Briar and Tiffany caught up for a little while longer. Then, Briar's stomach let out a particular loud rumble, which caused her to blush and cover her stomach with her hand. The girls stared at each other for a few moments before they both busted out in laughter.

"Jeez, Briar! Get a leash for that thing!"

Briar playfully slapped her friend's arm and then stood up from the couch. "Hey, if you had to fend off two brothers with ravenous appetites at meal time, you might get hungry, too! I'm going to go get something to eat. The back-to-school feast is usually amazing, and I don't want to miss out! You coming?"

Tiffany shook her head. "Nah. My mom and I ate at new restaurant back home before we got here, so I'm stuffed. But... bring me back a slice of pie, will you? I love the school's pie, every kind!"

Briar chuckled and shook her head ruefully. "I know, I know. Of course I'll bring you back some pie. Then later we can decorate our room! See you in a little bit."

With that, Briar headed out of the cheer leading dorm and down the long hallway toward the cafeteria. Her stomach growled loudly again as she made the walk.

"Good grief! Calm down, will ya? It's bad enough that it's so unladylike, but it's even worse for an elf!"

She'd have to remember to brew up some stomach-calming elixir tonight when she got back to her room. But in order to do that, she'd have to stop by the potion professor's lab to ask for some ingredients. It was too bad he wasn't handsome like the Geography professor, or the Hexes professor. Oh, the History professor was pretty attractive, too. But, she spent the most time with the potions professor, and he was old and grumpy. But she had to re-stock her inventory if she was going to make her low-level potions and elixirs AND do well enough in her potions classes to pass.

((Sorry for the delay. Evernote ate my post and I didn't have the heart to rewrite it till this afternoon. lol. >.< *om nom nom nom*))

From out of the woods on the south end of the grounds of St. Vines Academy, came a fox. Not a dirty, wild looking fox with sharp teeth and a wicked grin, but a rather tame looking fox, trotting along with a glossy copper coat and white tipped tail. Slung over the back of the vixen was what could only be described as fox sized saddle bags. The bags bounced along as the fox, otherwise known as Meia, made her way up to the school and towards the "haunted" dormitories. The fact that the tower was assumed to be haunted suited her just fine, as her particular breed of kitsune were rather good friends with death so it was a little like being home. That perhaps is a story best left for another time.

Meia trotted up the tower, watching out for the door that she would recognize as the room number assigned to her. Once she found it, Meia stretched up against the door and used her tiny paws to wiggle the door handle and make the door swing free. She entered, and dropped her head to let the saddle bag slid forward and off her body. It was only then, that she figured it would be a good time to switch forms. With a small shake of her copper fur, Meia went from fox, to a girl of about 17 years old. She had long black hair, with her fox like copper ears poking out on either side of her head, golden mischievous eyes, and a long fluffy copper fox tail poking out from a hole in her jeans at the base of her spine.

There were two beds in the room, though for the moment it seemed as if her roommate hadn't arrived yet, or that she hadn't been assigned on at all. That didn't particularly bother her. People for some reason just didn't want to spend prolonged time with a kitsune of her particular tribe. She wasn't sure, but it might just have something to do with that whole rumor that they they can sense death and follow the dying around waiting for death to take them. But she could be wrong. Meia quickly unpacked her things, and tossed the bags in her closet before leaving the room. No point in just staying holed up in her room until classes started was there?

((Armand))

Oh, dear. Jack didn't seem amused. Then again, he always seemed grumpy around Armand and Briar or just Armand. He was just generally a grumpy person. So grumpy that he was pleading for food.... The red haired prankster raised an eyebrow. "Malnutrition, Jacky?" The dragon hadn't answered though, and had just trudged into an adjoining bathroom to the dorm room and had demanded meat with no veggies for food even totally knowing that their mother would disapprove. "Well...what she doesn't know won't hurt, right?" And with that, Jack-o-lantern was free from Mad Mandy, who skipped down toward to the school's main cafeteria area because it had the biggest kitchen and most supplies.

However, along the way down the tower, Mandy spotted a foxy tail and two foxy ears. He tilted his head and skipped innocently by while tugging on the foxy girl's tail. Nonchalantly, the red haired stop sign skipped away, ignoring Meia and probably expectantly the girl to start chasing him to the cafeteria. Either way, Armand would make it to the cafeteria and hear a terrible growling echoing down the hallways as he approached. Little did he know that growling belonged to his little sister's stomach. "Hmm? The walls are groaning this year..."
PostPosted: Sat Dec 21, 2013 7:43 pm

{{lol! Groaning walls... XD Briar would be mortified. And the fox!!! Awww!!! If she ever transforms into the fox form around Briar, Briar will probably just cuddle her to death. lol}}

Briar tried to take her mind off of her hunger by focusing on some of the new cheers the squad would be doing this year. She decided to do some of the motions and mutter the cheers under her breath as she walked toward the cafeteria. Luckily she was still in her uniform, so she didn't look totally crazy.... not totally.

She began to clap her hands softly and mumbled some of the cheers under her breath.

"Mumble, mumble, fight! Mumble, win! Mumble, crush them!"

