I'll make my sprites obvious recolors (with the permission of people who already have mugs of their OC's), but still try and make them aesthetically pleasing.
That'd be a separate thing, but I'd love to see some fanfiction of all your rehashes.

So trying to understand week 1, are we just taking one OC and remaking it randomly, or are we taking multiple OCs and sort of splicing different aspects as inspiration to make a new one?

To be honest Rath, week 1 seems understandable to me. From what it says, it says we can "take" as many OCs as we like to "redesign" them in a terrible way. In other words, make their characters as a random Mary Sueish or totally out-of-character.
What I don't understand is the second week. Like do we redesign our characters that the person "redesign" our characters or do we redesign our characters as if we're "upgrading" our characters? sweatdrop
Also, I may try participating for this. However, it will mostly be in doodles and sketches, so don't expect final drafts or coloring.

As for Week 1, it's practically the same thing but with other people's characters, along with perhaps creating a *tragic* backstory, or as Isa said, Sue'ing them up. [Mary Sue, I mean.] The other characters bit just means that you aren't limited to one character for any of the weeks. Feel free to do as many as you would like.

He started showing ice powers from Ninian when he was just a baby, so that old meenie Eliwood sent him to way to live in ice-cold Illia. Now he’s coming back to Lycia to have his revenge. Alix (that's an arrow for the "L" and a bull's eye as the dot for the "I." ) is your archery bad boy. Whenever there's work to be done, he'll make you work. He doesn't like to help people, even if it's a state of life and death. He's impatient and doesn't contribute to any of the work unless the higher authorities force him to do his part. He gets so easily angry, you don't want to mess with him.
