"Yeah, well, how'm' I supposed ta know that?" Kyllian laughed. "'sides, I wouldn't call what I eat 'normal'. I've been told I'm a black hole, or whatever that is." The first time Dr. Hewitt had tried to feed him Kyllian had eaten everything, and almost the plate. The same thing had happened when he was in human form as well, so while he saw nothing wrong with it, Hewitt had taken to feeding him on plates made of lettuce leaves.
He set about moving things into his fridge, and started getting out the ingredients for waffles. Should I...? Kyllian shook his head. There was something that was distinctly hers in this house, something that he wouldn't show her until she was ready. He didn't want to pressure her, after all.
The child took off his cape, tossed it over the nearest mix-matched stool, and set about his work. There was a lot of sloshing as he tried to get the mixer to work, but within a relatively short amount of time he had waffles baking in the iron. When the two were done, he pulled them out and set them on a plate for Chloe. "I've got berries, too, if you want them as well. Or anything in the fridge, really."

Chloe giggled, "I would believe it. You would eat a whole world if left to it." The scatterbug teased before trying to find a place to sit. Watching Kyllian the girl crossed her arms and just waited expectantly. Waffles did sound interesting after all...she just hoped they were as good as he said.
"Berries please." Chloe smiled, "I'm afraid of your fridge though so this is fine." With that the girl picked up one of the strange pieces of food and bit in, "Mmm..." Flushing she realized she let out how good they were, "I mean...it's okay I suppose." Still she shoved more pieces in her mouth.
Okay so maybe Kyllian did have a point. Waffles were good...but that didnt' mean she would easily succumb to his ways! She was still going to be stubbonr about the house...for now at least....maybe one day soon though she would change her mind...one day.

Chloe was a hard nut to crack, but he would get there one day. Kyllian made a good sized stack for himself before sitting down to eat with her. He didn't bother with utensils; had never needed them until then, didn't need them now.
He tore them into strips and plopped the pieces into his mouth. There was little more he liked than to spend his days with friends, and now it felt as if his little circle was finally complete.