Then, she started to turn around in a circle like she would during the routine. But as she turned so that she was facing in the opposite direction she had been, her eyes caught the bright red hair she was all-to-familiar with.

"Oh. Hey Mand. Coming to get some food, too? The food on the first day of school is the best, right?"

((Myra))

A blonde busty female student was standing behind a bookshelf in the library waiting for her prey... She was fuming slightly, but keeping herself from maiming anything rather well. Myra was waiting for someone, a certain tall studywart of a someone. He'll be here soon, the blonde girl kept telling herself in her mind. She was losing her patience. She hadn't seen or heard from the male student since before school break, and that had been months!

FINALLY! The sound of the library doors opening and closing with a light snap echoed through the library. The blonde's eyes peeked through the books in the bookshelf to follow the form of a dark haired male student enter the library and go toward another bookshelf. That's when Myra "attacked". However, she may have over done it.

"SEBS!~" The golden haired girl tackled Sebastian into a bookshelf and the bookshelf fell, causing a domino effect for the bookshelves behind it which were not attached to a wall... Singlehandedly, a girl had accidentally ruined most of the library due to the domino effect.

Meia thought on it for a moment on where to go, and eventually settled on the cafeteria. There was usually always at least a few people there, and as it was getting close to lunch it would quickly be filling up. Perhaps she would find any of her friends form the year before. Unfortunately she wasn't too good at keeping in touch over the summer, being busy doing fox stuff like chasing mice and digging holes, so she couldn't be entirely sure that any of her "besties" had made it back the following year.

However, as she made her way out of her room, she suddenly felt a sharp tug on her tail. Her ears perked, and she turned with a furious expression to find the culprit. There was nothing she hated more then someone pulling on her tail. "ARMAND YOU FLAMING EXCUSE OF A STOP SIGN!!" Hopefully Armand had some experience in dodging fire from his older brother, as for that moment he would find Meia's tail lighting and flicking a ball of flames at his trademark hair.

Briar was waiting for a response from her brother when she saw something that was glowing red coming down the hallway. As it got closer, Briar's eyes started to widen. It was.... it was fire! Fire was coming down the hallway in the form of small balls!

Briar grasped, put her hands on her brothers' shoulders and forced him down to the ground with her. "Mand, look out!"

She was now lying on her stomach on the cold stone floor with Armand next to her as the fire balls flew over their heads.

Briar looked over to her brother and scowled. "Did you prank someone already?! Armand, we haven't even been here an hour!"

((Armand))

Yes... that bright red flaming hair was coming toward Briar faster than walking speed...perhaps, it was a brisker skip than usual because fireballs were racing after the prankster. Still worth it to pull Meia's tail because ...it was just wagging around asking to be pulled. And thus, it was Briar to the rescue after she pushed Mandy onto the floor and made the bright red head become the perfect pillow.

When Briar scowled at him and accused him, Armand only grinned sheepishly. After all, the echo of Meia's "ARMAND, YOU FLAMING EXCUSE OF A STOP SIGN" had echoed through the hallways too. That must have been a clue paired with the fireballs flying through the air.

"Hmm? I didn't prank anyone!" Pulling someone's tail wasn't a prank, right? Well, figuratively speaking, it could be.... but...nope! The prankster raised an eyebrow at Briar's clothes. "Cheerleading and it hasn't even been a hour yet!" All that was left was to make up response when Meia caught up with Armand and Briar.

As soon as the balls of flame left her tail, Meia took on fox form again to see the aftermath of Armand's head getting caught on fire. And to to put the fire out so that she didn't accidentally murder the guy or anything. But much to her dismay, a cheerleader that Meia recognized as Armand's sister saw the fire before he did and pushed him out of the way. "Awww Brior! Why did you have to move him." Meia pouted. "I would have put him out, promise."

As Meia caught up to the pair, the fox scurried up Armand's back and sat on the very top of his red head. "Now what kind of mother taught you that it was alright to pull on a fox's tail? Hmmm? Hmmm?" Meia asked, with the most stern tone of voice she could muster while she was looking down at the tip of his nose.

Briar scoffed at her brother's response about not pranking anyone. "Yeah, I'm so going to believe that. I think you'd prank someone in your sleep if you could."

When she was sure that the fireballs had stopped, Briar stood up from the floor and began to brush off her uniform. At Armand's comment about cheerleading, she rolled her eyes. "At least I participate in school activities, and now you and Jack don't have to listen to my cheers anymore now that we're at school. What activities do you exactly participate in? Let me correct that. What school-sponsored activities do you participate in? At least I bring school spirit wherever I go!"

She beamed a cheesy, bright smile as she said the last part.

Suddenly, Briar heard someone speaking to her but didn't see anyone else nearby besides her brother. It was a familiar female voice.

"Wait... I know that voice..."

When a fox came out of nowhere and bounded onto Armand's head, Briar gasped and smiled brightly at the fox. She proceeded to pick the fox up off of Armand's head and cuddled it closely. She rubbed her cheek on the top of the fox's head and pet its back as she cuddled it.

