Gerraden had no idea if Rishima had heard what he said but he prepared himself to continue to sit there until Rishima awoke, no matter how stiff and sore his body became. And stiff and sore it did become as the minutes rolled by he took to studying Rishima or rather what parts he could see intently. Some could call it a bit creepy but he had to stay awake and distract himself from his screaming muscles.
Even after he counted the markings he could spot as well the number of dreads in his hair. When Rishima seemed to jolt awake after...who knows how long (he lost count of that detail) he gave a small shrug much to his muscles protest. When Rishima moved away from him though he was greatful to move he missed his body heat.
Stretching his arms slowly over his head and then one leg and then the other he only grinned. "No worries, you obviously needed the rest. Are you feeling better? Did you have good dreams?" He inquired with a small but very happy smile.

Rishima seemed to think on the question for a moment, seeming to debate over the dreams he had, one that involved an ever friendly Gerr. He flushed just a bit before he looked over at Gerraden and said, "They were good, which is nice, of late when I do happen to sleep they are more nightmares then anything." He spent so much time while he was awake worrying over things that it ended up messing with his dreams as well. So to have a chance to sleep easily as well, to enjoy his dreams again, it was nice.
Giving a smile he said, "I think that I should nap on you more often, it seems to help me out a lot as far as real sleep goes." He pushed up to his feet, stretching out from head to toe, then shook his head before he reached his hands up to straighten out his dreads which seemed to have gotten all smooshed down and messed up while he slept. Once they were back in order he turned back to Gerr before he smiled, "Ahhh... I am feeling rather refreshed, it's a nice change of pace." He didn't really think about the fact that he was probably reenforcing Gerraden's feelings when he told him such things, he was just feeling so much better!
"Mmm... It's kind of late though, I am not keeping you from anything important, am I?" He asked, hoping that he wasn't supposed to be helping out his parents or something and ended up playing the part of Rishi's pillow all afternoon. Oops.

Gerraden shook out his limbs as Rishima moved away, trying to not look as stiff as he felt. The grin on his face became that like an eager and happy puppy when Rishima announced (perhaps unwittingly) that he should be using him as a human pillow more often. Rolling his shoulders one more time he shook out his arms and then shook his head at the question.
"Important? Nah Nothing I can't catch up with later, and besides my parents would understand." Gerraden stated with a off handed wave of his hand. The stupid smile was still on his face as he moved in closer to Rishima's face, though he didn't kiss him it looked as if he would of really enjoyed and excuse to do it.
"But next time we could sleep more comfortably if I know your around. I can bring a hammock next time." Gerraden stated as if it was the best idea ever. Him and Rishima sharing a hammock it sounded heavenly.

Rishima gave a sighing sound of relief when Gerraden said that he didn't have anything that he should have been doing that he couldn't catch up with later, "Good, I am glad. I'd hate to get you into trouble because I was in need of a nap." He said, cheeks flushing just a bit at the mere thought of it. The last thing he wanted was to be a bother to Gerraden since he was such a nice guy, looking after him the whole time that he was sleeping. Giving him a smile he said, "If your parents ask you can always blame me if you need to, if that will help to get you out of any sort of trouble that you might be in."
The half blood gave pause at the thought of sleeping the next time in a hammock. He was right, it would be more comfortable, probably for both of them, since he wouldn't be squishing Gerraden all afternoon that way. His antennae stood up tall, twitched, then he nodded, "Sure, I don't mind us doing that sometime. It might be a lot more relaxing for us both that way." He mused, feeling that it would be best that way. Not to mention it was something they could set up off the ground in a safer place. He didn't want to leave the two of them all alone and unprotected a second time after all, he wasn't so selfish as that.
Turning to look at Gerraden he gave a smile, "We should head back toward your village, I will see you home and then return to my patrols." Knowing that Gerraden was safe at home would make his patrols a lot easier, he would rather know where Gerr was and that he was safe instead of being left into dark as to his location.

