Jinx Nobody cares unless you're beautiful....Jinx gives a large and bright smile when the boy bowed. When he introduced himself as "Tenchi" she gave a curtsey, but as she rose she wobbled a bit. She still wasnt used to curtseying or bowing and those sorts of things. "Tenchi... Can I call you Tenchi?" She asks, not wishing to be stuck with formalities. To her formalities were only to be used when speaking to rude people. She brushes a strand of her dark hair back from her face, only for it to fall back into place. She sighed. "It's nice to meet you too... You can just call me Jinx" she added, noticing the boy's hard gaze, but ignoring it and smiling. Jinx was also wondering when the Headmistress would answer the door, she didn't have anything imprtant to bother the Headmistress if she was busy, she had just simply wanted to say "Hello" and introduce herself, But I guess is she's too busy that can wait for later...Jinx thought to herself.Or Dead....

+Tenchi+ - - - -  the hard look fades as his smile grows a bit more when he witnesses her attempt to bow. he admired her cutesy and wished to himself that a lot more people were like her. he spoke softly - yes, Tenchi is perfectly okay. - even in the formal events back with his royal family, he was recognized as just Tenchi. plus he didnt see the need to be called anything else. the obedient guardian side of him kicked in when she returned his greeting and her preferred name. - as you wish jinx- he turned his attention to the new student papers in his left hand as he started to think the headmistress was absent.

JinxNobody cares unless you're beautiful....Jinx gives a small smile and turns quickly, thinking she saw something. she tripped as she did so and landed on her side. "Ouch...I've gotta stop doing that" she sighed, not making a move to get up. She didn't mind sitting on the floor, it was strangely calming at times, though the only problem was that she had cut her palm. She sat up, keeping one eye on Tenchi and the other set on what she was doing. She ripped the bottom of her dress and wound the strip around her palm quickly, using it as a bandage. "Tada! tat's better" she stood up and looked at Tenchi, unsure about how he would react. she recognised his tattoo from one of her books which she was forbidden to read but did so anyway. It didn't scare her, so her eyes were bright though alert. "You okay?"Or Dead....

tenchi wasnt ready when she suddenly fell. what was wrong with him. why was his reactions so slow? he eyes her wound a bit, the dark side of his instincts sparking at the sweet glorious smell of her blood. but he kept his being together and made no notion on his face of what was going through his head. instead, he sighed and smiled a bit as he softly took her hand in his soft but cold ones. - yes. im fine. but your not... this could get infected. - he made a playfully wrinkled face on the word "infected". his voice again, soft and smooth with a hint of irish ancestry. he undressed the wound, exposing the cut. the smell was intoxicating... it took every fiber in his being to let go and let loose. he has never really been good around blood. a slight red glaze formed over his eyes as he sensed the blood but he didn't act upon his craving. he held her hand in his and focused on it as a small swarm of shadows balled around their hands. in seconds, the cut started healing and left nothing but a small streak of dried blood. he looked up at her. - there. now thats all better. be more careful. ok?-

JinxNobody cares unless you're beautiful....Jinx seems a bit tense as Tenchi takes her hand. She gave a small smile when he told her that t could get infected. She watched him carefully as he forced the shadows to heal her. She looked up at him, a small smile on her lips as her eyes alighted with curiousity. "'Kay" she said obediently, giving a childish nod. Her eyes were still on his as she called over the shadows that her arm made against the ground, they formed into a little bird and rested on Tenchi's shoulder before disappearing. "Tada! Now I'm not the only one with different powers..." her voice got soft half-way through the sentece as her face darkened, but a moment later it was bright as she stood up and wiped away the dried blood. "Thank you... I'm sorry about that... people say I'm clumsy..", her bright smile was back in place as she looked at Tenchi.Or Dead....

he couldn't help but be warmed by her smile. he could tell there was something cold and different behind her bright eyes but didnt dare prod into the first class mate hes met. tenchi was in awe and shocked that someone else lived in the world he lived in when it came to abilities. hes never seen anyone have the ability to bend darkness except his family. curiosity inflamed through him. but again, he had to hold his formal posture like he was taught and remain calm and collected. a soft smile played his lips as he spoke. - its seems not. we all have our secrets and abilities- hearing her talk about how clumsy she was, made him feel a little protective over her. he didnt want to see her hurt. even though he didn't know her. - what the hell!!. - he loudly thought to himself.- you're getting soft. wake up. all she did was fall!!!- but no matter how much he fought it, he just had a soft spot for her. he raised his eyebrows as his smile grew a bit, unintentionally flashing a fang. - well like i said. be a little more careful. the world is dangerous.- thats under exaggerating.

