Lesath blinked, opening her mouth to say something, but finally just stared at Megiddo. Did she really just…? It took a moment, but finally the senshi doubled over laughing. It didn’t stop for a good minute at least, and by that time the blonde was wheezing and trying so hard to just catch her breath. When she finally did she wiped at her eyes and shook her head. “You are. You are something else, let me tell you.”
She stood up and put her hands on her hips for a moment, before waggling a finger at the purple haired page. “Damn right I’m the prom queen zombie. I’m the best prom queen zombie there is, and I’ll make sure everyone wants me. You’re right. I just need to relax and unwind, and maybe cut off Remarque’s balls. That might help me relax too.”
The blonde flitted over and gave the page a kiss on the cheek before flitting away again. “You’ve been a pleasure to talk to, and whatever I did to you in the past, I really, really am sorry about. If I could go back and re-do it, I really would. I didn’t mean to be the cause of any distress you might have had, and I hope you can find it in your uh. Heart or whatever to forgive me. Because I really would hate to have someone as cute as you be mad at me.”
She winked.

Megiddo let out a shaky breath as Lesath stepped away from her. She could clearly feel the spot where the senshi's lips had brushed her cheek, all soft and electric. "I'm something else, for sure," she said, cheeks burning red. For a long time, she'd started to doubt the immortality she'd been convinced of on the Surrounding. But right now, Megiddo felt like she was on top of her game.
So she winked back.
"We're good," she said. "Let me know how castrating your loser boyfriend goes. And if you ever decide to drop the evil magical girl shtick, we can go get coffee. I'll see you around."
After waggling her fingers quickly - flirtatiously? - at Lesath, Megiddo turned and took a running jump up onto the terrace from whence she'd come.
I'm the ******** greatest, she thought to herself. Or maybe it was just a very lucky night.