The smile (if it was possible) grew even large across his face as Rishima agree'd that a hammock would be a better idea for next time. Oh that would be something, their bodies so close together sharing heat..and maybe others things.... Alright Gerraden wasn't exactly a horny person but perhaps he was getting a bit ahead of himself int he relationship standpoint. After all despite his day dreams they weren't really dating, not had he really confessed his feelings for him (although he thought he was being pretty obvious).
Reaching out a hand went to Rishima's head where he teased his dreads slightly. "I'd do just about anything for you Rishima, you are the moon in my sky." He murmured...
Before sweeping Rishima into his arms and kissing him. It would start on the lips and then move onto the throat, perhaps a light nibbling there...before they would be entangled in each others arms unable to resist...
A blink and he shook his head as if he was waking up. Right he supposed they should head back right?
"Sure, you know I'd love to have you over again my parents would probably be happy to see you too."

Rishima's eyes went a bit wide as Gerraden spoke, complimenting him in an embarrassing manner, his cheeks feeling hot. He glanced away, then back again, giving him a bit of a smile, "Ahhh... t-thank you." He said, finding it rather strange, the way that he was always giving him so many compliments. The guy really was liberal with the kind words but it wasn't a bad thing, just... strange. Not to mention it made him blush like crazy. He was pretty sure that there wasn't anyone else around that could do such a thing... except maybe Jerada. She was pretty good at it as well.
His antennae gave a little twitch when he spoke of his parents likely being happy to see him again. It was something that had him smiling just a bit, "Really? It would be nice to see them again, it's been a while since the last time I visited your place." Not since the first time that I met up with Gerraden. Another visit back to see them again would be nice, he was curious how they were doing after all since they were a couple much like his own parents might have been had his father not vanished, "I will at least say 'hello' when we get you back to your village."

There...was nothing more that Gerraden wanted to do right this moment than envelope Rishima in a great big hug. He was so adorable when he was blushing like that. Chewing on his lower lip Gerraden couldn't help himself...alright it was a great excuse but he took Rishima's hand in his and pulled him into a tight embrace. He wanted to just stay like that forever, but if they did then they couldn't do anything else could they?
Pulling away he smiled at Rishima wanting to so badly kiss him but instead pulling away and tugging him towards his village. "You know...you don't have to patrol alone, I could come with you or you could live with me. I know its with my parents but we could make our own home. I could make it for us..." He started to chatter on, plans filling his brain as he plotted out the perfect spot to make a house, how they could life together and have a family. He could already hear the sounds of tiny feet and voices as they called out to them.
"It will take me awhile, but if you don't mind waiting...you can always have a place to come back to..and...well.." His own face blushing slightly as he spoke, "Someone to come back to."

A squeak escaped from Rishima as he found himself pulled into Gerraden's arms, getting a big hug that he couldn't help but to smile over. It was a rather friend gesture, one that Gerraden seemed to be happy to lavish upon him, "I thank you for being so good to me today." He said as Gerraden drew back from him. He really wasn't sure what he'd of done if the guy hadn't been here... most likely his patrols would have continued on without sleep as they had been of late. Having Gerraden there to take a bit of weight off his shoulders was a nice change of pace that was for sure.
He turned to look toward him when he mentioned that he didn't have to patrol alone... or live alone for that matter. He tilted his head to one side, starring at him curiously. Was Gerraden inviting him to live with him? Well, with his family. It would make patrolling a bit easier, having somewhere toward the middle of his patrol zone to rest at... but he couldn't impose upon Gerraden's family in such a way. He gave a smile and said, "I wouldn't want to be a hassle to your parents, but thank you for the..." He trailed off in the middle of his sentence as Gerraden then added that he would make a home for them. Rishima's mismatched eyes went wide and his cheeks flushed again.
"Oh... I... umm..." He had no words. It seemed like a lot of effort, to build the two of them a place so that it would make their patrols easier... unless he was thinking of something else? For a moment he thought about all the times that Gerraden seemed to so close to him, hugging him, holding his hand, tackling him that one time. His antennae set to twitching as he mulled it over, wondering if Gerr was trying to tell him something without saying it out right? What he said though, it sounded nice, "I... well, while having someone to come back to would be nice I couldn't put you out like that or expect you to do so much work, Gerraden. It would be unfair of me to ask that of you."

