Ash nodded along while Alfheim went on to explain, and his mouth again made that 'o' shape when he noted that it was akin to how their uniforms were magically mended whenever they transformed or.. powered up.... whatever the terminology was supposed to be. He'd never broken his sticks before, now that he thought about it, and maybe that was because he was worried they'd permanently break so he was being careful. "Convenient little bit of info, huh," he said with a small smile, though it widened at Zia's "magic sticks" comment.

"Hopefully," was his reply, along with a little laugh to go along with her wiggly fingers. "So far the only perks to being magical, besides the speed and strength boos t, is getting attacked by equally magical bad guys and monsters." And then he paused, brows scrunched together at the realization that he'd actually missed the little detail with his wonder.

"And that, visiting my Wonder. Yeah, been there only once so far. It's all...desert-ish." His attention went back to Alfheim, brow quirked. "Hey, how often have you been to yours? I tried going the night after my first visit but I couldn't go."
