Dean would ask for assistance from Seth, in lifting up Punk to his feet. The two would then attempt to lift him onto Roman Reigns' shoulders.

Rollins went over to Punk as well and helped Dean lift him back up and onto Roman Reigns' shoulders.

With CM Punk on his shoulders, Roman Reigns would throw CM Punk's body onto the floor as hard as he could.

The Shield would stand over Punk's lifeless body, before retreating from the ring and leaping over the barricade. All three members would leave through the crowd, and eventually left the arena.

After The Shield had removed themselves from the arena. The atmosphere was buzzing, sparking up some talk about what had recently happened. Eventually, a man with alot of opportunity had to step inside of this moment, a man with the charisma and star-power. The tunes of The Miz had arose from the depths of the arena "I Came To Play!" People's faces were shocked, they knew this couldn't be! The Miz had ran down the ring with his briefcase with the look of severe desperation. Miz had slid inside of the ring and jumped up and down waiting for a referee to tag in. Once an official referee had come into the ring The Miz automatically gave his briefcase to him. The referee threw the briefcase out for a worker to catch so that he could que the bell. The Miz's excitement could not be contained, he was near the turnbuckle waiting for CM Punk to get on his feet.

The Miz had pulled onto CM Punk's arm and tossed him towards the farthest set of ropes as he positioned himself into the center of the ring waiting for CM Punk to bounce back at him.
