Ikuri smiled at the woman's concerned face. It just made everything better. The fact that she was worried meant that she would be that much more surprised with Ikkio jumped out at her! Any second now... Ikuri almost wanted to look to see where her sister was, but that would give the whole thing away and she didn't want that. No it wold be bad.
Before she could even answer the women Ikkio came dropping from the sky! That was surprising to both Ikuri and the woman, since Ikuri thought her sister was going to jump up from the side and not the top.
"SURPRISE!" she screamed at the woman as she grabbed the womans hand. "My sister got you good didn't she!?" she said proudly.

Ikkio wiggled until she got a very good grip, and climbed onto the womans shoulders, laughing. "Ikuri! We should take her to Daddy's lake!" she said, liking the idea even though it was only seconds old.
Yes! The woman was clearly dirty and needed a bath!
"Yah!" she said, bouncing on the woman's shoulders, as if she was a rider.The woman stumbled under the weight of the child, somewhat befuddled. "I... what?" Waht on tendaji had just happened?!

The lake! What a wonderful idea, than they could all go swimming together! "Let's go!" she said tugging on the woman's hand to get her to go towards the lake. It wasn't that far of a walk. She looked up at her sister and laughed. Just like mommy now Ikkio was a rider too!
"Do you like to swim? This is our favorite swimming spot." she told the woman happily.

"I... swim?" said the lady, as she was dragged, inexorably, away. She'd never had a body of water big enough to swim in. "Wh-what?" she said, as she stumbled along. Swimming together was fun! Ikkio agreed with her sister on that. "Mmhmm! It's our favorite swimming spot!" Ikkio nudged the woman with her legs to try to make her go faster. "We're gonna clean you up! Scrub scrub!" Ikkio messed with the woman's hair, and giggled."Clean?!" the woman flailed at the child who had hijjacked her shoulders, "I'm not dirty...""Yes you are!" Ikkio frowned, looking - for a moment - very much like Zuri. "We're gonna make you cleaned up. Right Ikuri?"
She could hear the lake nearby and the soft sounds of the stream that fed it. "Ooo! Ikuri, we're clooose!" Good. The lady's shoulders were starting to get uncomfortable.
Plus, she was starting to get ideas about getting Ikuri into an accident at the lake... It wouldn't be too hard to make an accident happen in water... right?

"Yeah swim, don't you know how to swim?" she asked curiously. Everyone knew how to swim! They had been doing it since they were little babies.
She wondered if they had any soap there... That would make it easier to wash the lady. But than the lady said she wasn't dirty? She looked dirty to Ikuri, and it seemed that Ikkio agreed. Plus at the lake she could show Ikkio the trick that their Grandfather had taught her with the water bubbles! She was super excited, hopefully she would be able to do it soon.
"Yes we are almost there!" she said tugging the lady again. Faster faster!

"No!" yelped the woman. It was like she was being dragged along by an inevitable force. Two kids... one kid, really... how could they be so strong? The lady didn't know how to swim?! ikkio leaned over to look at the dirty woman's face. "Thats silly." she said, "Everybody knows how to swim."
She looked up - she could see the lake now- and she hopped down off the womans shoulders to push her forward. "Come on!" Ikkio said, "Cleaning time!"

"We can teach you!" oh how exciting this was! They neared the beach and pulled the lady so she was already up to her knees in the water.
"Wait! Look what I just learned!" Ikuri said happily as she concentrated really hard at the water. She couldn't make a water bubble appear like her Grandpa but if she concentrated really hard... THERE! A small bubble of water came up from the water. She did it! She was so worried about messing up in front of her sister, but she did it!
"Isn't that cool?!"

Ikuri laughed, Yep yep! We can teach you!" not that she really cared, but everybody knew how to swim, "Come on, go deeper so we can clean you allll up!" she chimed, pausing only to look at Ikuri quizzically and, slightly, annoyed.
"What?" she said, as the bubble rose to the surface. She frowned, grimacing. "Ewwwww, Iiikuri..." she said, resuming pushing the woman into deep water where they could get to her face, "Thats groooosss."

"Gross? It's magic!" she exclaimed. That was not the reaction that she expected. Oh well.
The woman was pretty deep now. "Be careful Ikkio, she said she can't swim. We have to teach her if she is going to go any deeper." she said with a slight frown as she moved to where her sister and the woman were.

Ikkio made a face at her sister. "Poots aren't magic, Ikuri!" she retorted, "And she'll be fine!" she said. She was treading water a little, but it wasn't that deep.SHE WOULD NOT BE FINE. The sheer amount of water was boggling to the Tale girl, and she was absolutely terrified of it. "Stop!" she said, trying to resist the little girls. The water was up to her chest, and she flailed, trying to go back to the shallows and away. "Let me go!" "But you need a baaath!" protested Ikkio. Deeper... deeper... they needed to be able to get to her hair.

Ikuri rolled her eyes. "It wasn't a poot! It was magic! Look again." This time she made the bubble go higher in the air. She tried to move it over her sister's head so it would pop there but she wasn't that strong yet. However she was able to move the bubble so that it was pretty high before it popped. "See magic!"
"Ikkio stop it. She is too deep. We can wet her hair if we cusp the water with our hands." she argued. The lady looked worried, and this seemed not okay.

Ikkio didn't want to watch her sister fart into the water, but she turned to look anyway. She frowned as the bubble left the water. "How'd you do that?" asked Ikkio, envious. She gave the woman a small kick. "But Ikuuuuuri..." she whined, "We won't get enough water over her head that way! Her hair will stay diiiirty!" she said, pouting.The woman flailed again, to no avail. The water was too deep, and she was scared. "Stop..."

"Grandpa Reshel taught me!" she said proudly. Good, now her sister would see her skills! She had been practicing so hard and would have been heart broken if her sister thought it was just a poot!
Ikuri frowned. While she saw her sisters logic, the woman was scared and that was obvious. Why couldn't Ikkio see that? "Ikki, she is is scared. We can't make her good deeper. Maybe she is broken and can't swim. Not everyone is as good as us." she said with a shrug. She wasn't really bragging, it was just that her and her sister were good swimmers that was just a fact.

"Broken?" Ikkio made a face. "Thats silly." Ikuri was so silly. "She's not broken. Just dirty." she kicked the woman again, but she woudn't go deeper. "No! Please! Listen to your friend!" begged the woman, "I can't swim!!"Ikkio scoffed. "Shes not my friend." she said, coolly, "She's my sister." she pushed the woman's head forward, trying to dunk her.

"More than sisters! We're twins!" she said happily. However she wasn't happy about what was happening to the woman. She wasn't happy, she was begging Ikkio to stop and her sister just wasn't listening. She wasn't listening to Ikuri or the woman. Ikuri was starting to get worried.
Adwoa knew the girls were allowed to go off on their own, but they had been gone for some time and she had years of experience with children their age. She knew they could be in all sorts of trouble. What she found wasn't what she expected though. "Ikkio! Ikuri! Leave that woman alone. Oh my, I'm so very sorry Miss. Please let me help you." she said as she walked into the water holding her hands out towards the leaf woman. Where on earth had her girls found this woman anyways?