"Meia! It's good to see you. You're so fluffy!!!"

"Oh my gosh" A voice risen from the woods, surrounding the school. "This place is so huge!"

It's a fine day! The wind was blowing and the sky was shining like a star. The trees was blowing in the winds, and inside the leaves, was awaiting the newest addition to the Academy. "POOF!" A head popped out the leaves of the tree, and whatever that's attached to it, climbed up to the top of the tree. He stood up on top, and placed his hand over his eyes. "Jeez! Talk about getting lost.."

Enter Shira Kuriama! A wild young boy with a one direction personality. Not the band. A young man that ventured through the jungle, flew through the air, and...uh... ventured the jungle again, to find this place. He was tired from all the moving, but was completely motivated to be part of this place.

((Keres----History Teacher))

A cold breeze drifted through the hallway and was followed by a porcelain like child. Her empty, soulless eyes were directed straight ahead as she glided past students of all shapes and sizes. Despite her appearance, Keres was nor a student. She was the child like teacher of history. The small teacher was currently making her way towards the dining room in order to lounge around on top of her favourite bookshelf. Yes. The history teacher loved sleeping on top of bookshelves. Keres, while she appeared innocent and pretty cute, was actually a force to be reckoned with. When angry or bored, she is known to cause mischief and mayhem. Last year there was a rumour going around that the blonde male student who never turns up for class, was actually murdered by Keres. Rather than put an end to those rumours, Keres opted to say nothing in her defence. Maybe she DID kill that blond student who vanished over night.

A flash of light caught Keres's attention and she soon located the source. The young fox demon, Meia, had thrown a fireball towards the prankster, Armand. Keres's eyes flickered white for the briefest of moments and she altered her course by a few inches. There was no way that fire throwing was allowed in the hallways. The dull haired female stopped behind Armand and lightly tapped his shoulder “Excuse me.....” Her voice, much like her appearance, was soft and delicate sounding, like the wind on a cool summers day. “Meia the fox demon...Using your powers to cause harm is not allowed within the school building. If you wish to roast Armand, do so else where...” Keres looked up at Briar and once again her eyes flashed “Briar...As Armands sister you would do well to take better care of him. The three of you have detention~”

((Sebastian---Student))

Sebastian had finally made it to the library. He breathed in an exhaled slowly as he pondered what books he would read today. Sadly, his alone time was short lived. He had barely touched one book when an all to familiar voice called his name. Then BAM! Like a breeze block, a blonde female collided into Sebastian and sent bookshelves toppling like dominoes. The dark haired male groaned and shifted so he was sitting up with Myra on his lap. He regarded her messy hair and dust covered outfit with bored, unimpressed eyes before stroking a few golden strands away from her eyes “Hello Myra....I see you are as discreet as ever.” Chuckling, Sebastian wrapped his arms around the female in a loving embrace. “We should leave before the history teacher sees her beloved bookshelves~”

Without wasting any more time, Sebastian opened a portal that sent them both to his room. He placed Myra on a chair and dusted his suit of with a few firm pats. “Now I know you must be angry that I never contacted you during the holidays...I was kept busy with other matters. I assure you that I have not been with another women, though there were offers. So if you must hit me, do so. However before that you should know that----” Sebastian reached inside his jacket and produced a small black velvet box. He smirked confidently before opening the box to reveal a stunning diamond ring “---I have been thinking about you often....”

((Myra))

Myra pouted even as Sebastian embraced her and then took her to his room via a portal. She didn't care if the history teacher saw the bookshelves lopsided, but that was because her focus was on the male student.

“Now I know you must be angry that I never contacted you during the holidays...I was kept busy with other matters. I assure you that I have not been with another women, though there were offers. So if you must hit me, do so. However before that you should know that----”

Just in time. Myra had her fist retracted behind her ready for a furious punch. Now, there was a small box and a very shiny ring inside in the blonde succubus's face. Myra stared for a moment, her mouth dropping into a small "o".

“---I have been thinking about you often....”

~Is....is he...proposing?!!!~ Myra's face burned red as she shook her head and proceeded to punch Sebastian through another wall as she shook her head. "NOT FUNNY!"

((Armand))

Briar's accusatory question toward Armand of what school sponsored activities he participated in remained unanswered as Armand was saved by the bell a fluffy foxy.

"Now what kind of mother taught you that it was alright to pull on a fox's tail? Hmmm? Hmmm?"

Sort of funny coming from a cute little foxy perched on top of Armand's flaming hair. That was reinforced by the fact that Briar squealed in delight at Meia's fluffiness and proceeded to cuddle her in a manner similar to a little girl cuddling her teddy bear. "Fluffy.... the kind of mother that says fluffy..... your tail is fluffy and pull stroke worthy." Armand said with a goofy grin.

But alas, a small porcelain doll had to arrive on the scene, eyes flashing like a voodoo doll, and ruin the fun and excitement by declaring the three innocents worthy of detention!

"Hey! THat's not fair! Briar does take good care of me. I just don't listen. :3" Yes, Armand was perfectly aware of the rumors flying around the history teacher, but he still acted like himself in any situation no matter who was around.
