The Cute and Cuddly Charity is the guild mule. You have to pay for these tickets, and the total for 10 tickets is 10k. Go HERE to make a trade. In the empty box, enter "Cute and Cuddly Charity" and you should be redirected to a trade with the mule. To change the title, there should be a button that says "Change" near the top of the trade. Click it, and enter "Raffle."

Yes. You have to enter in the name "Cute and Cuddly Charity" to the box and hit enter/start. Enter in 10,000 to the box that's to the right of your avatar. Yes, you're supposed to change the title to "Raffle" instead of "Trade to ----"

I can't view that link because it's obviously on your account. Just send the trade with 10k to the mule and I'll explain it to her about the title later.