Gerraden at times was a bit dense, he looked to Rishima as he protested at putting him out and making him do all that work. What non-sense. To Gerraden building a home they could live their lives together wasn't something he could achieve in a day but he certainly wouldn't shirk at the task either. A home just for them, true he never pictured himself as the loving 'house wife' type but he certainly would fill that roll if it was required of him. He could cook and clean and generally keep Rishima safe.
Stopping a moment he took ahold of both of Rishima's hands in his, he stood squarely in front of his 'lover' a serious but happy look to his face. "I promise you it is no trouble. I would fight the entire legion of Oban's to keep you safe and to make sure you came back to me. So building a home for us to live our lives is a very small thing that I could do for you."
The moment of seriousness seem to pass almost as quickly as it had come as he now pulled Rishima along and pointed at various places to where a good home could be made. Wanting Rishima's approval while they slowly made their way back to his parents place. All too soon his home loomed ahead of them and Gerraden had to slow down his pacing as he wanted to remain alone with Rishima a little while longer.
"So...what did you think? There are lots of optimal places."

It was a bit strange to see Gerraden acting in such a serious manner, having taken hold of Rishima's hands, stood in front of him, and seemed to be making rather serious vows to him. It made his cheeks color and his antennae twitch, wondering where Gerraden was getting such confidence in himself. Surely he must know that the Obans were dangerous? Not to mention that they were on their way even now, threatening the safety of this place. The last thing that Rishi wanted was for Gerraden to have to protect him, especially when he was wanting to look after Gerraden. It was a bit odd, that they both wanted to protect the other, which would make it a bit complicated for either of them to actually protect the other in the end.
Rishima gave a little squeak when Gerraden suddenly dragged him along, pointing at all of the various places that he felt that he could build them a place. He seemed rather serious about the whole thing, didn't he? It made him wonder why he was so eager to make them a place. He was just being nice he supposed?
"Eh? What do I think?" He asked, looking around a moment, thoughtful, antennae raising before he finally said, "Somewhere off the ground, for sure, our sisters live in the trees and it feels a lot safer. We can escape from the various, bigger beasts that tend to stick to the ground." Staying near the ground wasn't an idea that made him comfortable, as such a place higher up meant safer. Could Gerraden build a place like that on his own though? Should he help him? He wasn't sure, he had a lot of work to do, a lot of patrols to do, and Gerraden did seem eager to do it himself. He gave a thoughtful sound before he said, "Well, if you need any help I could... attempt it. I've never built anything before..." He wasn't sure how much help he would be.

Gerraden didn't have the faintest idea on how one would build something in a tree, their home was on the ground after all. But if the sisters all lived in tree's that meant his mother did at one time as well. SO he could always inquire and request her help on the matter of structure and stability. Of course he was worried about the Oban's attacking, though perhaps not quite as worried as Rishima was. It was hard to explain it wasn't due to arrogance that he thought that he needn't worry it was...as if he was too wrapped up in the current moment to be worrying about it. "Don't worry I am sure we can figure it out. I will need to find the best tree's to use for the wood, though I think maybe I just need wood for the floor? The roof is generally thatched right?" Gerraden rambled as they walked trying to put together the best idea's on how many rooms they would need and how it may be a good idea to have extra rooms for the future. Though he spoke about things that hadn't been written in stone yet the young hybrid was more than happy to plot their futures without actually telling Rishima that was his plans he wrapped one arm around Rishima focusing on a single tree that just seemed too perfect. "That one! Look at how its branches lay, it would be a great place and we can make our new home rather spacious!"

