Sparrow wasn't sure whether or not to continue humoring this pae as she seemed to be doing. From what she could tell, the angel in front of her was either batshit crazy or just stupid. This time, she leaned towards the latter. It wasn't as if she, personally, was the brightest thing around, but to seriously be unaware of two entire types of pae... well...
That took something...
Even more so when she didn't seem to realize that she likely would not be welcome there. Non-faun could not enter the tree and the bird highly doubted this girl could breath underwater, given she had said she had no powers and all.
Well, she supposed she could let the girl figure that out the hard way, given how excited and all she seemed. As she hugged herself, Sparrow made no real motions to help in any way, instead standing awkwardly and looking away. While she liked to see others, this conversation was beginning to wear on her patience with the level of 'stupidity' that was being shown. "So... You got a place that you need to be heading back to anytime? Wouldn't want them thinking you got attacked by some forest monster."

Menolly blinked a few seconds, "I am not in the Dragnid." The statement was said as if perfect sense. Only in the Dragnid would a monster attack her. Everywhere was perfectly safe, as far as she knew.
It was on its way to getting late, Menolly gauged by looking up at the sky between the leaves. "I should head back to the City, though, before it gets dark." It wasn't the lack of light but the colder conditions that had her shiver.
So, Menolly brightly smiled at Sparrow, beaming, "It was great to meet you Sparrow. I can't wait til next time." When there would be a next time she didn't know. But there would be, she considered Sparrow a new friend and wanted to keep up with the friends she had.

The Dragnid... what? That was weird; what was it? Sparrow had never heard of such a place in this land, or in any other land for that matter. So the angel had thoughts of an unknown land, but none of the common faun or naiad pae?
Yup. She was strange.
Ah, the city, the place of the angels. Her friend Crystal lived there, though she had never been. She could never go, not as a harpy. It was a bit of a shame, but she felt no malice towards the discrimination. "That's probably a good idea." About time, but she couldn't help return Menolly's bright smile with a smirk of her own. At least she seemed nice enough, and perhaps with a little more time to educate herself of what was apparently knew, she could hold a better conversation.
Not that the harpy wanted to see her again or anything.
"Yeah, until then I guess." That might be nice.
