this dream sequence to him in a way he could understand, but even she was lost in the illusion. The male stated that they were still in their beds, but she remembered standing up so how can that be? He craved more influence from their already exceeding mancy. The same power was bestowed upon Darris, but he failed to use it correctly and became a dictator instead. Claudia and Nyru assumed that their escape ensured them safety, but in a selfish manner. The city was ready to crumble into ruins because without authoritative enforcement, chaos consumed the civilians. The arches sank as she imaged the city in flames and corpses covering the ground. Nyru took this truth sensitively and wanted to retort, but restrained himself.
The man wanted to instruct them personal about how to endure the quest ahead of them. He disappeared to a distant island and suggested they make their way to him without shadowmancy. That was the only way the two could get around with speed and accuracy. He wanted to think of him and appear right next to him in the cold fabricated city he stood in. Nyru would probably be the first to volunteer, but she was one step ahead of him. Thinking only of him, and the little time they spent in history class together, her body began to fade leaving her partner alone. Although, her mind wasn't so easy to manipulate and she ended up on a roof top a few feet away from the Prince.

The Prince of Crows
(Reply for TunaDish))
The Prince of Crows waited patiently, and Nyru was going to give his words of advice a try. He wanted to understand this so much that he could almost taste it in his mouth. This world was nothing like he was used to, and as much as he wanted to return to reality he knew that disapproval would greet them. So why not stay here for longer?
Nyru was then shaken from his moment of thought as Claudia rushed up beside him to take the try first. It only took her a few moments before lifting her hand up with the mark, it then seemed to give off a small glowing aura, as if it was burning again. And before his eyes, his very own eyes she turned to a shadow in less than a second, and within that second her shadow vanished completely. His heart almost skipped a beat, was Claudia gone?! In panic looked at the Prince of Crows, and like the delight of seeing water after days of a dry and bitter tongue, he saw her beside the Prince of Crows. It worked he thought, trying to shake off his scepticism. That wasn't even moving fast, that... that was more like teleporting! Taking a deep breath, Nyru tried hard to replicate what she had done before him. He tried to envision himself darting forwards like he would do with the shadow resonance, but nothing happened as he held his arm up. of coarse he then reminded himself, letting thoughts turn to requests of the Prince of Crows. Using his powers were almost like worshipping a god, you couldn't do anything without showing even a little devotion, like letting the prince be a thought for even just half a second.
And then the world around him seemed to blur, he found himself watching the world around him at half the pace of normal time as he felt his body get pulled towards the spot he envisioned himself landing on, the huge gap beneath him, between the two islands where he could see nothing but purple emptiness and stars. When everything focused again, he found himself with Claudia, the Prince of Crows had already teleported further away. The island there were on now sported some broken walls, presumably torn away from the City of Crows. He was up a pathway, up some steps overlooking some landed beneath him.
"Woh..." Nyru said, looking at his faintly glowing mark as it began to dull again. After spectating Claudia do the ability first, he thought it was teleporting. And after doing it himself, he realised it pretty much was teleporting, but when you actually do it... you still get to watch the environment around you zoom past, so you can anticipate and plan your next action when you land. The Prince of Crows then said "Well done" with crossed arms, he then turned his face to look down at an empty pavement on the bottom half of the island they were on, he stod on what seemed a balcony with no railings. "You must be pleased with yourselves. Now you will be able to follow the foot steps of your successor, or is it... betrayer? Murderer perhaps? Who knows, Nyru, it will depend on what you choose to do, kill, or spare? Won't it... Claudia? Mr mark offers you many more abilities than my simple Blink spell. For example, crows are a common bird here, yes?"
The three then observed the pvement on the lower half of the island beneath them give birth to a shadowy puddle that spawned at least a dozen crows that cawed and flapped, flying around in a mess before dispersing.

The gypsy seemed to think the Prince of Crows was mistaken. With an expressionless face he watched on as the Gypsie clutched her pendant, giving herself some thought before admitting his wrong thinking. The prince was most intrigued by her power, he watched her do it here before. "There's no reason to lie to me, Rur'Adika. Or is there? You're a lone Gypsy who shouldn't trust anyone, especially not inthe Land of Crows, the home of theives, the land of monsters far worse than Occulas. The home of once vampires and probably-still Therians. But we both know, don't we?" he asked, rhetorically.
He let go of one of his hands as it pointed towards her chest. "We both know what you did that night when the City came under plague to the Darkness. So, Rur'Adika. Why don't we try to make things... Better. Before they get worse? Or if you would rather, choose what you want to do. That is usually the best option for survival right? Trust your instincts. Either way, i'm sure you'll come out a victor, good... or bad."

