Kat's grin was nearly stretched ear to ear as she now chased after Dylon. When the blades slashed across her wrists, it was then she was truly thankful for the fear shield she had. Keeping a tight grip on her weapons, she ran at him again, this time jumping up, aiming a round house kick at him.

Dylon brought up his arms to defend against her kick, the guards on his weapons taking the brunt of the attack. He followed it up with a swipe as Kat landed.

Taking the attack as best she could, Kat brought up both arms to guard against the slash before retaliating with a melee hit to the shin.

Dylon jumped back a half step, ignoring the short sting in his shin. He spun a half circle round, backhanding Kat's arm with his weapon in the same motion. Continuing the spin, he back handed her again, and one last full swipe with the unused arm.

His Fear Shield was beginning to get low, but not low enough that Vahn needed to worry him yet.
