"It's not a game anymore, Sir. Now this is a matter of getting you out of here safely." And turned, ears raising to listen to the surrounding noise, fingers wrapping around Mark's. "No one knows how Wonderland works." he explained, beginning his quick walk through the trees, "We used to have gates where you could enter and exit, but since the deterioration of our King's mentality the gates deteriorated as well. This means without their borders they spread wide whenever they please and shrink back down to normal. But now they also move, it's like the King wants no one to escape." Faun turned again, stopping and realizing he was just barely taller than the human. "I'm Faun, by the way. What's your name?"

The quick walk would tire out the human, he had already been walking for an hour beforehand, and the alcohol in his blood would make it thicker, meaning the heart had to move faster. He was going to tire out within the hour, "We can keep moving now." And gripped his hand tight, moving again at his quick pace. "The King kidnaps anyone who wanders in. I'm really sorry though. I wanted to cheer you up with a game but even I wasn't aware I came home."

"I like my name. The person who named me said that the best things don't really have names." And smiled back at Mark, "I like your name. Mark." Marked, Marking, to be marked, X marks the spot. This was too perfect, he wondered if the King would find humor in this as much as Faun did. "Alice?" Faun's face grew dark. He remembered a man, so very long ago, he had brought him in like everyone else, drugged him on opium. he was so obedient, so complacent. Faun had called him Alice... but he escaped. Though not all right in the head afterwards. Faun liked to dress him up.

"I don't know an Alice, but it's a pretty name. There are books on us? Maybe someone who escaped wrote them? Wonderland used to be pretty." And chuckled. "The Queen has been dead since before I came here. I wouldn't know about red hearts, but black is a color for mourning, and then he grew demented with the color." he explained, continuing his walk. Quickly, quickly, not quite jogging but quickly.

Then he stopped, listening, "No, we're moving to slow it changed locations again." and gave an angry huff, listening and sniffing the air before pulling Mar, this time trotting, "We need to catch it this time. once the sun falls the gates close. Stop slowing down! Staying here in the forest over night is dangerous!"

"Time is different in Wonderland! It was day when I left to go to your world!" he exclaimed, glancing at the sun which was turning the sky blood red. It was the king's second favorite color. "Of course I know! If it's dark we can hide at my house!" and stopped to catch his breath, looking at the human. "you'll be fine. We're almost there, okay? I promise we're almost there. Home stretch!" and continued running, stopping and shoving Mark against a tree, fright in his eyes. In the distance shuffling and sniffing could be heart. "The king's dogs." he murmured, looking around, trembling with the fear as he thought. "We need to mask your scent." but how?

His ears raised, looking at the man before running his hands up and underneath his clothes, pressing his body close. "I'm removing your scent. I'm sorry for how intimate this is." Muscled but not beefy, short torso, a good sized neck for the larger nobles to choke, hips that could be gripped. "I'm sorry." and moved his hands down into the shorts, feeling and rubbing against him. The nobles would love the rear on this one. "You're good. I think I got all of you." he murmured, letting go and analyzing the man, running his arms across Mark's and rubbing their legs together.

"Shut up I'm covering you're scent! Humans have the thickest scent in the--" the harsh whispering was cut off by growling. Faun turned his head quickly, the jet black canines standing there, sharp teeth bared and fur raised. Golden eyes stared in fright before moving completely between the dog and Mark, and in that moment the golden eyes narrowed, standing and lowering his head like a bull. That was enough to get the dogs to attack, snarls and barks erupting. "Close your eyes!" Faun exclaimed charging and very quickly whines were heard, the satyr impaling the dog and tossing him to the side, leg darting out, hoof connecting with the face of another.

"If I wasn't getting in trouble before, I am now." he murmured, unaware of the blood on his antlers, turning back to Mark. "You'll need to eat our food. It's too dark and the dangerous things come out. You can spend the night with me, all right?"

"Why wouldn't it be real? I told you you're in Wonderland." The satyr said with a small while, removing the limbs making his antlers heavy. The man then took that moment to vomit his insides, golden eyes looking around at the quickly lowering sun. The dogs should be returning to their masters side. Faun would have to make it up to them again. Maybe a baby from town would appease them. His focus shifted back down to the human, stomach lurching out of his mouth for a second time. "It's an echo of what Wonderland used to be." and started walking again, ears raised, listening. "we have a few minutes to spare, killing the king's dogs is intimidating. My house is close by."

A group of trees were thickly wound together, Faun moving aside the vines which showed the entrance into them. "You first, you're more rattled." and waited for him to walk, following behind in into the warm hearth. There were rugs all over the floors and walls, and even rolled up against the walls. A fire was at the end and there was a smaller fire pit in front of it to cook. To the left was a wall of shelves of herbs and other vegetation, no doubt for eating or healing. "Feel free to sleep wherever you want. There are wards so the King of Hearts doesn't know I'm here. I'm public enemy number one." and giggled, sitting down on another rug.

"I'm sorry." Faun said softly, cooking the herbs in a pot, adding water to it as he continued ripping up leaves and dropping them in. The sweet scent from earlier was starting to fill the house, the satyr finding a stick and stirring the mixture. "Do you want to be found in a ditch?" and flicked an ear towards the human, mentally smiling. If he had to kill the human he knew how to do it. But the thick scent made the human pass out, Faun taking this opportunity to walk over, golden eyes glittering. "The King wouldn't like you, let's see how long you entertain me."

The satyr analyzed the male's body more thoroughly, moving fabric, feeling and stroking parts to see how they held up before finishing. Faun even managed his own solo mission over the male before cleaning everything up,and unrolling a rug, deciding heading to bed would be for the best. Now to plan for tomorrow. As long as the pot was cooking his nerves would be sensitive, anything after that wasn't Faun's fault. A good night of inhaling that stuff should work for the entirety next day.

Faun felt that sizzle in his lower spine, in his legs, his fingertips. He loved this feeling, it always meant good things were to come. Rough things. The golden eyes fluttered open as he heard the human groan and speak. What the gold eyes spotted next made him finally give a soft moan, hand finding what needed relieving. "W-We've been compromised." he panted softly, a blush crossing his face, ears lowered as his hand continued to move. "The king has found us." and blew the paper over to Mark, giving another soft moan. "The air..." his breathing was growing harsh, grip tightening, "He poisoned the air..."