When he called her a liar, to but it simply this time around Adi was offended. It showed on her face, as she frowned and narrowed her warm eyes. "I'm not lying..." she interjected but the Prince of Crows spoke again.
She just didn't believe that the trinket was that special...that she was that special.
He went on his rant of rhetorical questions and comments about things she wasn't aware of. In his 'all knowing voice and tone' that for Adi was growing borderline irritating. She straightened slightly however as he pointed at her and her trinket, but she glanced away at the mention of the dark day the city. That day had been a blur at first, but steadily as time went by, Adi remembered bit by bit, to the point that she mainly remembered everything.
The Prince was right though she had denied it for some time. It was no ordinary magic she had used that day...or was using.
Glancing back to the Prince, Adi stepped forward with a firm stare, though taller then, her she had a strong tilt to her chin as she stared up at him. "Victorious...neither good nor bad....what would that make me, someone like you?" she droned with a raised brow; she was almost taunting him.
...careful child...
She ignored that singular warning ringing out in her head. "You're confidence in me is overwhelming..." and it was clear with her tone that she was being sarcastic.

Claudia Vesslia The burning orangish glow on her wrist was painless, however, her goal's standards weren't exactly met. She manipulated her same actions from before and with her mind fully concentrated on the Prince, she appeared next to him. A gap was left in between the two wide enough for another body, Nyru of course. The spell could be considered teleportation, but a more accurate representation is time travel. The two experienced the feeling of light speed motion in the Doctor's TARDIS, although memories of it are repressed somewhere in their subconscious. Her shadowmancer partner seemed frazzled when he saw her body sink into the shadows and then devolve completely. The blonde came to the assumption that Nyru could never be fully functional without her by his side, but she didn't want to quickly underestimate him.
Replicated her format, his mark shining like a beacon, he disappeared into thin air as she did. He must have materialized in limbo because he sure wanted in the spot reserved for him. After a minute or two, Claudia became rather worried and hoped her companion figured out how to control this power. Suddenly, there he was next to her and the Prince had distanced himself once again. It was obvious that he wanted the two to extend their limits and give the fragile gift another test run. The woman hadn't noticed before that the visualized city they were in was in need of repairs. The smell of the wet pavement and pealing paint on the walls invaded her nose, and in a way this place felt a little to real. This could possibly be the future they'll return to if the wrong choice is selected. The Darkness is coming, she though to herself once again.
The Prince congratulated them from the stabilized balcony without railing and only stairs that lead to it. He was sure they felt a sense of pride for accomplishing their new abilities, but Claudia felt she should be humble of exploiting it. That's how Darris got then way he is. The Prince of the Land of Crows even clarified that the choice to spear or annihilate Darris could either effect them in a good or bad way. Not just them, but a city full of citizens that depend on their efforts to succeed or fail as well. The man switched subjects quickly and used a flurry of crows as an example of this recently used incantation.
The birds were hard to follow with the naked eye, but in the archers opinion they seemed like a distraction. She turned back to the ruler and became rather angry. "Why!? Why do you intend to push us further into danger! I mean we're basically in line for death. Whatever decision we make it will probably wouldn't end up in everyone favor! I espically don't want to put myself or my partner at risk! If your so powerful why can't you handle this predicament yourself!?" She hated to admit how actually frightened she was of this new power.

The Prince of Crows
((Reply for Nemo))
The Gypsie seem to be growing tired of his continuous attempts to boggle her mind, she even tried to defend herself but he wouldn't let her. However, when she did speak, the prince wondered what it is she could want to say, especially now she was stepping up so close to somewhat... threaten him?
"That is something that will never happen" he said confidently, but then she commented on confidence. "Not confidence, Rur'Adika. I just give the choices, and the necessary push to see it come to fruition." He then paused for a moment before he added "Either way, i think you know this isn't the last time we'll meet. Make decisions wisely, Rur'Adika" he then vanished into the shadows, as if he was never even here. The natural sounds of the air and the few bugs around them now came back to life, as if his presence had made all things silent to focus on himself.

Nyru was still comprehending how he had accomplished this task. It was quite the feat. But when the supposed Prince of Crows took them up to a balcony overlooking what was then, a demonstration of power to summon real ravens that flurried everywhere. He never expected Claudia to have a sudden disagreement thought. Nyru's heart begant o skip several beats as she went on and he glared to the prince to see his reaction, but he was expressionless with crossed arms again, standing still in place. "Then you have nothing to lose, hmm, Claudia? Remember, many decisions came come to a conclusion, sculpted entirely by you. I would love to intervene in the world's affairs, but within the minds of people where i only exist, i find it is far more entertaining. I think... that you both want justice? That's your choice." he then vanished a re appeared an island away before he said loud enough "Goodbye, Shadowmancers" and vanished. And thent he world around thems hrunk down around them ebfore sudeny Nyru felt the solid surface of the makeshift ebd behind his back and darkness surrounded them once more as they were abck in there abandoned Inkwell.

