@Martin: I can't really approve that trait as an addition to the profile. Maybe as a talent somehow, but considering several bloodlines and even professions have similar benefits it wouldn't be fair to allow it just because it's written into a background.
@Jade: To be a clan head you have to be at least chuunin rank, and be approved for the position by the crew. There isn't really an application for it, though showing high skill in the use of the bloodline both in your initial app and in your regular posts surely helps.
Edit: You're not wanting to buy anything with your starter cash? At the start the village only has a small supply of stuff, and some things you'll probably want might not be available. Though I technically haven't determined yet just what IS available.

Red hair actually turns White when it's not being provided with coloration. My sister-in-law's dad's hair went white at the age of 24, it isn't just something to do with old age, and if his hair was red to begin with, it's entirely possible.
The Eyes I was planning on tying into a talent later, but I'm trying to decide on what I want it to be. Also, Slit eyes aren't necessarily better, they just focus light differently. It actually hinder's the field of vision, but makes it easier to see in the darkness.
and I'm still planning on him not having anything. If he needs something, he'll just pick it up along the way.

Moving over here for OOC reasons.
First, your inventory layout is actually wrong. Containers are listed specially, with their contents simply placed under them. I went ahead and wrote it out properly due to boredom.

However, the reason I'm posting here instead of in the profile thread, is because on a whim, and because that seemed like a lot of things, I decided to do some calculations for myself, and discovered that you can't actually fit that much into the pouch.
Kunai are roughly 6x3x1, though looking again that feels a bit large so they might be reduced to 6x2x1. Senbon are 6x.5x.5. That means that four senbon fit into one cubic inch "Pillar", filling the entire 6 cubic dimension. 50 senbon eat up 12 and a half of your 36 total "Pillars". The three inch kunai then fill up 21 more with only seven of your knives. This leaves you with two and a half "Pillars" remaining and a fair bit more of your gear yet to be stored. (Shuriken are 3x.5x3)
Honestly the dimensions are barely worth worrying about most of the time, but when you have that much stuff it gets to the point where it kinda has to be mentioned.
Working it out a bit further, if you got one more pouch and just put everything else into it, you'd have plenty of space, like so.