JinxNobody cares unless you're beautiful....Jinx felt something different about this guy. She didn't understand it though. He just seemed to banish her darker, more sinister side, and nobody had ever been able to do that before. She shook her head slightly to clear it and smiled up at this male. "I will... Some people don't know just how dangerous this world is though..." she said thoughtfully with a nod. Her eyes were still bright as she drifted off into her own thoughts a bit, but a few seconds later she was out of them and looking up at Tenchi. And before she knew or could think about what she was doing, Jinx felt herself hugging the guy before her, though she quickly stepped back, a light blush on her face. "S-sorry....Umm... I don't usually do.... Umm.. that" she said, looking up at Tenshi, she hoped he wasn't angry. She had remembered when he smiled he had a vampire's tooth... strangely enough it didn't bother her, but the thought of him being angry did. She bit her lip, expecting to be told off... She had always been punished severely when she didn't follow rules no matter the person, and she had a feeling she had just broken a rule or something... Hmm... tomorrow I think I'll dress up as a vampire she thought with pleasure. that thought drew a smile onto her face as she, brushed her hair back from her face, only to sigh, slightly irritatedly when it fell back into her face. "That's it... I think this time I'm cutting it" she said with a childish irritation. she always said she was going to cut her hair but never did.Or Dead....

he nodded lightly to her comment. he completely agreed. the world was a very dangerous place. filled with unimaginable things with unimaginable power. he straightened up and cleared his throat as he looked at the door , convinced the headmistress' room was empty. then suddenly he felt something thud and cling to him. looking down he saw jinx hugging him. he looked at her as he stepped back and blush when she apologized. though yes, it was odd to get the sudden affection. he wasnt use to it. but he couldn't help but smile at her. there was no way he could get mad at her. - its ok. im not mad - he honestly assured her. he witnessed her have trouble with her hair. he sighed and smiled as he reached into his pocket. - no no. take pride in it. - out of his pocket, his hand retracted with the object he was looking for. it was a black hair pin with a symbol on it. the same one of his family tattoo he had on his neck. softly putting the rebel strands of hair in place as he slid the pin in, holding them in place. - there. no more troubling hair.- he ran a hand through his hair with a smile- my hair doesn't always co-operate either. - he looked at a pocket watch from his pocket and made an unsatisfied face. - i'm positive shes not here- he changes the subject, forgetting the hairpin. and as if on cue, a strand waves down over his face but ignores it.

JinxNobody cares unless you're beautiful....Jinx stiffened when Tenchi stepped towards her. She still expected him to hurt her, but she was surprised when he didn't. "Thanks" she said, giving a small smile as she fingered the pin. She giggled when his own hair fell into his face. "Now I see why you had a pin" she said, moving her gaze towards the door. "It doesn't seem like she's here.... maybe she's busy... if so I can just come back later...." she said softly, biting her lip with uncertainty. "Hey... Can we be friends?" she asks, with a bright and innocent smile, looking back at the vampire.Or Dead....

tenchi smiled back, - your welcome. - he didnt really care about his hair at the moment. he had his lazy messy hair days. this was starting to turn into one of them. he nodded in agreement with her. - it appears so. i suppose i can return at another time as well- he sighed. he looked up at her when she asked hwer question. -man .. can this girl ever stop surprising me? he kidded to himself. hes never really had a friend outside of his kingdom .. or out side of his kind to be exact. he wasn't entirely sure if this would end badly. but something about her, assured it would be ok. he returned her innocent smile with a soft one .- i don't see why not -

JinxNobody cares unless you're beautiful....Jinx laughed and clapped her hands together. "Yay!" she said, doing a little spin. She tripped again but just managed to catch herself before falling over. She blinked but smiled anyway. "Tenchi and me are friends now!" she announced happily, spinning around to face him and smiling. "Are you happy too?" she asked, looking at Tenchi with a slightly serious exoression. she wanted to be sure that he was happy too.Or Dead....

tenchi quickly thought over his dicition. this could either be a very strong friendship, or end up the worse way. in death. but seeing her so happy, so excited. he felt happy seeing her happy. going against his better nature and judgement.... he nodded with a smile- yes. im happy. very happy to make my first friend- there was truth in what he said. friends are good to have.

She asked with a smile, she gave a little jump of excitement but then stopped and thought for a second. "Your first friend? I would have thought you'd have heaps of friends, you're nice"she said with a decisive nod, curious as to how anyone wouldn't want to be friends with Tenchi.Or Dead....

he started to think of the recent reasons why his friends would leave him or the reason why he has none. he made a face before speaking, thinking how to word his explanation. - sometimes, people just don't like me. who i am.. what i am. - he explains, no knowing that she knows what he is - sometimes people get hurt around me. - he stared off, stuck in his thoughts as he bit at his bottom lip. he closes his eyes and sighs with a forced smile as he ripped his self out of his head. - i hope it will be different here. plus this is my first day. i haven't given anyone a chance to know me.- he said , thinking about meeting more people. ..... great.

JinxNobody cares unless you're beautiful....Jinx listened patiently to Tenchi's mixed explanation. When he was done, she stood on her toes and flicked his head lightly. "Don't be silly. It's not your fault they get hurt, just a coincidence that you're there... and besides..." She pauses and gives a cheeky smile. "I'm sure sooner or later you'll be surrounded by friends"her tone was light as she spoke and looked at the door. "Do you wanna go somewhere and come back later...?" she asked, slightly shy.Or Dead....
