Another one bites the dust.
The staring contest had progressed into a mini battle of wills, each of them butting heads and attempting to move the other from the path. In the end, Nori just picked up the Weedle as best she could and shoved it to the side.

She was starting to get a little tired. All those battles - and winning, bahahaha! - were beginning to wear on her little body. But she wasn't about to call it quits! Oh no, Nori wanted to make it through the forest! Though she did hope it was only a little bit more...
Oh oh! What was that?! Nori bounded over to a tree, reaching up as high as she could to grasp what turned out to be a Cheri Berry!

She was so excited and ready to leave all at once. When the little Pichu reached the end of the forest path, she stopped to turn back and look at how far she'd gone. A big grin split her face and she did a little jump in the air, paw reaching up. Heck ya she'd done it!
Making sure all her findings were securely tucked away, Nori headed back to town so she could tell everyone about her awesome adventure!
