These deer are giving an example of a FAILED Deerstack. The idea is to strengthen the back and legs of the Foundation Deer, as well as improve the dexterity and leg-stregnth of all higher deer. This is also a very good team-building and trust exercise, as each deer must be fully committed. A single weak link can cause a topple.

Choose a very strong, perhaps broad Foundation Deer and have another leap upon their back, and another, and another as if each deer were its own rocky precipice. You MUST NOT FALL, else you will probably look like idiots.

This mighty deer is displaying great skull in Nestithenics. The trick is to stand still enough for a moderate- to large-sized bird to build an especially hefy nest upon your head, and then to run like the dickens. The nest MUST stay balanced at all times. This is to strengthen legs and running speed, as well as train balance.

Entry #3

This deer is pictured in the middle of an advanced Rack Stretch. The goal is to enhance flexibility in the legs and neck strength through daily repition of the following routine:
1- Twist one's head as far toward the back as one can
2- Tilt head left or right, correlating to which ever side you intend to exercise
3- Lift front or rear leg and rest atop antlers
4- Try to straighten head
[ practitioners are generally incapable at even the most advanced level to fully straighten their necks - sprains are bad! work gently! ]

Entry #1: Deersketball

This deer is preparing to chuck his ball in the mighty game of deersketball. This exercise strengthens head and neck muscles and improved coordination. The object is to firstly get a ball stuck in one's antlers (as both male and female reindeer have antlers, anyone can play), and then toss one's head about at hard as possible to dislodge it. Extra point for getting it caught in some tree branches!

Entry #2 - Stand-Ups

An excellent exercise to strengthen the hind legs and core muscles. This requires the deer to stand up straight on their hind legs, and move 2-3 steps. Go back to four, push up to two legs, 2-3 steps, and repeat.

Entry#3: Strutta!

A great means of increasing flexibility in one's legs. Strutta is the fine art of graceful walking, with limbs extending as far as possible, head and tail held high. This is also a great exercise in improving one's self esteem!

Know your ABCs

Being santa's special reindeer requires more than looks. You need to exercise those eyeballs, maintain great vision range, and of course being able to read and build a cognitive map. What you need to do is focus your eyes on words. Then say them out loud in your mind and remember them. Then you remain silent without reading out loud. Humans/People cannot know that you can read and speak. You can exhale a puff of air through your nostrils to let them know that they can turn the page. That way when you learn more words, you build a better memory, and that would make delivering presents with Santa a lot faster when you lead the pack to the good children's rooftops.

Build up confidence

There is no room for pushover reindeers pulling the sleigh. This exercise enables you, Rudolph, to build up your confidence level and show it to the world. What you need to do is channel your Christmas spirit to one location: your nose, and let it glow. If there are too much of it, you can sling on a set of lights around your neck and light those up too, like how Loki this fine young deer is doing right now. If the other reindeer starts to make fun of you, kill them all stare them down until they back away. Your confidence level would soar higher than ever. No one can stop you from spreading joy to the world.

Hey, Rudolph...

You may not know me, but I know you.

Everyone does.

Where I come from, you are a legend. The very greatest of deer fame. Sure, we know of the others, but do they have their own songs? Stories? Films?

I think not.

Baby Rudolph, you are destined...

... for greatness.

Hey, Rudolph...

Do or do not, there is no try.

You can only reach the stars if you strike out and jump for them yourself, of course this doesn't mean you can't reach for help if you struggle, but if you don't start out, you'll never have a chance of making your fantasies come true.
