Rin didn't need help. "Sure," She needed to test him. Something was different but she couldn't... well. His neck was bandaged? Was he burned, too? Is that it? Oh come on Melvin, why are you letting it get to you this bad...
"Bandage?" She asked innocently.

He moved in, lightly gripping the fabric of his clothes, unbuttoning, before lifting everything off and folding it. He placed them in the locker two away from his, and then knelt down to help her out of her jeans.
When she asked about the bandage, he didn't look up. "Just a scratch from the mission." He didn't look at her. His cut could be excused as a cut from that mission, though he knew that wasn't the case. Rin didn't need to know anyways as he could only imagine what she would say about it.

Her gut clenched. He wouldn't look at her when he answered.
She let him undress her without fuss until she too was left bare. Her skin was laced in scars both old and new; the freshest concealed by loose clean bandages.
"How bad is it?" She asked 'distractedly'.

Again, he did not look at her as he folded her jeans and underthings and placed them in the locker. "It's almost healed."
Picking up their towels and cadey, he gestured to the showers. "I'll change your bandages when we get back to the room."

"I don't see why." He said, and moved to a shower stall before hanging up his towel and setting his glasses on the soap bar dish fixed to the walls. He tested the water to see if there was even any hot water left, and turned it on once he was sure it was actually warm. "I already took my stuff out if you want to take the caddy." He informed her, not paying attention to her prying anymore. Entertaining it would not benefit him, and she was being silly to want to see bleeding scars. It also still hurt.
