"The couch or are you going to try and drag me to a bed again?" The purple haired boy raised a brow as Gabriel tried to make a face at him. "Art. Commissions. A few friends needed various things and so they had me do them." Art for apartments, displays, designs and graphics.. The usual. The deadline is looming and I have to get them done.

"I'm not picky, this time," Gabriel replied. "And it didn't exactly work out before, anyway." Well, in a way it had. "Ah. I was gonna offer to help, but..." He held up his hands. "I doodle and that's about it." He could never hope to match Des's skill, not without a lot more practice. "Look, Des, I really want to talk to you about...the thing that happened. Last time we saw each other." He coughed and flushed. "But I don't want to do it when you're tired and grouchy."

Des snorted, but dragged himself over to the couch anyway. "Paint, pencil.. markers. You name it and I probably have to use it." Des shrugged as if it was nothing.

Gabriel sat down on the couch with Des, leaning against the arm and frowning slightly. This was not how he had envisioned things going, but he would rather make sure that Des was okay before anything else.

He was quiet for a few moments, opting to lay there and stare into nothing before he eventually sighed. "You're staring. Again."

"Sorry," Gabriel said, but this time he didn't move his gaze. He reached over and started lightly stroking Des's hair, almost automatically.

A sigh before Des turbed, rolling to lay on his back. "I'm fine you know." He mumbled, relaxing under the touch.

"You haven't slept for six days," Gabriel said, "you're not fine." He kept stroking, fingers gently twisting between the strands.

"Yes and I usually make it up for sleeping the day or two after I'm done." He'd done this before. He knew how it went. "If you wanna be 'that person' Skylar keeps a well supplied stock of Tea in the cabnet.. she usually drugs me to sleep. Not actual drugs. Its herbal, so healthier?"

Gabriel nodded absently, and then he bent over, kissing Des's forehead. "I don't want you to sleep all day, just lay down for an hour, okay?"

"It was because I wanted to, mostly," Gabriel replied, "because I really like you, Des." He wasn't sure he was ready to drop the other four-letter l-word, but that wasn't bad, right?

Des raised a brow. "...I like you too? I don't hang out with people I don't like..." He shifted slightly, stretching. "You gonna sit down or am I going to make you fall over on purpose?"

Gabriel sighed. "You're too tired for me to be doing this with, aren't you?" He asked, and then he leaned down to kiss Des, gently and slowly. "I like you that way, Desmond Winchester. I figured out what I want, and it's you."

"Maybe. I have been up since Thursday." He blinked before he leaned back up to kiss Gabriel again. "Biased ******** indeed." The purple haired boy boy reached up and tugged Gabriel down.