Gerraden seemed rather sure about all this, didn't he? So maybe he had experience? Perhaps it was something that he had learned from someone in the Shifter village? It was the confidence of the younger man that made him feel as though it should be alright to mostly leave it in his hands. He would help when he could but if he were to leave it up to Gerraden then it should be alright, or at least that was what he felt. It was a bit strange to leave such an important matter in the hands of someone so much younger then him but again, the way Gerraden was acting made him feel as though it was safe to do so. Not as though Rishima knew anything about building a home himself.
Turning to look toward the tree that Gerraden was pointing at, taking in the branches that he seemed so excited over, he gave a slow nod. That could be a good spot he found himself thinking. It was between the Chibale Isles and Gerraden's village, it wasn't too close to either so it wouldn't make it seem as though Rishima was siding with the Shifters of that village, it would just be the two of them. It would be interesting, dealing with Gerraden one on one for a long period of time given his disposition... he would bet that the guy would constantly be clinging onto him... and what about sleeping arrangements? He said the house would be rather spacious but he somehow felt that he would likely be invading his sleeping space just as he did his personal space. Such a thing would be unlike what he was used to but at the same time it wasn't bad. He'd been comfortable sleeping earlier while using him as a pillow after all.
Antennae twitching he turned to look over at Gerraden and gave another nod, "It seems like a good place." He finally said, feeling that if Gerraden like the spot and felt that it would be a good place for him to start to build then he would give the younger male the go ahead.

If that was one thing Gerraden was good at was staying positive and perhaps a bit too enthusiastic. He had no idea how to build a house, especially in the trees, but he was sure his parents would know how. They must since they had to build their home outside of the village. When Rishima agreed with the spot he already began to plot out how large the house would be and how many rooms they would need.
"Excellent, well I should probably get to building...I wonder how long it takes to build a house..." He mused the second part mostly to himself giving Rishima's shoulders a squeeze before dropping his arm and taking hold of his hand instead. The sudden urge to rush back home to plague his mother and father with a million questions was overwhelming. Or course this meant he would end up dragging Rishima back with him, not that he minded though he didn't like how his parents tried to separate them when they were together. Gerraden enjoyed being as close as Rishima would allow and seeing him all flustered only made him feel even more emotional than he had before.
"Oh! but i suppose you will need to gather your things as well, I could help you move...but wait I need to build our home first don't i?" Gerraden seemed to be rushing ahead of himself wasn't he? Perhaps just a bit...

Rishima gave a little shake of his head, "I... don't know how long it takes. I guess it depends on how ornate you mean to make it." Which was a valid question, how big was big? Gerraden seemed to be wanting to make it rather spacious so that would likely cause it to take that much more time for him to build. The bigger it was the longer it would take, but surely Gerraden must know that much? He gave a nod, certain that he did. He glanced toward him as Gerraden set to once more clinging to his hand. It was something he allowed only when they were alone, certain that such a thing would be quite embarrassing were Gerraden to try it in front of his parents or some of their sisters.
"Eh? Oh... yes, I think it would be best to wait until the house is done before I try to move lest I find myself moving into an empty tree." He said, then gave him a bit of a lopsided smile, "As for helping me move, I think it would be best for me to do it myself or perhaps get help from Jerarda." He wasn't sure what their sisters might thing for someone like Gerraden to come help him to move his stuff. He didn't want him to get attacked so it might be best for him to do the moving himself when the time came.
Giving Gerraden's hand a squeeze he added, "We don't have to worry about that just yet though." In fact they didn't have to worry about it until the house was done so it was at the moment sort of a moot point. He would worry about it when the house was built, for now his stuff would remain where it was at present.

Ornate? That hadn't been a thought to cross his mind when it came to building a house. In fact he had only really thought of the basics...roof, floor doors....windows....bedroom...hammock in bedroom....alright so his thoughts often focused on the bed room. Was that a bad thing? No...not really though a little perverted yes. His goofy smile went a bit lopsided when the name of a certain sister was mentioned. Right...this woman named Jerarda though he had never met her this would be one of the numerous times she had been mentioned and it always made him feel a little bristly for no reason.
"Ah well I could always help you move you know," Gerraden offered as a replacement for Jerarda. "Though I suppose you are right, there is no house yet...but just you wait. I"ll have it built in no time." The every smiling idiot returned full of promise and enthusiasm. They resumed moving back to his home so Rishima could have another meeting with his parents. Surely it wouldn't be so awkward this time right?
