That... was because he wasn't. He was used to hearing lies in silk. He'd been around one too many politicians growing up for some peculiar reason. While he wasn't the best at it, when it was obvious... it was obvious. At least in his opinion. And he wasn't entirely amused at the random digs for information she was trying. He didn't know what she hoped to gain, but he was, in fact, a model student for the most part. She'd find nothing worth using against him.
So while offering a nod with that ever so practice smile he merely replied, barely giving her a look as he continued down the path. When, oh when, would she get bored of this stuff? "Most subjects, but I do quite enjoy history, mathematics, and looking into some subjects for human studies. They're rather curious beings after all." He gave her a curious look at that point. "What about yourself, anything besides an interest in flowers?" If she was digging for information, turning the subject to her was a good idea.

Astra was still learning the art that was lying and bluffing, though she found that relying one ones looks and acting a little naive could do wonders. However, this tactic only worked in certain situations, so it was very hit and miss. Nevertheless, it was fun trying to play mind games with the boil, if only to improve and to smite him with her cunning and trickery. She wasn't going to get bored anytime soon, so intent was she with these mind games. However, she may have become a little sidetracked. Upon Molan asking her what she was interested in, the fairy gleefully answered. "Oh, potions would be my most favorite! But then there is also healing, Nurse cricket is really good at those kind of things! Maths and human studies is alright...not a big fan of gym." Because gym = red = lots of dissipation. "Ooo! Minipet classes is fun, and theres classes about plants and herbs too, thats one of my favorites too!"

Molan found that misdirection, or just avoiding details was a better route than lying. The idea of outright lying to someone knowingly actually left something of a bad taste in his mouth, so he tended to just avoid it at all costs. Not to mention the fact that if one was caught lying they'd... end up regretting it. Which was why each answer the ghoul had gotten was, in fact, the truth. Even if he left out a few details. And now he'd successfully turned the topic off of him, so perhaps he'd at least be rid of Astra before long.
Or so he could hope.
He listened to her babbling, nodding a bit at topics. He hadn't spent much time on potions, but they had their merits most likely, and he had taken a few classes on first aide. Though Cricket had seemed... a tough off. Not that many of the teachers and students weren't as well in their own ways. Though gym... he could agree on that, and the ghoul might have even seen a small nod. He wasn't the biggest on outdoor activities, fighting, or in general making a mess of himself. So of course that didn't fit him as well, though his ears did perk a bit at the mention of minipets. He did enjoy those classes, but that was more for his own information than others. Especially someone like Astra. "Well, yes minipets are cute." The word was adorable, and great company. "And certainly there is merit to knowing how to survive on the plant life that is available." Really, there wasn't anything to mock with that. At least in his opinion.
But he wasn't going to say she had done anything right.

Wow, that was something she didn't expect to happen. Molan had agreed with her on something. Was the sky falling? She thought she saw a few pigs fly too- oh wait that was a minipet. And she was pretty sure that was a nod against gym as well. Though she could see why the demon wouldn't be too interested in such a physical activity. The elegant clothes that he wore didn't appear to be suited for such events. "What kind of minis do you have?" She asked, then her eyes widened. Did he just...Wait, no he didn't say he liked plants, he just said knowing about them could be beneficial. Oh well, close enough. But she was quite interested in the kinds of minis he owned, and other interesting facts she could find out. She was still keen to harass him, but now just talking about school life had her main focus. raja sorry there were no tags yesterday I had a family outing OTL