Like a gift from the heavens it was easy to tell. It was love from above that could save me from hell. She had fire in her soul, it was easy to see, how the devil himself could be pulled out of me. There were drums in the air as she started to dance, Every soul in the room keeping time with their hands. And we danced on into the night! ━━☽Ɍυɼ'Дɖɩқą Дɖɖąɧąɼɼą☾━━
From the tone he was quiet certain that she wouldn't be something like him; neutral yet plan-full. Weaving his way about things, laying down lies and encouragements to string people along to get done what he wanted. He said choices, Adi couldn't help but feel it was perhaps partially true, but also felt it was partial manipulation as well.
As for meeting again she nodded. "I suspected as much..." she said in a trailing voice as he said his last words and vanished out the air.
Spinning about the Gypsy sought out to see where he went but there was no trace of him. Not a trail of wind or change in energy, just the hushed silence began to fill with the sounds of the night. Nature even silenced itself at his presence, and Adi couldn't help but worry a bit. Prince of Crows...just who was he? What was he? No ordinary man, with no ordinary magic...he carried himself with confidence only age and seeing the ages would give. Laying choices out before her like she was a piece on his chess board.
Adi didn't like being some 'pawn' as he had put it.
Sighing and running a hand through her long hair, she was even further exhausted however, mind racing too much to sleep just yet. Seeing to Croix and his frayed nerves for a bit, he settled in quickly which left Adi returning to the main part of the Inkwell. What she found was Nyru and Claudia standing there and out of bed.
"I thought you two went to sleep?" she said rather upset with them for not sleeping; they needed it.
☽━━☆━━☾ Like a piece to the puzzle that falls into place, you could tell how we felt from the look on our faces. We were spinning in circles with the moon in our eyes. No room left to move in between you and I. Our voices rang like the angels sing. We forgot where we were and we lost track of time, And we sang to the wind as we danced through the night. And we danced on into the night!

Claudia Vesslia The Prince maintained his calm composure and answered Claudia in a monotone voice. Their choices defines who they are specifically and they had already come to an alternative. The shadowmancers want justice for the queen's death and that's what they will seek no matter how long it takes. Clearing they tainted titles and restoring balance to the Land of Crows, not to mention finding the Black Jewel, would ultimately bring them to once conclusion anyway. The only problem is, who would take the throne after this crusade is over.
The clever mysterious instructor disappeared with a last farewell, however, she was sure he would bother them again. He can only reside in the realm of the mind so in a way he would never vanish, at least not completely. The world they stood in disappeared within seconds and the two were left standing where they originally were, in the round room located in the Inkwell. Adi strolled into the room and asked why they were out of bed so she conjured a lie quickly. "I was adjusting the sheets. There fine now. You can lay down, Nyru." The blonde stated as she forcible lowered the male onto his bed. "Night." She jumped into hers and threw the blankets over her without another word.

 Isabelle Statem `•.¸ ¸.•´`•.¸ ¸.•´`•.¸ ¸.•´`•.¸ ¸.•´`•.¸ ¸.•´
Within the dark room of the Inkwell, he was reminded of what circumstances they were all in. The coldness of the room made his spine shiver as the sound of water dripping in a nearby corner rang in his eardrums. Isabelle had left to a different room of her own to rest for now. With the sudden verbal attack by Adi, he almost jumped back into reality as he sheepishly stood with Claudia's excuse. "...Yeah.. um, sorry Adi." he said, getting back into bed "night". Lying his head down on the pillow he closed his eyes as the world became darker than it already was, he felt like it was a metaphor for their lives right now. Bleak, dark as always, but most of all, undetermined. They had no idea where they were going next, and then it made him think about the things he has lost. His home, his duties... some friends... not many... and horror spread across his mind as Laxion's name echoed through his mental eardrums. What if he finds out?! He'll be traumatised... with the threatening speed of his heart he tried to stay calming, and made a promise to himself to try and contact him tomorrow. He would have to call him... but he might get caught... perhaps his sister could do him another favour.

The next day, the air was somewhat warm, not too warm, but warm, and had a slight dampness to it. But nonetheless it was fresh. A few cracks in the far up high hole of the Inkwell ceiling Nyru could see some rays of light, very thin ones, reaching through and trying to claw at the depths of the Inkwell's well. For now he felt a lot better, physically and mentally, but he was int he state of just waking up. And the first thoguht he had was what they were going to do, and after Declasia's letter he felt somewhat more confident.

Claudia Vesslia Claudia didn't mean to retort from Adi's simple question, but what's said is said after all. Do to the gypsy's forgiving nature, she was sure the girl wouldn't take it to heart. The blonde blacked out rather quickly and awoke before the sun touched the top of the towering mountains. Climbing out of bed in a stealth like fashion, the girl placed her feet on the unbearably cold stone floor. Darkness shrouded the Inkwell, but that didn't stop the woman from feeling around for a wall. Upon bumping into one, she followed it aimlessly until she reached an opening. The drafted of air was able to reveal the exit.
No foolish adversary would be roaming about at this hour. She wiggled her way through a narrow corridor by using a steel bared ladder. Some of the protruding bars were loose and piles of rust crumbled to the floor. A grate above blocked her escape, but she easily moved aside. Stepping onto the morning dew grass, she breathed in the earthly atmosphere and stayed there until the sun rose.
