Putting on her dragon hide gloves Hailey got ready to catch the salamander and put them back into the fireplace. Hailey dove for one but missed and banged her elbow on the ground for one damage.

Hailey got back up while rubbing her elbow to soothe the pain then once she was a little better she spotted another salamander. To her surprise the salamander she spotted was hiding another behind it and she nabbed two. She quickly threw them in the fireplace before they could escape her grasp.

Feeling extremely encouraged Hailey immediately spotted another salamander. She grabbed it and threw it into the fireplace with the others.

Feeling excited, Hailey looked for more and it didn't take her long to spot another one. She grabbed it but her gloves fell off without her realizing it and Hailey burns herself for three damage! She goes to the hospital wing for some salve.

After visiting the hospital wing Hailey comes back to class with fully healed hands. Carefully putting her gloves back on, Hailey looks for more salamanders to catch. She catches one and safely returns it to the fireplace. Just one more to go!

Hailey happily looks for her fifth and final salamander. She spots one and goes for it but misses and gives herself one damage for her troubles. She slumps her shoulders when she realizes her damage is now at zero. She goes off to the side and out of the way to watch the other students catch their salamanders.

Elise got read to catch a salamander.
She got one and threw it into the fireplace, but she lost 1 damage.
She decided that she was done with these salamanders.
