Sheoldred was set aflame by the attack, and blood rose out of her pores to quench the fire. Lenore returned the metapod to her pokeball before sending out Urabrask. The nincada gave the dragonair an appraising look before closing his eyes. A thin layer of blood pooled at his claws.

Another bug? These things were quite annoying. She eyed it up for a bit watching its movements. Her own exhaustion getting to her. This time she decided to go on the defensive. Instead of a Flamethrower she shot a beam of ice in her opponets direction attempting to freeze its movements.

"Alright Sakki Return" Zak called, returning the pokemon to its pokeball. Taking another off of his pokemon he released Flora onto the stage.
"Seadra" she said as she was released.
